I am creating sales order 15 line items but my requirement is, i want 10th line item print only . what is the process of this query.please any one send me answer.

Did you try assigning the output determination procedure at line item category
check assignment in V/69, If this assignment is already available you can manually assign the output type at line item and view print preview

Determine Printer From Print Event

Hi,
I am trying to use the PrintEvent and ReportDataEvent to handle printing of some forms bypassing SAP.
From the SDK help.
"You can use this event as an "exit" point for integrating third-party reporting tools instead of the SAP Business One Document Editor."
Unfortunately I am unable to obtain the printer that the user selects in the print common dialog. It doesn't seem to be exposed by the UIAPI anywhere.
There is a field in the PrintEventInfo called WithPrinterPreferences but it is useless without more information as to what the print preferences are.
The print dialog appears before either the print event or the report data event so I can't stop it appearing using Bubble Event.
My only workaround is to catch the print and print preview menu events and for specific forms stop them from propagating back to SAP. Then show my own printer selection dialog. The problem with that is I have no way of setting the document as "Printed". The printed field on the form is ReadOnly from the DIAPI. The only way of setting the form printed looks to be calling MarkAsPrinted during the print event.

i know this issue:
it is possible to catch the print common dialog with .NET functionality.
but very restriced - you can send "OK" to window - thats it.
but at least the document has than the status "printed".
the trick is catching the dialog window with searching the "Form Title".

No output determined for GR slip

Hi Experts,
Need your help to analyze a situation.
My system is not able to determine a output condition record for a material document for GR. The system ends up in a error "The system could not create any outputs". Although the system immediately generates a output when the printer name is filled in the condition records.
Settings currently done in the system:-
- Proper customizing exist in the system for output detrmination for Inventory management.
- Print parameters for WE01(individual slip) is set to S "User parameters".
- Condition record maintained for WE01 with dispatch time 4 for a "print" output. The printer field is kept blank.
- User parameter NDR not Set. The check box XNAPR is checked manually.
- A printer is set in the User parameters -
>Defaults -
Output device -
ML0001(physical printer).
OSS notes already checked:-
446041 (sympton 2 applies, but it doesnot help).
426554 (all settings done as per the checklist)
The system should act as below but unfortunately it doesn't.
The system checks whether a printer has been specified in the condition record. If so, it is used. If not, it checks the message type to see whether a print parameter has been set. If no parameter has been set, no message is generated. If a parameter has been set, a printer is sought in accordance with this parameter. If a printer is found, it is used to output the message. If not, no message is generated.
Please help me with your expertise.

Output determination for inventory management

hi everybody,
i have gone through total configuration of output determination of invetory management and suceeded in getting printout of GR but the problem is when we post gr in migo with movement type 101 it is no capturing output type we01 or we02 or we03. so when we go to mb90 there is no output type determined. then we have to go to mb02 and manually assign the ouput typ we02 and save it and then again get the printout through mb90. so can anybody tell me regarding the default settings of output type to come in mb 90

The system could not create any outputs for mv type 561

Hi,
I tried to print out a goods receipt others in MIGO and i received "The system could not create any outputs" when i tick on output control. I tried to follow the steps in How to print the material document in MB1C movement 561 I stuck at step 4 where i cannot find MvT 561. Please help

Output for GR Material Document

I have maintained condition record for output type WE01(GR Note version 1) for Material document(GR against purchase order).In both condition record and outpt type config I have maintained Dispatch time as 3(Send Application with own transaction) but while determining the output type it takes dispatch time as 1 and not listing in the T code MB90(Process output).
What am I missing?

Output: Send a fax to a predefined fax number, not coming from customer ma

Hi colleagues,
I have the following requirement.
In the delivery a special output should be sent to a FIX FAX numer of a special vendor. This means not to the fax number from the current customer.
Is this possible somehow?
Everything is set up: Output type, determination, printing program and the fax is working already.
But how can I set up the condition record to use a special fax number?
One idea was to use a special partner function with the a partner inside that has the special fax number. Due to different reasons this is not possible...
Any idea?

Dear Jens,
THe issue is you want to send output (Fax) to Vendor (partner) other than your Customer.
For this go to VV21 & enter Customer Code, Partner function & Vendor number is Partner Column. This would ensure that for above Customer the output would go to the Vendor code mentioned in Partner column.
Now Select the line item & Click on Communication button & enter the Output details here...
This would solve your problem.

Problem in output type determantion in smart forms

Hi all,
I have one problem in smart forms mentioned below:
In this program RVADOR01 i hav used RVORDER01 for displaying the output in the output type determination(print preview) for a particular quotation no.
In VA23 for a particular quotation I clicked on preview button and i got d output for smart form(RVORDER01).
Can u plz tell me where i can find that in which part of d program(RVADOR01) is d QUOTATION NO called.
so that i dont want to hard code the quotation no in the program.

not really helping you on the issue, but some things here need clarification i sense.
Outputtype determination has actually NOTHING to do with print preview.
In output type determination the output types for the actual document get determined via output schema which is assigned to either documenttype or itemtype.
RVADOR01 is the SAP-standard (SAP-SCRIPT) driver program for offers/orders.
RVORDER01 is the SAP-standard SAP-SCRIPT form for offers/orders.
