Output button on Bridge
My Output button on Bridge is not showing up. I downloaded the file it needed, but it is only showing up under the preferences folder. How do I get it to show up? Please help!!
I have no idea what you are talking about and you have not provided even a shred of proper technical info.

Why is the Output Panel in Bridge blank?
When I select the Output Workspace in Bridge, the panel at the right is blank - no buttons, fields, or anything other than a monotonous dark gray surface. When I select the Output button and the Output to Web or PDF option, nothing happens.
In edit/preferences/start up scripts do you have check marks for eveything?

Can' get Output in CC Bridge to work
Following the instructions for installing the Output Module for CC Bridge I can't get it to work.
Initially was greeted with the notification that the output module has been installed, but there was not Output Button.
Fiddling around, I could get the Output Button to show, but clicking on it would do nothing.
Un- installing, re-installing, re-setting bridge several times did not get me anywhere.
The installation shows up like this:
Any idea about what I am doing wrong? Thanks,
reading some of the discussions on this as you suggested, made me think about coping files from CS6 over to CC.
What I found out was, that for one reason or an other, in CC Bridge there was no Workspace Folder. Once I copied that folder from CS6 to CC, everything works. -

Trying to install the output module for Bridge CC but there is no extensions folder for Windows
I am trying to install the output module for Bridge CC on a Windows system, but there is not an extensions folder in my Bridges CC folder. I have seen several discussions about this issue for Mac's but nothing on a PC. Suggestions that I could use to remedy this situation? - Thanks!
For installing it please download the package as listed in the below mentioned link and follow the install instructions.
http://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/install-output-module-bridge-cc.html
Make sure that you have the most recent version of Bridge CC(6.0.1) installed.
Please follow the below mentioned steps:
Copy the Adobe Output Module folder (not the AOM_Package_[OS] folder) into the Bridge CC Extensions folder in the appropriate location as mentioned:
Windows 64-bit: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC ExtensionsWindows 32-bit:
Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Bridge CC Extensions
2. Copy the AdobeOutputModule.workspace file into the Workspaces folder under the Bridge CC Extensions folder (location as mentioned in Step 1).
Do let me know if this helps.

View output button disabled when publishing to pdf
I am using Captivate 4 and must publish all my Captivate files to pdf for distribution throughout my organisation. I have two issues:
1) After publishing to pdf, the View Output button is disabled, and I get the message you must have Adobe Reader 9 or better installed to view
I have Adobe Reader XI installed
I am able to open the pdf from my desktop
I saw elsewhere to try unticking the Zip files output option. Zip files and all other output options are unticked
I have tried publishing using Flash Player 7 (the earliest version available in the Flash Player Version menu) with same result
So the question is, is there some setting I am missing to enable the view output button, or another solution?
2) This wouldn't really be a problem, except some users with Adobe 9 installed are reporting they cannot open the pdfs from their desktop. I thought I would try publishing so that output is compatible with earlier versions of Adobe Reader but can't figure out how to do that.
So, is there some way to publish to be compatible with Adobe Reader 8 or earlier? Also, many users are accessing videos through a terminal server - could that be the problem?
Thanks very much in advanceYou aren't printing the PDF. You're printing the spool because the user ID has the print immediately field selected and the GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS picks up that setting. You simply need to blank out the value of TDIMMED in your l_print_parameters

How do I add output module to Bridge if I don't have an extension folder?
I tried adding the output module to Bridge (why didn't it come with this???) but it says to put a folder in the Bridge Extensions folder. I don't seem to have one. What to do now???
There are two different Libraries on the Mac
The wrong one is located in users>Library (Hidden hold option)>Application Support>Adobe> No Bridge Extensions folder
The Correct one is Located here: Macintosh HD > Library (Not Hidden) > Adobe > Bridge CC Extensions > Workspaces
Two very big differences in folder location and the instructions found here: Install Adobe Output Module Only show the Library folder not which one it is. Problem solved. -
How do you load the Output Mod in Bridge
How do you load the Output Mod in Bridge?
I downloaded the AOM_Mac zip file from Adobe and copied the contents 1
Adobe Output Module and 2 Adobe output Module workspace to
Library/AppSupport/Adobe/BridgeCCExtensions. When I open Bridge the Output
Module shows in preferences under Startup Scrips, but not in the menu bar
or in the Window/workspace bar. So I can not access it. I'm thinking of
just not using bridge and just going with Lightroom and photoshop, as I
think I can do more in Lightroom than bridge anyway. cheers~photoick -
Where is Output function in Bridge for Windows
I am learning Adobe Photoshop and am being introduced to Bridge. The Tutorial I am using demonstrated the Output function which allow images to be converted to PDF's. In my Windows version I am finding a Keyword function in it's place that does not do the same thing. Can someone tell me where the Output function is for the windows version of Bridge?

