OutOfMemoryError while deploying.

Question

I'm running Weblogic 8.1sp2 on RedHat Advanced Server ES 2.1 using BEA's
jrockit (jrockit81sp2_141_05). We're using Ant to deploy to our
development servers, and after N deployments (where 1<N<20, but not always
the same number) we start to get OutOfMemoryError's thrown by the
deployment class.
As one can imagine, this is very frustrating.
This only seems to happen if we're deploying a .ear file, though we've not
really tested with .war's. .jar's seem to be okay.
I've watched the jrockit heap usage through the console monitor, and it
goes from a starting point of around 60M to over 100M before the whole
shooting match comes to an end. Sometimes one can't even login to the
console due to being out of memory.
The error message I'm getting is:
[local-java] Deployment failed on Server adminServer
[local-java] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
[local-java] Unpexpected Error Initializing Deployer:
weblogic.Deployer$DeployerException: Deployment exit status=1
The java settings we have set (now) are:
-Xms256m -Xmx256m -Xverbose:cpuinfo -Xgc:gencopy -showversion
The deploy target is setup thusly:

We've tried with and without the 'stagge' switch to deploy. Both exhibit
the same problem.
It seems as though the deployer has a leak? I'd love some feedback on
this, and suggestions if anyone has 'em. I've tried three different GC's
for jrockit (the default, parallel, and another one (single something)).
