Ovi contacts , feedback and Suggestions to improve...

Hi, I'm sorry if this not the perfect sub-forum to but this article in. However I have use Ovi Contacts and I love it but I find things which can improve the service.
I'd love to add this features:
Support groups: I can Create a group, send the link, Invention, Group ID for my friend to join us.
Quick Smiles: small button to show the smiles quickly without needing to open the app menu then select add smile.
Typing messagehow If the other one typing now or not.
Support sending a broadcast: Broadcast for all my contacts on few clicks.
Support sharing files: Share a photo, song with my friends quickly and easily, Also enable the ability to open the contact photo enlarge if I want that.
Sort by option: support sorting by Name, Sex, age, status, etc..
Block feature: a timed block job to block some one who I wont to talk with at the moment.
Change that chat background and fonts: Support changing background from the basic one to the active theme default background and solid colors, Also support change font color and size (In 5800 its a kind of small, At least big as the system size)
Also I tried to install it in the first week after produce it as a beta in E71 , I have these problems (Maybe it was fixed already in the last version):
Error when typing a non-English numbers as a username
Error If my email contact a "-" or a "_"!!
Sometimes after searching for a contact the result message not appears.
That's all what I have in this moment, Please make a reply with what you think.

I guess it would also be nice to see a forum for all apple users to input their ideas. One where Developers would go to see them as well. This would give all Apple users a place to share their wish lists and see what others have as input.

Getting point here - Community Feedback and Suggestions forums

Point system bad or good, it seems we have to live with that. So, just a thought.
Is there any sense to have this point system in the Feedback and Suggestions forum ?
This is not product related (according to the forum's title, isn't it), so people are "classified" as newbie/expert/... on what ? Forum knowledge ? What's a good knowledge on a product ! I should add it in my resume :-)

Nokia My Commute for WP7 Feedback and suggestions

My commute is a great feature that can be very useful. But after using it after month i have few suggestions that could make it evne better.
Have voice guide while use my commute and be able to turn it on or off
Have route guidance like the normal nokia drive.
suggest Reroute if the traffic is to heavy
more often traffic updates ( i found some times, app was saying the traffic was heavy but there was no traffic at all!!)
Warning for road speedcameras.
then it would be a perfect app to use !!!

Maybe you should try and upgrade to 9 and see if the things you want are already there. 7 is old.

Safari Feedback and Suggestion. *Apple READ*

Safari is a great web browser. As a dedicated Chrome user I feel there's a toss up between Safari and Chrome as my preferred browser of choice. There are great benifits to using Safari over Chrome, however there are some pieces missing before I can fall in love with Safari. I'm going to suggest some things that are very important that Apple SHOULD take into consideration to throw Chrome out the window.
Tab View
In Safari, you can use the pinch gesture on the trackpad to zoom out into tab view. This is wonderful, and it definitely set's Safari apart from Chrome's Cmd+Opt+(arrow keys). This is a feature everyone can use, however, it's not quite refined for power users, such as myself. The only complaint I have while using it is that it feels like it takes too much time (a short amount of time, but still too much); power users like to work fast. To fix this, design the view so that you don't need to lift your two fingers off the trackpad to switch to a tab; make it one fluid gesture that is built solid without any glitches. Power users will then have their autotory mechinisms kick in and will be able to switch to a tab with one fluid gesture.
Here's how it would work:
Use two fingers to pinch into Tab View (Power users might use their index and middle finger, so make sure that the pinching action is sensative enough for this)
Once the two fingers come together, allow moving left and right to move between tabs. Even if the Tab View is partially in mode, allow for the movement of two fingers to switch between tabs.
With the two fingers still on the trackpad, let the parting of the two fingers zoom into the currently selected/focused tab. Simple.
This will allow for power users to learn this single gesture action to quickly, and visually, focus a desired tab.
One other thing to note: With a lot of tabs open, it may take a couple of swipes in a particular direction to get to the desired tab. This is fine, however, in order to give power users faster access to a distant tab, allow the left and right swiping in step 2 to be more sensative the more partially the Tab View mode is entered. In other words, if a user were to only slightly pinch, the Tab View would only slightly be entered (and the tabs visually would be closer together), so moving left or right would flip between tabs more rapidly.
Address Bar - Search
Chrome's tab to search feature and automatic search detection is brilliant and should be included in Safari. It saves so much time being able to begin typing a site and hitting the tab key to start a search. Installing an extension wont be able to replace this functionality because having shortcuts for popular search sites is not enough. I use OneLook.com a lot, and it's not a typical search site that an extension would include. Being able to automatically pick up sites that aren't so popular is very useful. Just include the darn feature.
Extensions
Chrome has a great extension system and web store. Apple does app stores really well, so why is Safari's app store so second place? Apple should develop stronger APIs too.

