Me pueden explicar el procedimiento de cómo enviar un e-mail de, por ejemplo, una orden de venta desde sap?

Si tienes el SBO Mailer configurado, basta con que abras la ventana o formulario del documento, luego te vas al icono de enviar mensaje que aparece en la barra de herramientas (existen además el envío de fax que te abre la misma ventana).
Aparecerá un mensaje que dice DESEA ADJUNTAR INFORME TRATADO A CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, si marcas si, obviamente considerara adjuntar el layout de dicha ventana.
En el envío de mensaje puedes seleccionar a quien le enviarás el mensaje, el Subject o asunto, y anexar el documento
Si tienes el AddOn de Integration Outlook, en la ventana de Enviar mensaje debería aparecerte una casilla de selección adicional que hace referencia precisamente a dicha integración.

    I just want to clarify some areas from your question:
    1. Will a workflow be triggered because of the email from Outlook to SAP? Does it always have to start from the Outlook side?
    The integration of SAP Workplace (thru Workflow) and Outlook is possible using the Extended Notification (tcode SWNCONFIG). Here, you can send an email from SAP to Outlook then execute a function from your Outlook message and then you will be directed to the tcode of SAP side (SAP GUI).

    Yes off course it is possible.
    Generally how we put the CC to our ionternal users like you have to put their email address while sending mail through SAP viq outlook.
    The mail will go from SAP but via. outlook and user will receive the mail in Outlook Integration and not inside B1.......
    If you want it in B1 then instead of sending mail you can send the same by choosing option Int......

    Iam unable to send mails to outlook from sap system through work flow .Actually we r able to send mails from sap inbox to outlook successfully.But when trying with workflow we r not able to send.Please guide me that is  there any configurations required from BASIS side for work flow.Actually we configured everything like default domain .

    Hello,
    Actually i checked the mail ID for WF-BATCH  using su01 .But i didnt find any mail ID for WF-BATCH then i added the email address of the user.Then we tried sending mail it was successfull.
    But later i removed the email address what i entered in WF-BATCH user .Even after removing the email address also iam able to send the mails through workflow.
    So iam confused whether it needs an mail address or not.But now we are able to send a mail to outlook through work flow but not able to send mails to GMAILor yahoo.For that we need to do any settings.
    ABAPer is sending mails through work flow.

  • SAP Inbound email related query (from Outlook to SAP)

    Hi,
    I am in a situation where I have to send email from MS Outlook to SAP with a PDF file as an attachment. The PDF file will be stripped into an XML file and processed further and a reply is sent to the user sending the email. The Outlook admins have set up the necessary config for the connectivity - I am able to send the PDF file from Outlook to SAP (everything has been configured using SICF, SCOT etc) for inbound processing. In SCOT - Settings->Inbound processing I have used a Class which implements interface IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS (as per one of the blogs by Jeff Gebo). I can see the trace file in SCOT ->Utilities->Trace->Internal trace. When I send the PDF file, I can see in the trace (I cannot debug as the SAPCONNECT user which gets called in the backgound triggers the user exit class). In the trace file I can see my class gets instantiated but the next step to read the PDF file fails.  The code come the Jeff's blog which I use is as follows:
    Set return code so that no other Inbound Exist class will be called
    e_retcode = IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS=>gc_terminate.
    try.
    Get the email document that was sent.
      data: document type ref to if_document_bcs.
      document = io_sreq->get_document( ).
    Get the sender's address to reply back
      lv_sender = io_sreq->get_sender( ).
      addr = lv_sender->address_string( ).
      return_addr = addr.
    Get the interactive form attachment.
      data: pdf_table type BCSS_DBPC.
      pdf_table = document->get_body_part_content( 2 ).
    Convert the pdf table into an xstring.
      data: pdf_xstring type xstring,
            pdf_line type solix.
      clear pdf_xstring.
      loop at pdf_table-cont_hex into pdf_line.
        concatenate pdf_xstring pdf_line-line into pdf_xstring in byte mode.
      endloop.
    Process the PDF form
      data: formxml type string.
      formxml = me->process_form( pdf = pdf_xstring ).
    Here the contents of the pdf_table-cont_hex is blank (I used a table to populate the values). All I get in my Outlook inbox is a empty email with an empty subject from SAP (called by the instantiated class of the Interface)
    The irony is that I setup the same procedure has been configured and setup in another totally different SAP system and everything works fine there - I did a comparision of both SAP systems and everything seems fine (config wise and user exit class wise) and  everything is identical. I have no clue as to why it works in one system and not in the other system.
    If anyone has any pointers wit will be greatly appreciated as I am on a tight deadline - I have checked OSS but with no help.

