Overclocking I7 920 what type of memory ?

Hi
Harm suggested that i get this great OCZ kit of memory with the purpose of overclocking in mind, unfortunately it is not avaible to me, but the listed Corsair kit is.. Would it still be possible to do a moderate OC with this memory, or MUST it be CAS7 ?

I know this is a little late but I started looking at memory on my own. There is no problem finding that OCZ memory in the States. Also ZipZoomFly has it advertised at only $142, but of course there is no stock.
Incidentally I remembered this post but could not remember the title but as frustrated as I was with this Jive Software and it's lousy search tool I instead went to good old Google and it was right at the top of the list.

Two Late 2008 MBP's were released. The 15" takes 204-pin PC3-8500 (1066 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM. The 17" takes 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM.
The 15" can be upgraded to a max of 8gb, the 17" up to 6gb.

"Other" includes data such as contact information and photos assigned to contacts, calendar events, Safari bookmarks/cookies/history, notes created with the Notes application, SMS messages, email stored locally or cached, and 3rd party application data created and stored by the application.
If "other" is more than say .75GB at the most, you had a corrupt sync. Try syncing again and if the problem persists, the recognized fix for this is to restore your iPad.

What types of NFC tags does the Lumia 920 support?

I bought some Mifare Classic 1k tags online hoping I could write and read some custom tags with the few apps on the marketplace but it doesn't seem the Nokia interacts with them well.
I found this on wikipedia.
"At the moment BlackBerry phones and the Nokia Lumia 610 can't read/write Tectile stickers ". (which are apparently based on Mifare Classic.)
I have found no other mention of what types of tags are supported, so that is my question. What types of tags are guaranteed to work with the 920?

I've run some NFC tests with the 920 because I run an NFC marketing platform.

Although this doesn't cover specific NFC tags I can confirm that it works well with MiFare UL tags. The use case of receiving a contact directly, and directing to web destinations works well.
Interestingly we haven't managed to successfully initiate a pairing with other NFC accessories (BH505 headphones or the 360 Speaker) at all. We'd be interested to know if anyone else has this issue.
But from a tag perspective we are confident that the Lumia 920 works with the MiFare UL tags.
Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you are looking for some tags that you want to program to go to a web destination. We'd supply them pre-programmed and you can virtually re-program them using the platform as opposed to having to physically re-write the tags.

Overclocking i7 920 d0 not working on msi pro-e

I intend to overclock my intel processor to 4ghz but when ever i change the base clock, after reboot it will just revert back to the default settings 133. (i did press F10 to save and exit) I have disable overspeed protection and spectrum I am not able to update my bios via MSI live update as well. Anyone face the same issue as me?

You can but HD's are expensive right now due to monsoon flooding
in Indonesia and 1TB will be expensive. You might check newegg's
selection as they have very good, comprehensive and critical product
reviews. You might consider going to a 7200 RPM drive vs. your 5400.

When you get a chance.... DSLReports is off line: their SQL server decided to take its indexes and access to data. Power. Not enough of the right kind of UPS. Same happened to StorageReview's "Drive Reliability Database" about 8-9 yrs ago.
