Output panel blank in Bridge 4.0.5.11 (Mac 10.8.3) after installing ContactSheetII

I wanted to export a PDF with image sizes as well as file names and this hasn't been available for a while so, I installed 'ContactSheetII' and now the 'Output' workspace is blank. No PDF options at all.
Help!

Hi. After an afternoon of getting super pissed, i finally figured it out. I'm on a mac, Yosemite, cc 2014.  I downloaded the zipfile and unzipped and copied the one folder into the correct library ( I checked, twice.) and put a copy of the .workspace file intot he workspace folder.  however, I was copying the WRONG FOLDER.  I was putting the first folder called:  AOM_Mac into the Macintosh HD ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ Bridge CC Extensions, and the correct folder is INSIDE that. the one that they do indeed say to move, called Adobe Output Module.
That's what I get for skimming and trying to get it done fast.. pfft.. deadlines...
Anyway, I got stuck on thinking i had the wrong folder locations, etc.. but here i had the wrong folder.
Hope this helps at least one other person.  Good luck!
Julie

  • Output panel in Adobe Bridge

My output panel in Adobe Bridge is blank - any suggestions??

Please follow the instructions outlined here http://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge-windows.html
      1. Reset preferences, reset the default workspace, and purge the cache.
And see if there is any progress.

  • After upgrading to Mac OS Lion, even after installing Java manually, some web pages don't download and appear blank whereas Firefox works

After upgrading to Mac OS Lion, even after installing Java manually, some web pages don't download and appear blank whereas Firefox and Opera work. Can someone help?

Might be a third party Safari addon that was compatible with Snow Leopard but not Lion that's preventing pages to load. That add on may not have any effect on the other browsers, just Safari.
Read here  >  Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues
Also, if you have Little Snitch or Peer Guardian or anti virus sofware installed on your Mac, that might prevent pages to load also.

  • Output Panel in Adobe bridge CC

I followed the directions to add the Output Module to Bridge for CC but it did not work and now Bridge won't open at all. Any ideas?
The article was: Install Adobe Output Module
I confirmed all the steps but at the end - nothing, nada, zip, zilch!
    Thanks in advance,
    Joanne

Thank you GCRayaPC - I tried again after your positive response but realized I copied the wrong file into the Extensions folder. Doh!
Glad I wasn't more nasty when I posted (already red-faced).

  • Bridge for mac - Very slow connect after installing sd card

    Hey guys,
after I installed a 32gb SD card,  the connection-procedure is really slow. The green bar fills in not 10sec but in 2 minutes now. What happened? Really the SD card? What can I do?
    Thanks!

    Hey guys,
I had to move the XperiaTransfer-Folder to my SD-card. Now, after I moved it, the date of 70% of the photos is the current date and nearly 900 images are dated for today. It's quite hard to navigate through the images now. How does the Sony Gallery app gather information? What can I do to fix it?
    Thanks

After opening the Output panel in Adobe Bridge CS5 the right hand panel is blank...nor PDF button, no formatting options....nothing. I've tried several times to reinstall the output module without success. Any suggestions?

If it worked before and you have changed nothing I would reset the preferences.  Close Bridge then hold down the CTRL key and start Bridge.  You should get a reset window with 3 optons.

  • Uninstalling Adobe Bridge CS6 after installing Adobe Bridge CC

I got all of my Adobe Applications on my MacBook Air through the new Adobe Cloud service. At that time, all of the applications were Adobe CS6. When I saw that Adobe Bridge CC was available, I downloaded it immediately. I had been having problems with Adobe Bridge CS6 working with my Adobe Photoshop CS6. After installing Adobe Bridge CC, I did not find the uninstaller application for Adobe Bridge CS6. I found two copies of the uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CC. Where can I get a copy of the uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CS6 for Mac?

Vizzpat there is no separate uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CS6.  Adobe Bridge CS6 is installed by several applications.  When those applications have all been removed then Bridge CS6 will be removed as well.
In general you can locate the uninstallers for Mac OS in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.  You can also find additional information regarding installing and removing applications at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

  • Output panel Bridge CS4 is blank

In Bridge C4 the output panel is blank. No option to make contact sheets or a web galery.
I enabled the startup script for the output module, I have reset all the preferences (ctrl at startup fo Bridge) and I reset the standard workspace. I also reinstalled CS4. Updated etc. Nothing worked.
When I look in the folder startup scripts I see no file at all.
    Can someone help me?

Try this. It's been reported as successfully solving this issue for a customer recently.
Manually reset preferences, purge the entire thumbnail cache and reset your default workspace:
Note: If you are unable to find the Application Data folder, enable Windows to show hidden files and folders. For instructions, see the documentation included with Windows.
Delete the entire contents of the Cache folder located at C:\Documents and Settings\ [user] \Application Data\Adobe\Bridge CS4.
    Delete the "!!Last.workspace" file located at C:\Documents and Settings\ [user] \Application Data\Adobe\Bridge CS4\Workspaces.
    Delete the following registry key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Bridge CS4\Preferences
Disclaimer: The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Adobe does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. Adobe recommends you have experience editing system files before you modify the registry. • Bridge CS5 "output templates" no longer loads; the output panel is blank. Where is the script?

Bridge CS5 "output templates" no longer loads after my system back-up; the output panel is blank.
The other Workspace features appear to be functional.
What/Where is the  output script supposed to be?

If it worked before and you have changed nothing I would reset the preferences.  Close Bridge then hold down the CTRL key and start Bridge.  You should get a reset window with 3 optons.

  • Bridge CS6 output panel has vanished!

Hi I am not on CC I have CS6 which I have just migrated from a G5 (6.8)  to a MacPro (10.10.2) only to find that the output panel on Bridge has vanished. I am unable to find anyway of getting it back. Any advice anyone? !
I have located via the hidden Library  Bridge CS6 Application Support file and the startup scripts folder is empty.... what to do?

    OSX 10.8.2
    Bridge : CS6 (version 5.0.1.21)
No software updates have been installed. The Output would give me option to PDF or Web.
Nothing is happening now. The RIGHT hand window pane is completely empty.
I select my three images, click on Output and nothing happens. (Just three selected images and and empty pane on the right hand side.)
As of a month ago, this worked. I selected three images and Output, a whole window would show up with options to adjust the layout of my pdf sheet.
I could fill in the header and footer, select columns and rows, resolution. Everything. Now nothing shows up.
I can't describe it anymore than that.
    Thanks for any help
    Greg

  • Missing output panel in bridge for CS6

I've tried expanding the panel and looked in the drop down menu and I cn't find the output panel to create a contact sheet.
What else can I do to find the output panel?

    Hi,
In Bridge CS6 look under Window>Workspace>Output.
If your using Bridge CC, then it's been removed, maybe to be added in later with an optional download.

  • Output Panel does not show

I'm trying to Output to PDF from the Bridge CS4.
When I click on the Output button to get the Output workspace, no Output panel appears on the right. In fact, I cannot find the Output Panel at all. It is supposed to contain the buttons to create a PDF or Web Gallery, but the buttons are not there. I downloaded the updater for Mac, rebooted my computer, but still no Output Panel. If I choose Window > Workspace > Output, no Output Panel appears.

    Jay,
Here are a couple of things to try:
    * Windows > Workspace > Reset Standard Workspaces
    * Bridge > Preferences > Output > Reset Panel to Defaults
    * Trash Bridge Preferences by holding down the Option key as you launch Bridge.
One of these actions might do the trick.
