Output Put Issue - ME9A RFQ

Hi ,
I have created on requeset for quotation document with standard document type : AN. I am trying to create the printout from ME9A t.code. it is throughing the following..
error details: No schedules eixst for the scheduling document 600000175.
what is remedy for this . i tried in different to give printout, but i could n't able to do it.
if any body having ideas please let me know.

Out Put Type in RFQ & PO

Hello All
We have created NEW output type for the RFQ & PO , We want to print the RFQ & sending mail to vendor also
Whether in the out type in default value transmission medium for one Printout & another send external need to be maintained?
Also after mainating the condition record only one transanossion medium will come in PO & RFQ if want to send mail then again we have to select output type in PO/ RFQ?

Hi Rajesh,
As i know there is no standard out put given . To do this we developed a z form and ztcode. Once an RFQ is created then we given that number in our zreport and getting the print out put after we downloaded that sent to mail .Post if you need more help in this.

Dreamweaver 8.0.2 "Put" Issue with WebDav
In Dreamweaver:
I am able to see all of the files in the local and I can see
all of the files in the remote. So here is the kicker....
Dreamweaver is only allowing me "Read" access" in the remote view.
When I try to "Put" files to the server I get an error that says
the put failed... "Access Denied" I am using the exact same
credentials in DW8 with WebDav.
In Windows:
In Windows (My Network Places) I use Windows XP's "web
folders" to bring up an explorer window of my remote servers files.
Read, Write, Edit, Delete works just fine from Windows "web
folders". I am pretty sure "web folders" are an example of a WebDAV
client. When I access the server (remote) folder via Internet
Explorer 7 and Web Folers (WebDav client) I am able to Write, Read,
Edit, Delete.
What we have tried:
- We gave full right access. Still did not work.
- We updated Dreamweaver to DW8.0.2 and it still doesn't want
to work.
Here is what an error message looks like in Dreamweaver

We found the answer.... We need to remove the extension in
IIS. In IIS you must go into the application configuration IIS >
Home Directory Configuration... > App Mappings > Remove
Extensions used. By removing the ASP, ASPX and SHTML extension APP

Output routine fails but still output is issued....Urgent

I have an output routine attached to a output type which generates IDOC. There are different conditions placed in the routine under which SY-SUBRC is made either 4 or 0.
In one of the cases Sy-subrc is 4 but still output is issued and IDOC is generated...
My question is even though output routine is not fulfilled is there a chance of output getting issued on the document ???

How to enable "Billing Document- Issue Output To- Issue output to" in VF03

Plz let me know how to Enable "Billing Document --> Issue Output To --> Issue output to" in the VF03 transaction (2nd screen).
After entering the billing doc no. n then pressing enter items will be displayed. Then in the menu bar under "Billing Document" there will be "Issue Output To" option will be there.
Under that again " Issue Output To " & " Screen" options will be there, which by default displayed in disable mode. Is there any option to enable them.

1. Check to what extent you can utilize the condition tables included
    in the SAP standard system for message control.
2. If you want to create a new condition table, proceed as follows:
    -   Enter the name of the table you want to create. Note that you can only choose names between 501 and 999.
    -   If you are creating without referencing, enter the table category (e.g. pool table) for the condition table.
    -   Enter a description (title) for the condition table.
    -   From the list of allowed fields, choose the desired fields for the condition table.
    -   Generate the new condition table.
    -   Define the new condition tables.
3. Enter the condition tables in the access sequences ( The access sequence is a search strategy by means of which the SAP
    system searches for valid message records.)
    This way, you establish the link between message condition, access sequence and message record.
4. define a message type, you must enter the following:
Message type
Alphanumeric key of up to 4 characters, uniquely identifying a
message type.
Access sequence
Key for the access sequence.
Description
Text describing the message type.
Detail data (only the most important data is described):
-   Transmission medium
     One-character numeric key determining the type of message processing (e.g. printout, transmission as fax or e-mail).
-   Time-spot
     One-character numeric key defining the point in time at which message processing takes place (e.g. immediately a document is
     saved or with the next selection run).
-   Partner role
     Partner role defining the recipient.
-   Condition access
     Indicator allowing you to specify that the default value for the relevant message is to be determined using the condition
The values entered in the detail data for transmission medium, time-spot, and partner role are automatically adopted as default
values when a message record of the relevant message type is created.
Set up fine-tuned control for each message type
For each type of message you create, you must specify the operations for which it is to be used.
For example: New (original) output, output of change notices, or output of urging messages (expediters).
First choose "Perform function" and then "Purchasing document ->
Purchase order -> Messages -> Fine-tuned control". You must do this for all purchasing documents.
5. Define your message determination schemas and assign them to the relevant purchasing documents.
A message determination schema contains the permissible message types for each message application (new printout, reminder, etc.). This allows the system to automatically suggest the associated messages as defaults in purchasing documents.
Only one schema and only one message type can be assigned to each purchasing document.
6. Specify which partner roles are allowed for the message type in connection with each individual purchasing document.

