  • Output type for Delivery note missing for shipping point

    Hi all,
       I have a plant setup to email delivery note which uses shipping point SGUS.  Condition record is setup for this shipping point using Del Typ/Shipping Point /Plant.  This uses the communication stragery ZINT.
    The email works well for this shipping point.  However, when delivery cannot be email using shipping point CHAL.  I guess this plant has 2 shipping points (sgus and chal).
    When delivery is created, output type for email is missing.   I already created condition rec
    for LF/CHAL/plant 121.  Still not working.
    Can anyone pls provide any suggestions ASAP ?

       I looked at the analysis output.  ZD04 output is what i am after.  Don't understand the followings:
    Q1 - why the ordering in anaylsis is different than in output determination procedure. For example:
    In Analysis Output: i have:
    LDOO    -  Output not found
    MAIL     - manual output
    PLOO    - Output not found
    Z940    - Output found
    ZBOL   - Output not found
    ZD04   - OUTPUT NOT FOUND
    The Output Determination Procedure as:
    Step  Counter   CType
    10       1           LD00
    12       1           ZLFX
    13       0           LALE
    14       1           ZBOL
    20        2          MAIL
    75       1           ZD04
    90       1           PL00
    110      1          Z940
    Step 10 should be read , then step 12, and so on.  Why is the ordering in procedure different than in
    output analysis ?
    Q2. Why did it display ZD04 not found when ZD04 appear on the delivery output as green light ? When i drill down, it show 2 access sequence.  Access 10 stated Output found.  Access 20 stated Output not found.

  • WMTA output type for delivery note.

    hey experts
    we are using output type WMTA (automatic TA) for delivery note with Medium 8 (Special Function) & date/time 4 (send immdiately when saving appli).
    In production server when user save delivery  WMTA  trigger with ZPLF(std delivery outpt type) in 2nd line and print the doc.
    but
    In Dev & Qas server when i save the delivery document. it only trigger WMTA and it is not printing the delivery note
    i guess  unless until WMTA not trigger with ZPLF printing is not possile.
    i want know  how WMTA output type trigger with ZPLF output type in Production Server.
    Why WMTA not triggering the ZPLF  in DEV & QAS.

  • Value Contracts for Credit note

    Dear Friends,
    Can we create Value contracts for Credit note processing?
    Please refer to the below scenario:
    I have certain budget that needs to be distributed to some of the customers depending upon the claims (Credit Notes).
    This budget is included in Value contract and values are released through orders (Credit note order). I specify total budget in Target Value of Value contract and as and when the credit note is created, the value of credit note is updated in Released Value.
    But when I create credit note, order value is being captured in Negative in released value of Contract document.
    If total target value is utilized, I need to restrict the user to create more credit note orders with reference to Value contract.
    Can anyone please help with the scenario.

    -->Maintain Output Types
    -->Maintain Access Sequences
    -->Assign Output Types To Partner Functions
    -->Maintain Output Determination Procedure
    -->Assign Output Determination Procedures
    Here you just copy the standard output type RD00 then rename it according to you, then assign the Z form for that output type.
    Maintain condition record through VV31 transaction with your credit note document type.

    I have created a ZNEU output type for purchase order print out for ZNB purchase document type by copying the stndard NEU output  type ,
    I have mainatined the condition record in NACE for ZNEU out put type against the Purchase docuemnt type ZNB, but when i create a PO and save i am not getting the ZNEU message output type as default in PO,
    Kindy provide your valuable input.

  • Output type for ORDCHG is not created in PO

    Hi,
    We have a problem for the output type autogeneration when a PO is changed (ORDCHG).
    The scenario is the next:
    - We have a Z output type for the creation of the PO. It works fine (the outputy type is generted and the idoc sent)
    - We have another Z output type (ZCG3) for th PO change. The output type is not generated automatically whe you change the quantity for example. The strange thing is that if you create the output type manually and you send the idoc and later you change again the PO, now the output type is generated automatically. So it is like it is necessary a previous output type ZCG3.
    Do you know where could be the problem?
    We have the condition records as the other output type. Also we have marked Multiple issuing and in WE20 we have 2 entries for message ORDCHG in message control (one entry with change message flag marked and the other one without to mark).

    check the "MULTIPLE ISSUING" option in NACE.
    NACE -> Select Application EF -> Click on Output types -> Select output type -> Click on Details Button -> Go to General Tab -> Select Multiple Issuing option

    Here i got a requirement like i already have the output types for the delivery documents.However i need to copy the existed output types into different names bcoz to customize it for different organization in different region.
    The problem is i already copied the o/p types but when i went to vl03n and tris to see the output , am not able to find my o/p type there...am i need to do anything more..
    Please help me out as i am a ABAPER and not the functional guy am facing lot of  difficulty...

