Output Condition filtering

Hi All
Is there a way I can set up separate output conditions per plant?
Requirement:
I wish to have 2 GR slip outputs in plant A for 101 movements only
Plants B,C,D are to have only 1 GR Slip output for movement type 101
Can this be done?
Thanks in advance
Darren

Hi
maintain the Condtion records with the Key combination Trans./Event Type/ Print Version/Print item/Plant, in MN21 then you will be able to set your condition records based on Plant.
In the Communication medium maintain the number of copies based on the Plant
In the standard this Key combination is not avialble , so you need to create anew condition table & then create a  new access sequence & Attach it to the Output type say WE01 or WE02 or WE03.
Maintian the Config in
SPRO-> IMG-> Materials Management-> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory-> Output Determination->
Maintain Condition Tables
Maintain Access Sequences
Maintain Output Types

  • Download link of IR, conditional field output means filters are ignored

    Hi All,
I need to have a report on screen where the user applies filters, then when they've finished, they extract a subset of the on-screen fields to csv.
The current application uses some on-screen selection lists/text items, a classic report underneath that, then an extract button to run another screen (passing in the filter values) which runs the query again to extract to the external csv file based on the filter values.
I really want to change this to an interactive report, so the users can filter on anything they want to (and not have to request more filters to be added to the screen as we change the schema), then either hit an extract button or better: use the Download capability of the IR.
    I have tried:
    1. IR with a hidden field to collect an ID, create a collection then loop through the collection contents in a separate screen to output to csv.
problem: the rows have to be on-screen for the hidden item to have a value, so unless the users are showing All rows, I don't get the full data set in the collection (apex_application.g_f01.COUNT just equals the rows on screen)
    2. IR, then use the built-in Download capabilities to output to csv.
problem: I don't want all fields downloaded. I may have 20 fields on screen, the user has applied filters to many of them, but the csv needs 3 fields. I can make the output of every field I don't want outputted, conditional on :REQUEST != CSV and leave the others I do want downloaded, unconditional, but then the filters aren't respected (I assume because the field is not available to Apex due to the condition) and I get more rows than I was expecting.
Is there a way of achieving this by using an IR? Is JavaScript the only way by accessing the current filtered query of an IR?
    regards,
    Malcolm.

    Using APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR, APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR_RPT, APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR_COND is the answer.

  • How to know if an output condition record is ever used in sales docs

    All,
I can see some output condition records in table B001. Additional detail of these records is in table NACH. But is there a way to know whether these condition records are determined in any sales docs?
In individual sales documents, I can manually check what condition records are determined from the 'output determination analysis' screen. Here I can see the number of the condition record that the system has determined. But is there a table which links sales document and output condition record? (equivalent of KONV)
    Thanks & Regards,
    KC
PS: Table NAST stores transaction data but only the output type and sales doc number is shown but it doesn't show the condition record (though it can be checked manually).

    Hi Krishna,
Depending on the version of SAP you are using there is a transaction i think it is VA70 in ECC6 or in 4.6 there is a standard program for mass printing from a sales order.
You can use this tcode/program the very same as VL71 for deliverys and enter in your output type and change the processing mode to 2 and execute from here you can see if it was ever printed

  • Output device for output condition record

How can i make an output device a required entry when creating a new output conditon record?
Example:  When going into VV31 and setting up new output condition record, I am trying to force user to specify an output device.
Can some one let me know if it is possible to do?
    Thank you.

    Hi
Write a Field Exit for that field
and trigger a error when it is not filled , such that the user always enters it.

  • Default Output Condition Records in SD

How do I maintain default output conditions in SD when I create a new customer? As of now, whenever I create a new customer, I have to create output condition records for quotations, sales order, shipping and invoicing. Thank you, Pravin

    Pravin,
It depends on the fields in the condition table.
If you have customer no., then for each customer you have to create a record.
But if you have a field e.g. customer group, then assign the customers to that customer group and output will work.
Paste the condition records, table NACH, for your output condition type.

  • In Tx ME21N, Z output condition exists but is not proposed automatically

    Hi experts,
I created an output condition ZCS for Purchase order, and did all the config in NACE. But whenever i create purchase order, condition ZCS is not getting proposed in Messages, I have to manually enter the condition type and assign printer to it. It is very odd, because Determin. analysis shows that the condition record of output ZCS is found (there is a green traffic light). Not sure what I should do now...
    I'd appreciate your help!