Delivery out put issue

i am not able to get the print preview for delivery output, i have checked delivery output has got determined, when i goto vl02n, and issue out put then i am able to get the delivery output type, when i select the output type and click on the print preview i get the error "output could not be issued" errormessage no. vl086.
please suggest

Hi,
1) Kindly check what output type is assisgned to the Delivery Type at OVLK.
2) Then goto Tcode-> NACE.
Select V2-> 'Shipping' and click on Condition Record.
Then select the approprieate Access sequence and check whether condition record is maintained or not.
3) If condition record does not exit create , if created then select the approprieate method and Select the condition record and click on the communication button. Here Output Device, Print immediately should be checked.

Bridge CC Output Module Issues

Is anyone else having issues with Bridge CC Output module? In every other version of Bridge I have used, I have been able to make PDFs or HTML slideshows from selected images without any problems or need to download any components. However, in Bridge CC, the "Output" link in the Bridge CC interface did nothing. Then I downloaded AOM components, including an Output workspace, put them where they needed to go in the Library, quit Bridge and restarted my computer (iMac 27" running OS10.9.1). This time, when I clicked the Output link, it did change the interface (from "Essentials") to what looked like the Output arrangement but the right-hand panel, where I normally have my PDF or HTML options, is blank. Appreciate any help.

Buffered analog output puts out additional sample on aborting or stopping task

I'm using DAQmx and LV 8.2
I'm doing a buffered analog output operation where the sample clock is driven by pulses from ctr0 on the same device (PXI-6070E). When I end the analog output task, either with the DAQmx stop task or DAQmx control task (abort option selected), the AO puts out one additional point from the buffer. (I have checked by setting breakpoints and stepping through the code that the additional point is definitely generated when the analog ouput task is aborted)
I need the output to remain where it was before the stop task command is issued. How do I fix this?

I'm watching to see if there hasn't been a sample output in a certain length of time, then terminating the task if there hasn't been. Specifically, I have ctr0 outputting pulses to drive the task based on input from the AnalogComparisonEvent terminal. I'm using a counter on a different PXI device to count the number of pulses and monitoring this count to determine if another sample has been output. I'm outputting the ctr0 pulse to PFI3 as well, and I'm monitoring both the ctr0 output (which drives the ao clock) and the analog output itself on an oscilloscope.
Basically I'm sitting in a while loop waiting for the monitoring counter to fail to increment. Then I terminate the while loop and stop the analog output task. I can watch the analog output on the oscilloscope while I step through the program. Immediately before the daqmx control task - abort (or daqmx stop if I don't abort first, or daqmx clear, if I don't abort or stop) vi runs, the analog output remains outputting the last sample. Immediately after the abort, stop, or clear, the analog output advances one sample in the buffer.
During this time, ctr0 does not output another pulse, so the scan clock should not advance.

Multiple Out put issued

Dear All,
I have one sales order where out put types DLO1, DLO3 and DLO4 are determined as sales order confirmation out put. The transmission medium for all of these is Print out ie external send.
Here in the sales order multiple out puts are issued. Customer has received 5-6 mails for each output. When i go to out put determination / edit screen thre also i can see as many number of lines partaining to output types.
Can you please help me solving this issue since i am not able to analyse from where or how this thing is happening.
One imp thing i noted that all the out put are automatically detemined. I mean no mannual addtion of lines has happened.

Please check you routine associated with your output type, suppose you have a requiremnt that is qty=5 then trigger DLO1, in such cases every time you save sales order with qty =5 output will trigger automatically.
To avoid such cases add some code in routine that is output has already triggered then don't trigger.
Take help of ABAPer.

