Output ZTYP in lang EN for partner 0069000010 is deactivated

Hi all,
The message "Output ZTYP in lang EN for partner 0069000010 is deactivated (for automatic proposal)" appears after I change the Language for the output.. The output ZTYP is configured and is automatically created when creating/changing PO. But it is deactivated once I change the language. What can be done to prevent the deactivation?
Thanks,
Eo

Hi,
It seems, it is completely customized functionality.
Please check the partner functions and output types configured and the transmission medium in SPRO.
Also check the driver program, forcefully if they are restricting it for something or so...

Santhosh.

  • Output determination for partner function in PO

    Hi MM Gurus.....
<b>How to determine the out put type for a freight vendor in PO ?</b>
Business scenario : We have a regular vendor from whom we procure material. Also we have different freight vendor which we maintain in condition type for freight.
Now , I want two different output types to be generated for these two different vendor ?
I tried using partner functions, maintained condition records for both vendor with different condition type ..but , system determines the output for only regular vendor and not for freight vendor.
Can anyone please help me resolve this issue ?
    Many Thanks in Advance,
    Vidyadhar.

    Dear Vidhadhar,
    OUTPUT DETERMINATION:
Output is a form of media from business to one of its business partners. The output can be sent to any of the partners defined in the document. Outputs are usually in the form of Order Confirmations, Freight List, Delivery Notes, Invoices & Shipping Notifications. Determining form of output is output determination
Types of Output: Print Output, Fax, Telex, E-Mail & EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
    PRINT OUTPUT:
SPRO- IMG- Basic Functions- Output Control- Output Determination- Output Det using Cond Tech- Output Det for Sales Documents & output det for billing documents.
Create Condition Table: select the field Sales Doc Type from field catalog & Save
Maintain Access Sequence: 4-digits code & description. Assign condition table to access sequence. Select Accesses line item and Go To Fields. Fields will display the fields we have selected in the condition table.
Give the same 4-digit code as given to acc seq to output type.
    You Can Maintain:
    Languages of Output
Partners (to whom we want to send output)
    Print Program- print specification
    Sap Script- layout
Assign Output Types to Partner Functions: go to new entries & assign your output type to partner functions.
Maintain Output Determination Procedure: Go to new entries & create your own 6-digit code with descp. Select the procedure & go to Control Data. Here mention the output type i.e. cond type & leave requirement and manual only columns as blank.
Determination Rule: link the 6-digit procedure code to doc types.
Create Condition Records: Select document type and click on Communication. Mention partner function, medium, time. Output device: LP01, Spool request Name, Suffix 2: order_confir & flag on print immediately.
Once you press enter you will come across 2 key combinations:
During output determination, the system determines the recipient of the output from the master record for the specified partner function. In this field, you can explicitly specify a recipient that will override the standard partner. There must also be a master record for the partner that is specified explicitly.
    Medium, Time & Language.
Order Type: Document Type, Partner Function (abbreviation), Partner, Medium, Time & Language.
Reward points if this is helpful.

    Naveen.

  • Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner 199093 during ORDRSP

    Hi Experts,
We are trying to send the "Order Confirmation" using "ORDRSP" IDOC message type. So we created the new Output type as ZBA0 (Copy of BA00) and assigned with the sales output pricing procedure.
Then we maintained the "partner profile" in WE20 in the "Outbound" parameter. Then we tried to send the Order confirmation in the sales order. During that time, we are getting the error as "Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner 199093".
After maintaining the relevant configuration and partner profile maintenance also we are getting the above mentioned error message. Kindly give your valuable comments on this issue, which will help us to speed up the process.
    Warm Regards,
    Nag

    Hi Nag,
The message '"Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner 199093" comes if the partner profile settings are not maintained properly.
Please check wehther the customer 199093 is maintained under the partner type KU. If it is maintained, please check whether the message type 'ORDRSP' is configured in the outbound parameters for the customer 199093.
If the above settings are done properly, please check whether the output type ZBAO is configured based on the partner type of the customer 199093.
    Hope this solves your problem.
    Regards,
    Vijaymadhur.