  • OBIEE 11g Report Level Conditional Filters

Is it possible to have conditional filtering of data in obiee answers once data is retrieved.
i.e without hitting the database again.
e.g I have the sales details for a region. Once the report is displayed in dashboard, can the users filter records based on sales figures > 10,000 etc?
    thanks

    Hi,
I understand that you want the cache to have the latest data instead of stale data. For the BI server to have the Latest Data the only way is to get the latest data from Database, so it has to hit the DB. We cannot help it ,but we can control when it can hit and the number of times according to our usage and the changes to the DB.
We can use the seeding cahe option to keep the cache up to date (Using Agents), the time interval is your wish(Generally right after the ETL load).

  • Conditional Filters using case statements

    Hello,
I have a table view which displays Total Quota and Theatre Quota. Against the Total Quota, there are 2 values - Rollover Revenue and Theatre Revenue. Against the Theatre Quota, there is only Theatre Revenue.
What I want to accomplish is to display only the Rollover Revenue Aggregated Quarterly number whenever there is a Total Quota number and not display the Theatre Revenue number
    In the table view,
Year Name     Quarter Name     Quarter Name Sort     Person Region     Quota Name     Quarterly Quota     Credit Amount     QTD Attainment     Credit Type Name
    YEAR-2012     QTR-1-2012     QTR-1-2012     750     Total Quota     6,128,500     5,492,081     89.62%     Rollover Revenue Aggregated Quarterly
                   750          6,128,500     5,344,000     87.20%     Theatre Revenue
         QTR-2-2012     QTR-2-2012     750     Total Quota     5,922,500     5,890,264     99.46%     Rollover Revenue Aggregated Quarterly
                   750          5,922,500     6,120,000     103.33%     Theatre Revenue
         QTR-3-2012     QTR-3-2012     750     Total Quota     5,716,500     0     0.00%
         QTR-4-2012     QTR-4-2012     750     Total Quota     5,510,500     0     0.00%
I used an example in the following link:
    http://oraclebizint.wordpress.com/2008/02/06/oracle-bi-ee-101332-conditional-filters-using-case-statements-in-filters/
and applied the example in my scenario:
CASE WHEN Quota."Quota Name" = 'Total Quota' THEN "Credit Type"."Credit Type Name" ELSE 'Dummy' END != 'Theatre Revenue'
    I still get duplicate rows.
    Thanks.

Could you suggest any solutions for this problem where I can conditionally hide the number only for a certain type of data and not for all type of data?
    Thanks.

  • Multiple output condition type in same sales order.

    08.10.2007
    Hi friends,
I have used two output condition types in my output determination procedure for printing. The problem is in the document by default only one condition type appears, if the user needs to use the alternative condition type this has to be typed in manually.
Any solution for both the condition to appear in the output screen by default so that the user has the option to select either of the two  required output type.
    Thanks in advance.
    Udaynath.

    Hi Krishnan,
    1) Check if you have any requirement routine assigned to the condition type in the output determination procedure.
    2) Ensure the manual only option is not checked in the output determination procedure
    3) Maintain the condition records [VV11].

  • Database table for output condition records

    Hi
Can anyone let me know " in which database table the condition records of output type will get stored?" . please let me know the table names related  to output.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Srinivasarao,
Check the table <b>TNAPR</b> in SE16. It will have all the output condition records assigned through transaction NACE.
You can find the output types in the field KSCHL of TNAPR table. It also consists the output type and the layout and print program assigned to the the output type.
You can see the list of processed document through output types in the table NAST.
    Thanks,
    Vinay

  • Output Conditions for Header- with Item criteria

    Hi!
We want to set up the Output conditions for delivery note per storage location.
SAP has problems with reading it on the header level- as it is only on LIPS. Is there any easy workaround so it picks up the item field?
    Thanks!!
    Cheers
    Bea

    Hello Bea
You may be able to acheive  this by doing the following:
    1) Add the field 'Storage Location'  (LGORT) to the filed catalog for output with the following activities:
         SPRO/IMG/Logistics Execution/Shipping/Basic Shipping Functions/Output Control/System Modifications for Output/New Fields
         For Output Control
    2) Then create a condition table for the new access:
       SPRO/IMG/Logistics Execution/Shipping/Basic Shipping Functions/Output Control/Output Determination/Maintain Output
Determination for Outbound Deliveries/Maintain Condition Tables
    3) Then add the new condition table to the requisite access sequence:
       SPRO/IMG/Logistics Execution/Shipping/Basic Shipping Functions/Output Control/Output Determination/Maintain Output
Determination for Outbound Deliveries/Maintain Access Sequences
Please review OSS note 756688 which says that  you need to 'go to the item output screen before saving the document the header output is found'.
It may be worthwhile to remain an output at item level with the same access also.
OSS note: 756688 - Access sequence with item and header fields
    Hope this helps.