EXCEL output logo issues in XML Publisher

Hi,
We are using XML Publisher API to generate PDF,EXCEL outputs using Template. While adding image to the template its showing in the pdf output. But not showing in the Excel output. Then i added url:{/Image} in the alt text of the image in template and submitted the report again now able to see the image in excel output. Can you please tell me why its not showing the image in excel by default which is right happening in case of PDF. Iam getting the same issue for HTML outputs generation also. Please tell me what i can do to get the image by default same as the way i am getting in PDF.

in both 11.5.10 and 12.1.1 OAF versions i am seeing the below line of code

when i login to the application and went to the About this page option available there
in 11.5.10 i got to see that the version

in 12.1.1 version

But as per your seggession from the MOS document 736897.1, i came to know that it is an issue in 5.6.3
Can you please tell me how to find out my xml publisher version in different EBS versions.
I am using Office 2007.

Means this issue is not fixed even in 12.1.3.

VL02N Output type issue.

Hi,
When I execute the tcode VL02N for any output type (ZEU5) for print preview and external mail then it is giving error that "Output could not be issued".
I have also checked the config of NACE , it seems to be ok.
So what are the other possibilities of this error.

Configuration of NACE does not make all the difference. The only way to come to the solution is to debug from point when button is clicked for print preview or etc.
Possible reasons may be there calling program before making a call to script or smartform encountering a problem. It may be that program is not able to get the desired data correctly from the tables or some other problem(Mainly due to subrc not coming to be 0).
Apart from this even if call is made successfully to the form but inside there could be problem like using command in smartform.

Multiple output types issue

Hello,
I configured two output types (Bill of lading & Packing list) for the application V7-transaportation. I am able to get both the outputs. Now, I am able to get a print for BOL and also a print preview. For Packing list I am able to see the screen view(print preview), but when I try to print it directly it gives me an error " output could not be issued" . When I go to Output-> screen it is showing me the output.
I have maintained all the required print parameters and assigned the print profiles to the output types.Is there a problem with my configuration? can't I print two output types simultaneously?

Is there a printer defaulted to your output types? You can issue multiple outputs at the same time.
If the output types have been determined in your document, then nothing wrong with the determination process.
If the output can be previewed, nothing wrong with the SAPScript or Smartform.
So maybe something to do with compatibility with the printer chosen.

I am trying to print my sales documents through STD output types.
Want to issue the sales document output to the screen (Preview) or Local network printer.
Please share with me the functional & technical config steps.
For example I am using AN00 (STD Quotation Output) for printing the customized quotation document. Every thing is set and I am able to
Trigger the output successfully. But I cant see it on my screen and not able to print in my local printer.
After quotation saved, I can see the AN00 is in YELLOW. And 2 Output device are exists (LOCAL, LP01)
Please advice me the printing setup. Where should I do change to configure my print preview or connect my local network printer as a default SAP R/3. printer

According to the STD setup of AN00
Medium: 1
Dispatch Time: 1 (By Periodic Job)
Partner Function: SP
Storage Mode: Print Only
Condition record has been maintained and the output was triggered correctly upon saving the quotation document. (Process Status: Yellow)
Then i selected the output and changed Dispatch time to 4 (Immediate). The process status becomes RED once the document is saved.
Processing log is as follows
Line1: Object 0000560015
Line2: Output type: Quotation
Line3: Processing log for program /SMB40/RVADOR01 routine ENTRY
Line4: Processing routine ENTRY in program /SMB40/RVADOR01 does not exist
What is it meaning of Line4: Program is RVADOR01 exists in SE38
And Form /SMB40/SDQUO_A is existing in the SMARTFORMS transaction.
And to link the local print to SAP (As an output device), should i need to contact basis or any specific place that i need to setup.

Output type issue

Hello,
I have created new Z* output type and done all confirguration related to this.
When trying to save this output type for one of the material doc. in transaction MB02 - > Details & Messages, am getting below message
"Express Document " Update was terminated " received from author "User id" "
When checked the same in SM13 transaction, following error message found :
Class : J3R_LEGAL_FORMS
Number : 022
" Number range error: number could not be generated for number range J3R FORMS (01). "
Is this realted to number range issue ? If so, how can i resolve this ?