  • OutPut as a PDF doc for Output Determination process of a PO

    Hi
Can I get the OutPut as a PDF document for OutPut Determination process of a PO for a Vendor.
My schema should produce a PDF file and get transmitted to that Vendor as soon i save my PO.
Also can i get any SAP document on this.
Pls help me. Swifty reply me.
    cheers
    MaruthiRam

    Hi,
PO can be sent to using Outlook email or the Internal send within SAP.
    Message via E-Mail
    Use
You can send purchasing documents to a vendor by e-mail.
You can also send memos to an internal user from within the purchasing document, in which case the recipient can directly access the relevant document when processing the e-mail (executable mail).
    Prerequisites
    External Transmission
    Make the necessary Customizing settings
The SAP system is configured for the transmission of external mails.
The message determination facility has been set up in Customizing for Purchasing.
You have defined a communication strategy in Customizing under Messages Output Control -> Message Types -> Define Message Types for <Purchasing Document> -> Maintain Message Types for <Purchasing Document> on the Default Values tab page, so that if no e-mail address can be found, for example, the system sends a fax.
    The following information is necessary:
    1.Data
    2.Value
    3.Comment
    Message type:
    Communication strategy
    E.g. NEU
Choose a communication strategy or create a new one. Via the input help, you can branch to the maintenance function for communication strategies. Choose in the following window.
Enter the necessary data on the Default Values tab page on the detail screen for the message type ().
    Processing routines
    Medium
    Program
    FORM routine
    5 (external transmission)
    SAPF06P (e.g. for PO)
    ENTRY_NEU
The entries are identical to those of the print output.
    Partner roles
    E.g. external transmission/LF
    Maintain master data
Message records must have been created through master data maintenance (Purchasing menu). (See Creating Message Records)
Enter the necessary data u2013 for example, role LF (vendor), medium 5 (external transmission) and time spot 4 (send immediately upon saving).
SAP recommends that you work with time spot 4, so that the e-mails generated are sent immediately.
If you work with processing time spot 1 (send via periodically scheduled job), you must schedule the program RSNAST00 periodically for message output, so that messages are generated and e-mails sent.
An e-mail address is stored in the vendor master record.
An e-mail address is stored in the user master record.
Please note that you must also maintain an e-mail address for user IDs with which batch-jobs are carried out.
    Internal Transmission
    Make the necessary Customizing settings:
You have maintained the Customizing settings for Purchasing under Messages, Output Control -> Message Types ->Define Message Types for <Purchasing Document> -> Maintain Message Types for <Purchasing Document>.
    The following information is necessary:
    1.Data
    2.Value
    3.Comment
    Message type:
    Time-spot
    Transmission medium (output medium)
    Partner role
    E.g. MAIL
E.g. 4 (send immediately upon saving)
    7 (SAPoffice)
    MP (mail partner)
Enter the necessary data on the Default Values tab page on the detail screen for the message type ().
    Mail title and texts
    E.g. mail from purchase order
    Processing routines
    Medium
    Program
    FORM routine
    7 (SAPoffice)
    RSNASTSO
    SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF
    Partner roles
    E.g. SAPoffice/MP
    SAPoffice/LF
    Maintain master data
Message records must have been created for the message type MAIL through master data maintenance (Purchasing menu). (See Creating Message Records)
For more information on the internal and external transmission of e-mails, refer to the Basis documentation under Business Workplace (BC-SRV-GBT).
Further information on external transmission is available in the Basis documentation under SAPconnect and in the section External Sending in the SAP System.
    Activities
    External Transmission
If you have specified the processing time-spot 4 (send immediately upon saving), the system will immediately generate and transmit a message when you save the purchasing document.
If you have specified the processing time-spot 1 (send via periodically scheduled job), you must initiate the output of e-mails manually.
    Result
You see the documents generated in the SAP system under Office ->Work center -> Outbox -> Documents.
    Internal Transmission
On the message screen of the Purchasing application (e.g. in the purchase order), enter the message type, the medium (SAPoffice) and the role (MP = mail partner).
Choose Means of communication and enter your text on the following screen (<Purchasing document>: Send with note). Enter the useru2019s first and last names, for example, in the Recipient field.
    Executable mail
If you wish to insert a transaction (because you want the recipient to view a purchase order, for example), choose Goto -> Execution parameters. Enter the necessary data, such as execution type (T = transaction), execution element (ME22N = Change Purchase Order), execution system, and the SET/GET parameters (BES for purchase order).
    Result
If you have specified send immediately as the processing time-spot, the user will immediately receive a message or document when the purchase order is saved.
The user can view the message sent to him or her via Office -> Work center -> Inbox.
If the document in your inbox is an executable mail, you can click the right-hand mouse button and directly access the relevant purchase order, for example, via the menu thus displayed.
    Hope it works...
    Regards,
    Kiran