Not sure if I understand this problem, there is a Keyword panel where you can add keywords and sub keywords or select already existing keywords
Can someone tell me where the Output function is for the windows version of Bridge?]
In Bridge CC it is gone with numerous posts about it hence you did not get a reaction on your post. But since you clarified you have CS6 then there are two ways. One is a tiny little icon left in the top bar (Between the 'edit in Camera Raw' and 'left and right rotation arrows' showing a paper with folded edge.
The other more easier way is to select the workspace called 'Output'. You can find this at the right side of the top bar next to the search field. Either click on the triangle to reveal the rest of the names or drag the 2 vertical dotted lines to the left to extend the row of workspace names. -
Using AOM_Package_Win64.zip
I was able to copy “adobe output module” folder to Bridge CC extention.
I could not follow your step3, namely
“Copy the AdobeOutputModule.workspace file into the Workspaces folder under the Bridge CC Extensions folder.”
I do not have a “Workspaces folder under the Bridge CC Extensions folder.”
Within Bridge CC extensions folder I only have Autostacks and the AOM folder that I just copied there.
I have opened Bridge CC and undertaken what you suggested in”possible issues” solution 1 – no changes. I then tried sol 2. There were a number of !!_$$$ workspace files but NOT one called “!!-$$$AdobeOutputModule.workspace file.” ????Thank you for a hint on what to do.
Check this thread and read the instructions of the download carefully. You have two libraries, one at system level and one at user level.

Again taken up: NO output pane in Bridge CS4
Hi I've found very little about this problem.
The only thread I found about this problem is
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/455860
However this seems to be pre MS Windows 7. So I don't even find some of the paths anymore that Mathew Laun suggested.
Other than that reinstallation I did try - failed.
Output module tried and failed.
So I was so fed up looking for a solution I posted in some other forum
http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/no_content_in_cs_4_bridge_output_pan e
There one can find my trouble, configuration and screenshot.
Today I found this mail with the answer of Mathew Laun which I had stumbled upon previously and hadn't found again until today. So I only give a cross reference with the hope that will not be considered a form of crossposting to be refrained from.
Thank you anyway very much in advance
ReinhardThe other plist file is from Bridge CS2 (CS had the filebrowser, in CS2 the
first version of Bridge appeared, hence the difference in versionnumbers)
If you don't use CS you can delete it safely but if you have not installed
it on your new system the install procedure has gone wrong, maybe you copied
the user library ?
However if a new user is the solution you can first try to use an archive
and install for your system.
This is an option when you have restarted your Mac from the install disk and
choose the Archive and Install option.
It is recommended that you first create a back up for your important files
but being a wise person you already have done so...
The archive and install is taking you about 1 hour of work including the use
of software-update and provides you with a new and fresh user.
It sure is worth a try, the other option would be to reinstall from scratch
(BTW, reinstalling CS without uninstall and refreshing preferences and
deleting plist files is not the best solution when in trouble)
I logged on as another user and the operation does work as it should!
I then followed your suggestions, resetting both PS and Bridge and deleting
the com.adobe.bridge3.plist.
I've also checked and repaired permissions on my startup disc.
I had also deinstalled and reinstalled Photoshop CS4 just the day before...
Still the operation won't work however.
There's another .plist above the one I deleted: com.adobe.bridge.plist.
Should I delete that one as well?
