Outlook Web App - Distribution Lists (Your Request can not be completed right now. Please Try again Later).
We just migrated over to Exchange 2013 and have a few issues. The main concern is users and their individual distribution lists didn't carry over correctly. I narrowed it down to the lists that users received via an email, then dragged-n-dropped
onto their Contact area. All other individual contacts and other lists can be viewed/edited, its just the ones that was copied via an email into their contacts. We get the message that "Your request can not be completed right now. Please
try again later." This is an important asset to be able to pass distribution lists from one user to another user (per department); but don't want to make the list a global list. These distribution lists can be seen if using the full outlook
version; but won't display in OWA.

I have MS Exchange 2007 - 2013 CU3 coexistence at two sites connected by VPN link.
OWA and Outlook work fine for mailboxes on 2007 server. OWA does not work for mailboxes on 2013 server, however Outlook connects fine to any mailbox on 2013 server.
Here is what happens with OWA.
Users (Moved from 2007 or Created on 2013) can log in to OWA and see their mailbox folder structure and messages, but when they click on any email they get "Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later. " instead of
the message body. When they try to create a new message via OWA, GAL lookup does not seem to be working, everyone gets "Error:
The message can't be sent because at least one recipient isn't valid."
I can't see any errors in the application event viewer that get logged during OWA session.
HTTP Log has the following error codes: 241,242,302,401,403,405,500.
I am not sure at this point, but I think 405 is the HTTP error that can be associated with errors displayed in OWA

Any suggestions on troubleshooting this problem?did some additional troubleshooting with network analyzer. the error message that gets logged in IIS logs is not what's being sent to the client.

More of One of our user is unable to see the email body. When clicking on a mail the error are getting is Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later.
I have tried it in different browsers still no success.

I would ask the same question, does this issue occur in the browser or in Outlook client? If it occurs in different browsers, it's not an Outlook issue, then I would suggest you post the question in Exchange forum to get more specific support:

i cant purchase anything until i have filled in my billing and bank details!
Same here. I have not been able to download anything for the last 1 month. Im asked to verify my billing Info even when downloading Free Apps & afteer doing all the editings and click DONE. I get, Your request is temporarily unable to be processed please try again later. How can one contactl Apple on email??? CanT visit the store coz we dont have one in my country and cant call US bcoz its expensive, yet im not sure if my problem will be resolved on phone. Im really sick of this.

That's the message I get when trying to enter in my billing information. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.... or if this is an error on someone elses end. Just got this iphone today and was trying to download some apps to it and am not able to without putting billing info in, even for free apps. Anyone had the same problem and been able to get around it??
After a great deal of time and effort I finally resolved the issue and thought you might be interested
I completely rebuilt my machine from scratch (I have been experiencing an increasing number of issues generally)
iTunes is still giving me App update errors
iTunes allows me to purchase new Apps
iTunes allows me to purchase music
iTunes updates Apps ok on my iphone
on my iMac (latest version of all Mac s/w) I was still getting the itunes error
After much experimentation I arrived at the following solution...
I have Intego Netbarrier installed and have on several occasions switched its network filters off to see if anything resolved but nothing ever did.. however .......
I was going through every Netbarrier options 1 by 1 and noticed under the 'Surf' options > Information Hiding I had somehow managed to tick the box *'Hide my Apple ID when using iTunes Ministore'.* Herein lies the issue - if I un-tick it all is resolved, ie *mini-store needs to see my Apple ID for updates* but not for purchases ...curious!!!!

What does it mean when Siri keeps saying, "I can't help you right now, please try again later."?
Pretty much what it says, SIri can't help you right now. I suspect it's a location, nework and/or server issue. Siri is currently Beta and doesn't always work.

I am trying to register as a developer in UK and it shows this:

We are unable to process your request.
An unknown error occurred. Please try again.
If i click in try again it takes me to company(i am an individual) and it does it again and againI have this same issue. What's frustrating is it puts me in an endless loop. Says to contact them but when I click any contact link it cycles me back to the problem.
I can not access my developer account and do not know why and have no way to contact apple because ...looop... I can not access my developer account. Please help.