    Output is a form of media from business to one of its business partners. The output can be sent to any of the partners defined in the document. Outputs are usually in the form of Order Confirmations, Freight List, Delivery Notes, Invoices & Shipping Notifications. Determining form of output is output determination
    Types of Output: Print Output, Fax, Telex, E-Mail & EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
    PRINT OUTPUT:
    SPRO- IMG- Basic Functions- Output Control- Output Determination- Output Det using Cond Tech- Output Det for Sales Documents & output determination for billing documents.
    Create Condition Table: select the field Sales Doc Type from field catalog & Save
    Maintain Access Sequence: 4-digits code & description. Assign condition table to access sequence. Select Accesses line item and Goto Fields. Fields will display the fields we have selected in the condition table i.e. sales doc type.
    Select BA00 & Copy & Rename. Give the same 4-digit code as given to acc seq.
    You Can Maintain:
    Languages of Output
    Partners (to whom we want to send output)
    Print Program- print specification
    Sap Script- layout
    Assign Output Types to Partner Functions: go to new entries & assign your output type to partner functions.
    Maintain Output Determination Procedure: V10000 (Standard Procedure). Go to new entries & create your own 6-digit code with descp. Select the procedure & go to Control Data. Here mention the output type i.e. cond type & leave requirement and manual only columns as blank.
    Determination Rule: link the 6-digit procedure code to doc types.
    Create Condition Records: VV11. Select document type and click on Communication. Mention partner function, medium, time. Output device: LP01, Spool request Name: SD_003, Suffix 2: order_confir & flag on print immediately.
    Once you press enter you will come across 2 key combinations:
    Sales organization/ Customer Number: fill SO, Customer No, Partner Function Abbreviation, Partner to whom the output should be sent, time, medium, language. {It contains: Sales Orgn, Customer, Partner Function (The abbreviated form of the name that identifies the Partner) (During output determination, the system determines the recipient of the output from the master record for the specified partner function. In this field, you can explicitly specify a recipient that will override the standard partner. There must also be a master record for the partner that is specified explicitly.), Medium, Time & Language.}
    Order Type: Document Type, Partner Function (abbreviation), Partner, Medium, Time & Language.
    In SAP we can send the documents to respective partner functions through different transmission mediums. SAP uses condition technique to determine output t relevant partners with relevant transmission mediums.
    Out put determination procedure has a integration with technical module, as ABAPer’s  has to write SMART forms and FORMS to print the output , that SMART form output can be send to relevant partner function through relevant transmission mediums.

    This indicator allows the system to send the output multiply
    Ex: sales order has been sent for 10 items again one item has been added to sales order so that business has to issue the new out put for sold to party with added line items. This indicator allows the system to send out put repeatedly.
    Check partner independent out put:
    During output processing when the indicator has not set then system allows only specific functions in specific partner functions
    Don’t write processing:
    This indicator determines whether system has to write processing log for output
    Default values tab:
    Dispatch time:
    Ex: send immediately: when carry the application this indicator determines when the output should be sent.
    Transmission medium:
    Ex:     print out

  • Delivery Schedule output type for change

    Hi all,
    i have created a custom output type for delivery schedule. i am using this output type to send IDoc. For create it is working fine. i have maintained condtion record as well.
    whenever the delivery date and qty is changed, change output type is triggered but it fails there. the error shows no IDoc could be generated as there are no changes releveant to that.
    i checked the configuration field relevant to printout changes, in that for table EKET-EINDT and menge i have checked the scheduling agreement. but here i could not find delivery schedule.
    Can you please help on this..

    I have a requirement to create new Output Types for a Smart Form.
    The already existing Output types are hard coded as shown Below :

  • Output type for Proforma Invoice for return delivery from delivery type RLN

    Client require Output type Proforma Invoice for return delivery to vendor. As such return item category is not relevant for pricing so from delivery to proforma invoice can not have with p-ricing. I got quantity correct but pricing is coming Zero.
    Client have ZPAC as packing list output type from delivery which shows quantity and pricing. So decided to use the same logic to pull pricing for proforma invoice from delivery.
    Here delivery has standard output ZPAC as packing list with access sequence Z002 as Delivery Type.
    I want to pop up output type for all return delivery so using access sequence with delivery type/vendor.
    Vendor filed does not exist in delivery output type so brought that firld LIFNR.
    It is assigned to procedure and maintained ZPRO output type for Proforma invoice. Asigned VV21 on front end.
    Problem Still automatic output type ZPRO is not poping up. What type of access sequence will help me to pop up or what in configuration am I miising?

    I know Pricing & output very well.  I need profomra invoice to be printed with quantity & value for return goods to the vendor. Pricing is associated with Item category RLLN for delivery type RLL which is return type delivery.
    I need to have pricing in my Proforma invoice which is copied from delivery to billing document VTFL. Just check well how it is working in the system & if you know please answer so that it should be workable on the system. As theoretical answer may not be helpful. Appreciate for your time.

    I want to create new output types for my SAP Script.
    What is the procedure for creating new <b>Z - Output Type</b>.
    Like <b>ZA01 for Sales Order</b>.
    What is the procedure can any body help me in this regard.
    It is not to use <b>ZA01</b> in <b>NACE</b> & connect Print Program & Layout set against Form Entry.
    It is for creation of <b>ZA01 Output</b> Type itself.
    If anybody knows the procedure please post the steps.
    Also please mention will there be any diffrence in creation from <b>Module to Module</b> (or) <b>Transaction (Vs) Transaction</b>. Just like <b>Sales Order (Vs) Purchase Order (Vs) Production Order</b>.

