Outputting Records To Table

I am trying to output some huge images. The query returns up
to 6 records depending on what the user sets up, the images are so
big though that I only want to return to images on each row. The
images could also have a blurb and a price associated with them.
That would mean for each record it could be 3 rows, 2 columns. I
guess what I am asking is how do I set this up where after 2 images
are displayed to a 2 column table a new row is automatically
inserted? My current code is attached. However if anyone could tell
me how to do this I would appreciated it. I just need to know how
to force a new row after 1 row and 3 columns is displayed.
Thanks.

  • Duplicate records in TABLE CONTROL

    Hi folks,
i am doing a module pool where my internal table (itab) data is comming to table ontrol(ctrl).then i need to select one record in table control & then i press REFRESH push button.
after putting the refresh button, some new records are comming to that same internal table.then i need to display the modified internal table (some new records are added) data in the table control.
The modified internal table data is comming to the table control but to the last of table control, some records are repeating.
before comming to table control, i checked the modified itab. it contains correct data.i.e it contains 15 records.(previously i have 5 records.after REFRESH button 10 more records are added.). but when this table is comming to table control, it contains some 100 record.i should get only 15 record.
why these records r repeting. how to delete the duplicate records from table control?
plz suggest me where i am doing mistake.
    correct answer will be rewarded

    Hi Experts,
I have created a Quick view ( SQVI ) for two tables. But the output records restricted to 100. I could not find the option to remove this anywhere. Can any one help on this ?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Assign infoset to your use group and try once.
As query functionality is based on InfoSets, define an infoset and proceed you querry.

  • Delete records from tableA which are not in tableB

Table A contains milions of records which is the best way to delete records from tableA which are not in tableB
delete from tableA where empno not in (select empno from tableb)
    or
delete from tableA where empno not exists (select empno from tableb
    where b.empno=a.empno)
    any help

    Hi
If you can do this, do with this:
    create table tableC
    as select a.*
    from tableA a,
    (select empno from tableA
    minus
    select empno from tableB) b
    where a.empno = b.empno;
    drop table tableA;
    rename table tableC to tableA;

Would you please tell me how to solve this problem
    and why it coming
    thankyou very much
    pritam singh

    Hi ,
Saving a library (.pll) to database would store the object inside specific tables that are to be created.
If you are using 6i, then you should find toolbild & toolgrnt.sql files which you have to run in the order specified. The above scripts creates the necessary tables and henceforth you won't get those errors while saving.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Vinod.

    Exception in thread "main"

First off, use the '-primaryKeyOnJoin true' flag when running the reverse
mapping tool so that you can get rid of that useless Xref class and have
a direct relation between Person and Project. See the documentation on
    reverse mapping tool options here:
    http://www.solarmetric.com/Software/Documentation/latest/docs/ref_guide_pc_reverse.html
But your real problem is that you are creating new objects, assigning
primary key values, and expecting them to represent existing objects.
That's not the way JDO works. If you want to set relations to existing
objects in JDO, you use the PM to look up those objects. If you try to
create new objects, JDO will assume you want to insert new records into
the DB, and you'll get PK conflicts like you see here.
There are several good books out on JDO; if you're just starting out with
it, they might save you a lot of time and help you master JDO quickly.

  • How to update record in Table control

    Dear Friends,
I have table control that has space for 10 records but i need to update 15 record from the flat file which is getting into the table how can i do this.
    Regards,
    MAHENDRA.

    Hi,
you record for an item and then click on page down and save it.use the loop on this bdc to populate the the bdc table no need to do manually.
    LOOP AT  l_i_dettab_item INTO l_wa_dettab_item..
          l_cursor = l_cursor + 1.
          IF l_cursor GT 1.
            PERFORM bdc_field       USING 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                   '=P+'.
          ENDIF.
          PERFORM cursor_pos_notation    USING 'V_EAN_DET001- GTIN_VARIANT_TYP'
                                                  l_cursor
                                        CHANGING  l_cursor_notation.
          PERFORM cursor_pos_notation    USING 'V_EAN_DET001-VTWEG'
                                                  l_cursor
                                        CHANGING  l_cursor_notation.
          PERFORM bdc_field       USING l_cursor_notation
                                        l_wa_dettab_item-vtweg.
          PERFORM cursor_pos_notation    USING 'V_EAN_DET001-DATEFROM'
                                                  l_cursor
                                        CHANGING  l_cursor_notation.
             PERFORM bdc_field       USING l_cursor_notation
                                        l_v_date.
          PERFORM bdc_field       USING 'BDC_CURSOR'
                                        l_cursor_notation.
          PERFORM bdc_field       USING 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                        '=SAVE'.
        ENDLOOP.
Here my ok code for page down is =P+  so i am looping on the table control data and then populating the bdc table after this i will populate the remaing info required for the call transaction and refresh bdcdata.
thats it no need to do recording 1000 times.
now if u do like this it doesn't depend on the number of records on table control.
it will take all the records.
    Reward if useful.

