OVI Maps for C3 - why is it not available?
The phone supports the related JSR(179).
It is possible to connect (Nokia-made) GPS modules via Bluetooth.
The Maps application is available for other Series 40 phones.
Why is it not available for the Nokia C3?

The C3 is retailed on many emerging markets, where the customers are different; here the phone might serve as a "poor man's smartphone".
I assumed some kind of technical detail prohibits the app from being released; not having a landscape-capable version looks like a good reason to me.
Otherwise, even having the maps without GPS connectivity could be useful. What was the problem you encountered with the 3720c? Perhaps something there helped Nokia to make a decision not to pursue this path any further.

Cannot download 3.06 ovi maps for 5800XM after hard reset. Any clue what's going on?
Similar problem on my E71 phone after upgrading the firmware to 300.21.012
I.e., when I start the application - it closes in a half way. Uninstalling is impossible.
When I start Nokia Maps updater - it says:
"Error. Cannot update licenses. Missing phone info: IMSI or IMEI cannot be obtained (20)."
Possible reason:
I've used Nokia Maps - Ovi beta before updating firmware to 300.21.012. After firmware update, I've updated Nokia Maps successfully with Nokia Maps Loader from the computer under Windows XP. But later I've restored phone info from backup, from another computer which is runing on Windows Vista. After restoring backup - I see my messages, etc., but Maps don't work at all (as written above).
Connecting through another computer (which runs under Windows Vista) - it says: "There are no new updates for your phone! Manage your maps and voices with Map Loader". But when I start Map loader - it looks as previous version loader; and allows only load voices, not maps. And still I can not start Maps in my E71 phone.
So how can I start using Nokia Maps again? -

Skype has not published a native version of its messaging application for Nokia Series 40 devices. Therefore, it is not possible as of this moment. -

Apple did replace my MB last Fall under the video fault problem (for free after 3 years.....thanks Apple), but it stills identifies as a 6,2 Boot ROM MBP61.0057.B0F
I wish I could shut off this powernap feature, but have no access to it. -

FionaThe short answer is because Apple havn't made an iOS version of it, and I don't think that they've released a reason as to why not. There are apps in the iTunes App Store that let you resize etc e.g. PS Express

There are a few tv shows that played this week that are not available on itunes from tnt. Why are they not available for download. We watch these each week, and I have checked to be sure that there was actually an episode this week, and there was.
Under other "sync-able" players, there's usually the "Sync only checked items" radio button. Not for the 2.0 Apple TV. There's no option, but acts as though that option ("sync only, etc...") has been selected. Figured it out after an hour of walking back and forth from my Mac to the TV. Argh.
Try it. De-select the shows, sync the AppleTV and look under the "TV Shows" and the one's you've unchecked will not be there.

Why skype is not available for windows phone 7.8, earlier it was there in wp 7.8 market place... Please bring it back for WP 7.8Yet more shoddy treatment of those who bought in to win phone 7. Makes me feel foolish for recommending windows phone to friends and colleagues. "We want everyone to experience the best Skype has to offer" and your way of doing this is to take it away!
My next phone is unlikely to be a win phone 8, and I'll look at alternatives to skype. -

Could someone please tell me why Dutch is not available in Siri (ios6).
It is deffinately not the same as German (just for the info).
By the way, Arabic is also a worldlanguage, spoken by many people. There is Chinese but no Arabic. Really something to think about in the future for the developers of IOS. Anyways, this was about dutch, so could anyone please tell me why there is no Dutch available in Siri?

Because Apple hasn't made it available yet. They have made no specific statements as to why certain languages are not yet available so there's really no other answer anyone here can give.