    Steps for output type:
    Go to NACE Transaction
    Select V1 - Sales.
    Click Output type
    In edit mode , click on new entries.
    Give output type as ZA01 with some descp.
    Then enter  , then u need to give the Access seq. as 0010
    Rest proprties are more and less similar to the BA00 standard output type in V1 only.
    After that u need to give the processing routines.
    In that u need to give the Program name
    followed by Form routine name
    In this way u can create the output from NACE tran.

  • Problem in using output type for purchase order

    Hi experts,
         I am using output type for first time so may be i have done wrong configuration for po output type.The steps i have done are :-
    1) Going to  tcode NACE->Selected  the row u201CEF Purchase Orderu201D and clicked on u201CProcedures".
    2) In procedures there are 2 procedures for the application EF (Purchase Order). To proceed further, we would need to find out the procedure that is currently active.Gone to transaction SPRO. In this, navigate as Materials management -> Purchasing ->Messages -> Output control -> Message Determination Schemas ->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order
    3) Clicking on u201CAssign Schema to Purchase Orderu201D. So, the procedure RMBEF1 is active for EF (Purchase Order) . 
    4) Go back to transaction NACE. Select u2018EFu2019 and click on u201COutput typesu201D.
    5)  Let us use the output type u201CNEU name purchase orderu201D for this purpose. Double-click on NEU.
    6) Ensured  that the checkboxes u201CAccess to conditionsu201D and u201Cmultiple issuingu201D are checked and the access sequence is 0001(DocType/PurchOrg/Vendor).Only 0001 and 0002 is available in f4 help for this.
    7) Now clicked on u201CProcessing Routinesu201D on the left hand side. Ensured that there is an entry for Medium u2018Au2019 (Distribution ALE).
    8) After that going back to the main screen of NACE. Select EF (Purchase Order) and clicked on u201CCondition Recordsu201D.
    Select NEU and clicked on u201CCondition recordsu201D. The pop-up box appears that gives three radio button option :-
      1) Purchasing output determination :purchasing org / vendor for EDI
      2) Purchasing output determination :doc. type / purchasing org /vendor
      3) Purchasing output determination :document type
          but it is not having option only for purchasing organisation through which we can send idoc for changes or creation of PO in that particular pur.org now if i choose 2) i have to give doc type and purchasing org both bcoz they are mandatory fields and value for vendor.
    9)  Also i  have done the necessary ALE configuration (not covered in this document). In the partner profiles, use the message type u201CORDERSu201D and the IDOC type u201CORDERS05u201D.In the tab u201CMessage Controlu201D, used the process codes u201CME10u201D and u201CME11u201D for u201CPO Createu201D and u201CPO Changeu201D respectively.
    but the idoc is not generated many times when po is changed and when once it is generated it is giving error
    Please suggest solution.

    In me22n in messages tab after looking into  processing log it is giving->No recipient found for message type ORDCHG in the
    ALE model ,next time giving error as no idoc items belonging to purchasing document found,when i changed message type to ORDCHG the  status is green in messages tab it is giving-> error occured while idoc xyz is sent and in WE02 status is red 02
    error passing data to port(could not find code page for receiving system)

  • New Output type for purchase return excise invoice..?

    Hi all
      For purchase return process with exisable material.
    Here I m using the transaction
    1.J1IS to create purchase return excise invoice and
    2.J1IV for posting to accounts & print purchase return excise invoice
    .In standard SAP the output for purchase return excise invoice is JEXC.
    here my query is started,
    ABAPer created the new program for purchase return output with all new layouts,
    And from functional side i have defined new output type for the same as YEXC copying from JEXC.
    While doing the transaction J1IV, i getting the output type YEXC, i m not able to print preview.
    To proceed further i need some body guidence. Like where to assign the output type.
    some body can give some inputs .

    But i have done all the configuratuion in NACE only.
    There in nace i m not able find out the mistake or missing configuration.

  • Purchase order output type NEU is not get assigned automatically

    Dear All,
    when i am creting purchase order the output type NEU is not get assigned automatically.
    I have maintained message condn record for NEU and for specific PO doc type NB.
    same problame i was facing for the inventory docuemnts but i was resolved by running one SAP std program so please guide me if any such program is available for Purchasing documents also or any other setting i am missing to make.

    Please check the following in customization.Dont check in NACE you may miss something like fine tune control
    1) Check the Message determination procedure is having the NEU output type
    2) Check the std Message determination procedure is assigned to PO
    3) Check the output type for the Access sequence, default data for transmission medium and partner function VN, Language & Form assigned to it
    4) Check the Access sequence for the condition tables
    5) Check the condition record in MN04/MN05
    6) Check the purchasing group has printer assignement
    7) Check the fine tuen control for operation 1 & 2 for message type.

  • Output type (TRS0) is NOT appearing in NACE

    when i am doing config for order integration output type (TRS0) is NOT appearing in NACE for V1.
    business function LOG_TM_ORD_INT is active.
    pl suggest.

    make sure you have a condition record for that output type