    You may be able to find more information by putting an infinite loop at the beginning of your user exit:
    x = ' '.
    while x = ' '.
    x = ' '.
    endwhile.
    and then go into debugging via SM50 and set the x variable to break out of the loop.
    This technique is useful debugging workflows and other code which you cannot get to directly by placing a break-point.

    In MS Outlook 2007, there is SAP add-in can sync canlendar between Outlook and SAP. When perform Sync, it prompts system logon (abap) information.  which canlendar is R/3 is synced with outlook? R/3 or SBO? which T-code in R/3/ECC can see the canlendar? Thanks

    What is more to my mind one of the best determinations here is the especial software. Because of I ran into some similar troubles and only tools assisted me. This tool would help here after first using - <a href="http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/reading_pst_files.html">reading pst file</a>.

    No, a sap user who wants to send mails to outlook users and the user sending the mail to outlook must get all the users of outlook in sap,in auto look up mode.(When using outlook for sending the mails,when you want to send a mail suppose to user"balaji" if you click type "b"on address bar you can see all th users name starting with b...like balaji,balram,basker etc......)
    We need a way to have an e-mail address look-up/auto-complete (preferably from the Exchange Global Address list) feature anywhere that you would put an email address into the SAPGUI interface
    Something like the email address auto-complete feature in Outlook (never mind that this is a client-side feature).Another possibility is the address lookup feature (pressing crtl-k in Outlook).
    Please see the attached document for the actual scenario.
    I tried using the distribution list (so23),but we have thousands of users in outlook.It is not apprciable to make those many entries in the list, and more over the user will not be sending the same po to same individuals at every given time.
    Please share with me any docs which can give clear picture about this prosedure to be followed to either get this done or integrating outlook with sap(the last option i supppose)

    We have configured SCOT and I can send emails from SAP to outlook.When I try to reply I could not see in SBWP user inbox.
    We had discussion with network / exchange team they said no issues from them and they suggest us to check at SAP.Is there a settings I have to for Incoming emails from outlook to SAP Inbox.

    Normally, its not recommended to configure incoming mails to SAP as it unnecessarily occupy space in DB. If your business demands it, then please refer the below help link and SAP note for configuring the same.

  • Synchronisation of contacts from Outlook to SAP Business One

    Dear all,
    i have installed the Outlook Integration Add-On and want to synchronize Contacts from SAP Business One to Outlook and this worked fine. Now I also wanted to synchronize contacts from Outlook to SAP Business One (changes and new Contacts) and I activated the check box for this in the settings. But after I run the synchronisation nothing happened, even the contact folder has been selected in the Contacts - MS Outlook Criteria settings. Do I have to do something else?

  • Outlook Integration/SAP running slowly

    Hello,
    I have the outlook Add-On running within SAP and irrespective of whether SAP is actually open or not i get the following message headed 'Progress Information' - Opening the logon window... this issue has only started happening within the last 4 weeks and once it comes up it doesn't go off. There have been no new updates to my machine either windows, SAP or anti-virus related. This is bery irritating and I cannot fatham why this happens.
    Can anyone shed any light?

    Yes, it is happening on all clients. We have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook Integration to no avail.

    I have some problems with Email archiving between SAP ECC 6.0 and Outlook 2007. The overall scenario should look like:
    Outlook (drag&drop) --> SAP object like e. g. sales orders as Business Document --> third party archive.
    The problem we are facing starts with the false or maybe non existing drag & drop function for Outlook. The direct drag&drop from Outlook only creates a textline in SAPs Business Document. There ist no problem at all if we store the Email on the hard drive in .msg format and afterwards drag&drop it to the Business Document.
    Is there any way to skip the latching on the hard drive and communicate directly between  SAP and Outlook? Otherwise how do you handle this problem?
