Outlook web access (OWA) site is down. Can't access from Local or outside

Hi
I am looking for the solution for hours now. Last night I restarted my Server which has Exchange server 2010 and AD installed on it. I uninstalled few applications like SQL 2005 and 2008, Windows Deployment server because all were broken and I got sick Server.
Now, Outlook is working fine, I can ping the server locally and outside the network but when I put
https://mail.servername.com.au/owa  or
https://localhost/owa I found nothing on page, just a message

For offline users
                            You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
                            To view subscribed feeds:                           
Click the Favorites button , click
Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.
To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages):                           
Press Alt, click File, and then click
Work Offline.
Click the Favorites button , click
History, and then click the page you want to view.
Please help me out.