    HI Mano,
Make sure to create entries for output control as well as for outbound parameters.
XXXX is defined in the partner profile by WE20.
To this XXXX partner, there are two setup are needed to solve the issue in WE20:
1 . Partner Role is required ( like LS for Logical system).
    2. in Message Control tab, an Apllication/Message Type/Process code record is required as well. The message Type is actually the output type.
Please check these and post if it is not resolved.

    Hi
You need to maintain this partner field  (Partner who receives the output-SystemidCLNT eg..D4JCLNT100) in the create PO output screen. and please maintain the message type in the transaction WE20 for your BP or LS and define the message type for your PO in SPRO.This should solve the problem

  • PO Change O/P error- Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner for

    Hi Experts ,
We are connecting our SAP ECC 6 ( Ehp 4) sytem to 3rd party system via SAP PI.  We already done all the settings..line Output detemination procedure, Partner Profile ( WE20) , Port creation , Condition Records..etc.
We have PO Creation ( ZCRE)  and PO Change ( ZPOC) Outbound messages to go from our system. Both have sepate message Types, since PO Creation IDOc should go immidiatly ( Dispatch time 4-Send immediately (when saving the application)
and PO Change IDoC should send as per wish manully in ME9F ( Dispatch time -3 Send with application own transaction).
Once PO Created , Output Message successfully triggering and  IDoC is creating ( Green Color) ..so it is working fine .
Fo PO Change Message we had selcted Program -FM06AEND & FORM routine -CHANGE_FLAG.
We also set "Multiple issuing " checkbox in the Output Type and no requierment is assigned.
In WE 20, for Logical system ( LS) Partner XYZ,  we set Process code ME11 and checked "Change Message"
    1. But when I change PO Qty , output is not automaticaly triggering .After changing PO, if we see determination Analysis, in Procedure RMBEF1, this output ZPOC shows 2 times. First, it shows green color,...Output Found , and second times, it displays, "partner XYZ is not an EDI partner"
    2. If we try to manually enter the Output ZPOC in PO Header, then system gives the Error - Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner XYZ.
Can anyone pls suggest what should be the reason for above?
    Thanks
    NAP

    Issue Resolved .
The reason for this system behaviour is in fine-tuned control: We was
using ZMIN only for new message output and ZCHG only for change messagesNevertheless, you can maintain two entries in WE20 for ORDCHG:
EF ZCHG ME11 w/o Change message flag
EF ZCHG ME11 with Change message flag
    Thanks

  • IDOC Error - Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner

    Hi
I am trying to send customer invoice to an external system thru IDOC, type INVOIC02. I have done the basic setting for the output type ZEDI to transfer the doc thru edi. But when i got to the output types of the doc and give the type ZEDI and the partner, i get the msg "Maintain outgoing EDI for partner".
I have created a partner profile for customer (KU) for the same partner number in WE20 and have given the outbound parameters with the message type INVOIC.
These are the settigns for my partner profile:
    part type: KU
    msg type: INVOIC
Outbound Options: Receiver port: A000000050 (tRFC)
    Packet size: 1
    Transfer IDOC immeediately
    basic type: INVOIC02
    Message Control: Application: V3
    Msg type: ZEDI
    Process Code: SD09
Following are the steps that I did in VF01
    menu GOTO>> Header>> output
    I have only RD00 there
I manual add ZEDI there hit return, i get the medium, partner function and partner populated to  EDI, SH and the partner number.
i get the msg: Maintain outgoing EDI-connection data for partner 300203.
What other setting should i do to get it working?
    Regards
    Sujai.