please i need your help...my old blackberyy was stolen and now the crook is using my pin and re adding all my friends in my old list.....is there a way i can stop that...although the minute it got stolen i called the telecompany that i was subscribed to and gave them serial num and they said its done...its off
but its on and when i called them again they said to us its off....but he used another tele company to use the pin..
its soo frustrating..
i am also worried about my facebook and email accounts....in my ild bb i had the FB application and 2 email accounts....i changed all passwords...but i am afraid he is still recieveing my emails....

There is nothing RIM can do about that. You've called your carrier, and that is good.
You should make CERTAIN that your carrier has removed the PIN from your old BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) account, that will ensure that the device is not receiving your emails, etc.
The only reason your friends are being added back to that device is probably because the thief or whoever bought it from the thief turned the device back on.
Once the PIN is removed from your account and at some point the new user does a reboot, all the account connections will be lost.

Looking for a better graphic card. Need feedback and suggestion

I'm looking to get a different graphic card but I'm not sure really what to buy,

Honestly I wouldn't spend too much trying to upgrade your computer. It has an aging dual core Athlon processor, and only 2GB of RAM. Even with the highest top of the line card, with that CPU/RAM setup, your computer is probably going to struggle to run it.

Mail for Exchange and Ovi contacts update help for...

How do I remove these update requests I don't use MFE (and have removed from phone) and don't even have or want Ovi Contacts but Nokia App Update keeps requesting I update them.

If you cannot remove an app from the phone, the app updater will always ask to update. There is no way around that.
It looks like you may be able to remove Mail for Exchange, though I do not recommend it. To do so, open the MfE folder, highlight it and choose options/organize/remove.
For Ovi Contacts, go to settings/application manager/installed files.... highlight Contacts on Ovi, then options/uninstall.
I don't use these either, but am reluctant to remove them when I don't know what the consequences might be. Proceed at your own risk.

Ovi Contacts and Offline Friends

Ok so I've just installed and set up Ovi Contacts and I've just added my friend who uses Google Talk, now I can chat to him fine but it always says he is offline, when I sign into Google Talk on my PC it says he is onlien so he hasn't set him self to offline or anything like that, does anyone know what the problem is?

Yeah I have the same problem. When my husband is not home and we want to chat it doesn't work, he says I am appearing offline even if I am online and he does too appear offline when he's online. It's weird.

I have tried both versions of Ovi Suite (2 and 3), and the contact sync is absolutely terrible. I have no confidence that I am getting the proper info at either place. It either munges the contact at the phone, or in Outlook.
A simple fix for this would be to follow RIM's lead, and allow OVI to choose (before the sync), which side wins when in conflict. (or stop the sync on each conflict,and allow us to choose the one which is correct)
Anyhow, after fighting OVI for over two weeks, I uninstalled OVI and tried PC Suite 7 for the first time, and it synced my contacts and all other notes, tasks, and calendar items like magic.
Love the GUI on OVI Suite, but I can't keep fighting this sync issue.

There is no facetime icon and never was. Facetime is built into the phone. Go to settings>general>restrictions and make sure facetime is ON. Go to settings>facetime and turn it on there and set it up there. Also read http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4268
