Ovi Player cant find album artwork

since i had the mb3datastore problem (again) on my ovi player (orig nokia music) when i rip cds into the program it finds the track listing but no artwork . any ideas?

ok sorted it by updating ovi player, but why cant you set the autoplay to just view cd using ovi player?

I have some random albums on my itunes (updated today) that dont have artwork, and if I search the same album on itunes store it has the artwork. Albums like city and colour, the frey etc big name bands.

It could be that there are some diffrences anyway.
But you can do a Google image search to find the album cover.
When you find it, right-click on the image and chose 'Copy'.
In iTunes: Select all songs of the album > right-click > get info > right-click inside the Artwork field > Paste > OK

How do you get album artwork? I have like two thousand songs and about 95% don't have cover album artwork and when i try to get album artwork it says "Itunes can not find album artwork" "an unknown error occurred-609" what do i do?

Cant get album artwork

Hi There,
I am using itunes 6.0.4.2 with my ipod Nano and I cant seem to get any Album artwork onto Itunes from anywhere. Please help me find them or tell me where to get it so I can add them to my itunes. I see the space on the bottom of Itunes saying " drag album artwork here" but dont know where to drag it from. When I converted all my wav files to MP3 to switch from Media player to Itunes I lost all the artwork.

You can get album artwork by saving the images from Amazon to your desktop and dragging them to iTunes. You can also find third party utilities for adding artwork.

ITunes cannot find album artworks

Hello, I imported some purchased Cd's I have at home to iTunes and the album artwork does not appear. I tried all the ways to make iTunes get the artwork as the iTunes help says and still, "artwork could not be found". Is there a way I can make iTunes to automatically download the album artwork??

Do you know I have the same problem.
I go to HMV with my daughter and spend time browsing music together. We come home and inport our music. It always finds the track and album names but cannot find the Artwork. This does not seem to apply to odd or old stuff, even chart CDs.
To add insult to injury if you type the album name into Itunes it is there, with the artwork.
Another reason why I HATE Itunes......

Anyone else seeing this?? Just imported death magnetic from the CD and itunes isn't finding the cover art...

I have tons of CDs that with WMP it has the artwork and when I load up itunes, nothing. go figure ... Im trying to find a way to make wmp and itunes place nice with the auto updating of the song info but between the two they love to fight and screw things up

Cant Find Album Art?!!

I reformatted my computer and put all my songs back in itunes and did the get album art function and it found most of them but it says it cant find a few and they are some of the ones that it had before i reformatted. I have checked the info and its all the same as how it is listed in the itunes store and i have the latest version. Anyone know how to fix that? Thanks

sorry i kind of solved this myself after a bit of exploration in preview (i dont remember there being a crop option in preview for leopard)

Error (-609) what is it? I cant get album artwork for half my library

i am trying to get album artwork but error (-609) keeps coming up and not allowing me to do so... Any answers??

ITunes not finding album artwork

I'm getting a bit sick of this - why does iTunes not find any album artwork any more, yet it recognises the album & finds all the tracks? This seems to be a constant problem on this forum - anyone have any ideas...? I have iTunes 11 & a desktop intel Mac, OS X 10.7.

I wouldn't be in a hurry to upgrade to 8.2.
Make sure that the *Album Artist* and Artist of your album matches up with what's in the iTunes Store EXCEPT if the artist has an ampersand (&) in it. Then put in everything up until the space before the ampersand. (You're free to edit the info after you've gotten the correctly downloaded artwork.) In some cases you may not get the correct artwork no matter how you match the data.

Unable to find album artwork?

I am picking up the CD details when I add it to my i-tunes but not the album artwork? I receive a message that artwork is unavailable?The trial version of Rinse seems to be able to locate it but not i-tunes?!.I'd rather go with the free download before paying for another download.

Cant get album artwork! Need help!

So I just bought Senses Fail's new album Life Is Not a Waiting Room and I tried to get the album artwork and it says it could not be found and it's spelt the exact same way as it is on iTunes... Also I just downloaded the new iTunes and I did not have any troubles with any other artwork until I uploaded this cd... So please help me!

For whatever reason, the iTS store database has it listed differently than your tags.
Sometimes just adding a blank space after the Album Name or Artist will make iTunes fetch the artwork.
When Led Zeppelin's Mothership was first released, Apple had it filed under Artist = Lead Zeppelin. It's fixed now, but folks couldn't get the artwork until it was, unless they misspelled their own tags.

Find Album Artwork with Google

Not sure after which update this happened (I've updated to 10.1), but every time I try and search for album artwork, I now get a message saying "This script requires iTunes version 4.0. Current version of iTunes: 10.1". with an update and cancel button. When I try and update I am asked if I want to install iTunes!! Help!!

Cant put album artwork onto itunes?

Hi Ive just updated t the newest version of itunes.... when i go to put artwork on an album it wont let me it has pute the album artwork as a plain black cover... i have tried the usual of get info then copy and paste ... and i have also tried drag and drop ..... none of these have been succesful any ideas?

Go to the main iTunes menu at the top of your screen, and open the "View" drop down menu. Enable the option "Always show artwork"
