Overlapping Purchase and Refund needed

Dear
I purchased the Skype Premium 1 AUD12.99 today for calling Australia landline and I upgrade to Skype Premium 2 AUD26.49 for calling both landline and mobile in Australia.
Did I just purchased two independent product? Is this two purchase overlapping?
Or the Skype Premium 2 AUD26.49 is an add-on payment of Skype Premium 1 AUD12.99?
In the case of calling landline and mobile in Austrlia, is that okay I just keep the subscription of Skype Premium 2 AUD26.49 monthly?
If it is overlapping purchase, I want to stop to pay Skype Premium 1 AUD12.99 every month and refund AUD12.99 for this month.

There are no refunds.