    Hello Sujai
In our case we never send any invoice directly to the customer (Ship-to-party) yet to the payer (partner role = 'PY') defined for this customer (check partners in XD03 for Ship-to-party).
The output sent from the invoice is in our case:
    - output = 'ZRD0'
    - medium = '6' (EDI')
    - function = 'PY' (payer)
    - partner = <partner number of payer>
The partner profile (WE20) looks like this:
    - partner no = <partner number of payer>
    - partner type = 'KU' (customer)
    - partner role = 'PY' (payer)

  • No fax number could be determined for partner

    Hi,
I received this message when I was trying to see output type after creating, saving sales activity (VC01N), then come back to this sales activity > Goto> Output. My output type is not shown here. So I went to Determin Analysis, I found 3 messages here 541 Output found, 570 No fax number could be determined for partner <xxxxx>, and 516 Fax number could not be determined. Condition type is set for fax output. This output type is also set for printer and external send. They are working fine. Some how only for fax output, fax number is not found for the partner. Any light on this topic is appreciated.
This partner is contact person of the customer. Fax number found for this partner in XD03.
If you need more information please let me know.
    Thank you,
    Surya.

    Hi Surya,
U need to check and see the fieldnames of fax number and its ID(sequence number) and also FTP/URI fields and its ID...
    use tables adr3 and adr12
first you must determine address-no. (e.g. from table kna1 / lfa1 or other master data).
    or do like this:
    1) goto LFA1 table take the address number(ADRNR) of the purticular vendor by using vendor number(LIFNR).
2)then goto ADRC table, enter the address number(ADRNR).now u'll get all the communication details of the purticular customer.
    kindly reward if found helpful.
    cheers,
    Hema.

  • Service Desk: Pricing data for partner could not be read

    Hi all,
I am trying to configure the Service Desk functionality for Service Providers (on EHP1).
I follow the SAP Documentation (SAP Solution Manager: Service Desk for Service Providers) and SLA's made easy in SAP Solution Manager. Also some discussion threads helped me with some steps (I applied e.g. the recommendation from Pricing data for partner 106 could not be read. , but it didn't help).
I am facing some errors related to the CRM part of the configuration.
When I create Service Desk Contract (SLFV) in CRMD_ORDER, the error appears Pricing data for partner xxx could not be read. I checked the setting of BP and I am not able to find the reason, for customer's (sold-to-party) BP the sold-to-party > Sales Area Data the Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/Division are maintained. Which information for pricing is needed and where can it be configured?
Another error - I am sure it is related to the first one - the service contract cannot be determined in the service message (in Item details view under product). The error messages are about sales area/organization, so I suppose there is something wrong with the link Service Contract -> Business Partner definition.
Could you please help me what can cause the error?
    Thanks in advance,

my problem was solved when I double checked the settings of org structure. That means there must be a consistent setting for sales organization / distribution channel / division in businness partner (tcode BP), organizational model (PPOMA_CRM), product workbench (COMMPR01). The setting must be same for both the sales department of the service provider and the customer's company (I am sorry I am not CRM, so I am following just this simple logic)
In the long text of the error (in CRMD_ORDER) I could see "expected" combination for sales organization / distribution channel / division (message e.g. The access was carried out with sales organization 'O 50000613', distribution channel '01' and division '') -> when the org model was set up everywhere in this way, the contract was automatically filled by the organization data and in the next step the contract could be determined in the service desk message.
Anyway it took some time to find out the correct combination. Deeper CRM knowledge would help me much.
