Overlay real time and date for video playback

I have made a mock CCTV film with Final Cut as an art piece and I want to play it with the current real time and date overlaid. Is there an application that does that?

funny thing is: none of these plugins avail yet are able to display the sources 'real' TC, but only the projects TC (which, in my humble opinion, is pretty nonsense) … but. some plugins allow at last a manual off-set of the starting TC.

Use the Setup (wrench icon) button on the front of the printer to look through the settings menu to set the printer time and date.

It's not properly connected to the network
Make sure location is set correctly
DNS should be on auto (settings - general - network)
If on wifi try Ethernet
Check that router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)

I see that you are having an issue with the date and time being all zeros on the fax confirmation.
Is the time and date set on the front display of the printer?
Please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Help - EXIF time and date not working correctly

I am a long time Lightroom user and am trying out Aperture 2.1. I like it a lot but I just found a serious problem. I'm importing some old photos into my Aperture library, by referencing the files in an existing folder. The time and date for some of the files gets messed up. When I view these files in LR the time and date is fine. When I look at the "date created" in the Finder, the time is also messed up. For a photo shoot I did in Europe, the time for some images has the right date & time when converted to US time, but for some images it has the right date & time but as if it were in the US time zone. The files are all Nikon NEFs.
Also, when I view the files in the Aperture import dialog box they are in the right order. But when they get imported and I'm looking at them in Aperture they are in the wrong order.

OK, I give up. Turns out that after one successful import where the dates were ok, subsequent imports have the dates messed up again - whether in Quick or Normal mode. I also tried importing to a new collection, and also tried importing after rebuilding the library (via command-option click in the dock). Still hving this problem.

How to show two different plots with current system time and date on waveform chart

I am using one waveform chart to display the more than one value continiously. The data are comming properly but i am not getting my system (pc) time and date on x axis. It is showing default date and time (i.e.01/01/1904 5:30:45). Please give me suggestions to display the real time and date on x axis of waveform chart.

How does your data look like? Do you graph waveform data types, dynamic data, or plain arrays/clustes? In the case of plain arrays, you need to set x0 to the absolute start time of your data, e.g. with a property node.
I you would attach your code (or an image) we could offer more specific advice. There are too many possibilities.

can we display Cube refresh time and date for user with out going into the Cube properties. Can we use any substitution variable for that?

After the successful cube building, you can capture the time stamp from the system into a variable and you can set the note on database.
suppose below is the maxl script updatetime.mxl
login $1 identified by $2 on $3 ;
spool on to $4 ;
alter database $5.$6 set note $7 ;
logout ;
spool off ;
exit ;
you can call the script like
essmsh updatetime.mxl <<userid>> <<pwd>> <<server>> <<spoolfile>> <<appname>> <<dbname>> <<updatetime>>

Setting the inputdate component on user's time and date in JDeveloper 11g.

Can somebody help me non this? I was wondering on how will I get the user's time and date as the default time and date for my inputdate component because it always shows the server's date and time on where my application is placed.

Then I received an email from Telus saying I had used my 3G instead of Wi-Fi using 75% of my data. How can this happen when I'm on Wi-Fi at home? It doesn't have to be that complicated, Verizon iPhones come unlocked, just tell VZ you're going on Holiday/Traveling and suspend the service, no need to pay for service if you're not going to be using it. Pick up local SIM cards in the countries of your choosing, pop them in, re-activate iMessage and you're set!
I recommend getting a SIM card from the Three network in England, they have great EU roaming rates and free like-home roaming in Italy.
Set your phone's region to match the country you're in, it'll save from some headaches when calling local/international numbers.
To answer your questions,
1. If you choose not to have a local SIM card, it is good to keep your phone in Airplane mode to save battery.
2. Make sure the two iPhones have different names to reduce sync/restore issues.
3. If husband has an iPhone also, you can chat with iMessage/Facetime, just give him heads up about the new number you'll have. Otherwise, use Whatsapp if he's got an Android. You can activate Whatsapp with your American number or the international number if you choose to get a SIM in Europe.
Also, Get the MagicJack app and/or Google Hangouts, both of those apps provide you with free calling to the USA and Canada using any internet connection. Google Voice is another good way to SMS across the seas.

I want to write a LabVIEW progarmme which able to read data in real time and save it as an excel file from Varian Vacuum muli-gauge.
It is using RS232 port.
Can anyone give me some examples or point me in the right direction?

I just use MAX to verify that the rs232 port is operational.
However, there is an error (please refer to the attachment).
One possible reason is in MAX I am trying to do the default command *idn? ...but it doesn't work.
I read the vacuum multi-gauge manual but I don't know which command should I use...
I attached the manual and can you tell me which command should I use?
Or can you tell me other possible reason for this error code?

Importing video help! Need Time and date to show up on screen...

SOMEBODY HAS TO HAVE AN ANSWER!
Okay, little background... I just got a new Mac book pro lab top. First time apple user. Difficult to learn, but learned fast. I am working with IMovie HD program, got the hang of it. I have a Cannon ZR50 camcorder, mini DVR tape. Camera has DV,S, USB, AV etc.. port outs. Hooked it up to lab top to import video to lab top to edit footage add sound etc... to later burn to DVD via IDVD program
BTW: I used a DV to Firewire cable to load up footage.
PROBLEM I AM HAVING. is when I'm importing my video to the computer, time and date stamp from my camcorder's screen does not show up on Mac screen. It gets lost when importing. How I view it on my camcorder (SHOWING TIME/DATE INFO ON FOOTAGE TAKEN) is how I would like to view it after importing it to lab top to later edit ad sound tracks etc... If I hook up my camcorder to a VHS or TV, to record on tape of footage taken, Time/Date stamp of footage shows up and records on tape with no problem.
I spoke with a lot of people on this issue. Everyone refers me to someone else. I can't get an answer for something in my eyes is so simple. They all said " Why would you want the time and date stamp to show up on your footage anyway" Well I would like it to be that way. Topic got down to three things that might solve problem. 1. Need better video/editing software. 2. Need Digital Analog capture device. 3. Need new camcorder. I've been working on this problem for a day or so. It's getting rough for help. Handbrake, MPEG Streamclip and Evon all replace the original timecode with the date of modification. This is very frustrating when you are trying to keep the chronology right. I know that if you upload the files to iMovie from one device the chronology isn't a problem, but I'm adding video files from a couple of iPhones and a couple of camcorders. any help much appeciated.

I want to take my apple tv from my home in Canada and us it at the Cabin in the States, but can't seem to get it to set up in the states? It just keeps asking for time and date over and over.

We just bought apple tv for our home in Canada, we also want to use it at our Cabin in Montana. We have internet and can get netflix etc on the Macbook, but don't seem to be able to hook up the Apple TV, it just keeps asking for the Time and Date over and over. Anyone know what we are doing wrong?