  • Issue when changing a PO: it creates a new output record automatically

    Hello,
The goal is to prevent that a new output record is automatically attached to a purchase order after a change has occurred.
    Current situation:
Create a PO for holding and an output record is created for output type ZHP1.
    Release PO.
    Print the PO in ME9F.
Change the condition record in MN05 and change the language of the print to a different language than the one of the supplier.
Change the PO by adding some header text, the system adds a second output on the purchase order in the language of the cond record.
    This should not happen.
Any idea how to achieve this goal rather via customizing than new implementation/changing the SAP standard code!
    Thank you in advance.
    Aydin

Hi, I'm working with Aydin on this issue.
It creates the second message on the PO and if processed via ME9F then it prints.
But we dont want even that the second output gets created.
We do not work with version management so changes to PO do not create second message.
This second message comes up because language code has been changed in MN05 (one time change) after the first print.
System sees that first message on PO is with language A and now condition record is with lang B.
So If I change any little thing on the PO just to trigger message redetermination, it attaches a second output in the lang B.
If I dont change language code in MN05 and I still do my little change on PO, then it does not attach a second output message (which is good for us)
I thought the only way out is to write a requirement program that would check that if a message already exists on the PO for that output type then dont create a second one. What do you think?

  • How can we do the validation for non visible records in table control.

    Hi Experts,
I have a table control which displays list of material details. I have a button to upload the material details from excel file to table control directly. I have to validate all the customers which are exist in the table. But my item (Material) table control displays only 5 rows i.e only 5 entries are visible in module pool screen. The validation is done for 5 records only in PAI event, but i need to do validation for rest of the records too (Which are not visible on items table), if validation fails then needs to display error message.
How can we do the validation for non visible records in table control.

  • Output text in table form

    Hi all,
I have a short little applescript that does some math and then outputs a mix of the results and plain text in tabular form, and copies it into a Word document. (I'm a complete novice at AS, this is maybe my third script).
At present, the script essentially hand-writes the table by including the tabs and returns, e.g. this excerpt:
    set gradingScale to "A+" & tab & Aplus & return & "A" & tab & Astraight & return
Is there a more efficient way to tell AS to output as a table? Like say, listing everything that belongs in column 1, or somesuch?
    thanks, Daiya

table_result starts out at the top of the script as a blank string variable. In the example my repeat loop will run three times (the length of column_a) with the integer x. On each successive run x increases by 1, so we'll get the first, then second, then third items of column_a and column_b. Because we are fed these values one at a time, we must concatenate them to the values that we already got on previous runs through the repeat loop. By setting the value of table_result to itself, plus a bunch of new data, we can thus build the table line by line.
The result term is just a convenient way to get the result of the previous line of code. Here are a few more examples.
click here to open this script in your editor<pre style="font-family: 'Monaco', 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; overflow:auto; color: #222; background: #DDD; padding: 0.2em; font-size: 10px; width:400px">set x to 1
    repeat 3 times
    say x
    set x to x + 1
    end repeat
    repeat with z from 3 to 1 by -1
    say z
    end repeat
    "Go AppleScript!"
    say result
    </pre>

    Hi,

Program is giving time out error. There are 25628 records in range L_R_AWKEY , i m fetching 500 records at a time using  PACKAGE SIZE. But the execution of prog stops on this query.
Please suggest something to overcome this problem.

    Hi
    Rui is right,
if you need to get the data by  operation parameters u have to use the fields AWTYP and AWKEY.
In this selection u can omit the company code.
SELECT BELNR XBLNR AWKEY FROM BKPF
           INTO TABLE L_I_BKPF_TEMP
                 PACKAGE SIZE 500
                      WHERE   AWTYP = <......> "<------------
                             AND AWKEY IN L_R_AWKEY .
           APPEND LINES OF L_I_BKPF_TEMP TO I_BKPF .
    ENDSELECT .
