OVM 3.0.3 - New VM loses filesystem after OS install

New install of OVM 3.0.3.
Setup new server pool and new storage pool using local disk space on the host.
Imported OracleLinux-R5-U7-Server-x86_64-dvd.iso for the install media.
Created new VM and installed OS.
No issues until OS install was complete and VM restarted.
Now this...
Any ideas / help - greatly appreciated...

I just tried recreating the VM. This time I cleared the default partitioning layout and manually configured the /boot, swap and / partitions without LVM. It still can't find the filesystem... it's finding /boot I'm sure - otherwise it couldn't get to grub... what is going on???

Brand New Macbook loses connection after a few seconds causing my other products using wifi (android & iPad) to lose connection too. Very Frustrating

- Mac book is 3 days old
- The Mac book would connect for about 10 seconds with the WiFi then it would disconnect

Am really confused on why it hasnt been connecting, will connect to internet on my android phone and girlfirends iphones WiFi hotspots when i activate them but as i said the Macbook may connect to my router for a few seconds once i have unplugged and replugged my router but drops out and causes my other devices to drop out. The other Devices (Ipad and Android Phone) will connect and stay connected to my router only until i try to connect the macbook, prompting all devices to drop out.

New battery loses charge after calibrate it

I bought a Macbook Pro last saturday and accordingt to istat, in the beginning the battery health was 98%. I have calibrated it and the result has changed from 98% to 97%. What can I do? I am very worried...

the batteries will lose a few of the small cells in side (some batteries are better than spec some are below but still end up being with in the tolerances)
check in system profiler and see what the max charge is, or you can get coconut battery (free ware) to check and record your max battery charge. the "spec" from factory should be max charge of 5500 mha(or what ever the measurement is), IIRC the bottom end of spec is 4400 (which should be 80%). as long as it doesnt drop below 4400 or 80% before you hit 300 cycles it is fine. but supposedly the battery warranty is only one year even with apple care (i thought that was not the case but thats what i was told the other day from a product specialist).
if before the year is up your battery is giving you issues call apple but a few % are not a huge issue (my battery with 12 cycles is at 95%

Brother wi-fi printer loses connection after Mavericks installed.

My printer loses it's wi-fi connection after Mavericks upgrade. If I turn off the printer and then re-start, the connection is re-established for awhile.

I'm having the same issues with my Brother MFC-J6510DW. Worked well for a while but now won't connect to my air or iMac. I've reinstalled all of the latest driver several times now and even when I manually wake the printer up I can't get a connection. I've tried all of the above - DRIVING ME MAD!!!

Some organs don't play in new Logic Express files after JamPacks installed

After loading only the instruments from the Symphony Orchestra and World Music GarageBand Jam Packs, I lost the ability to hear most of the organs available in Logic Express and all of the organs available in GarageBand after inserting them into Logic Express tracks. These same organ sounds still play in any Logic Express file set up prior to the installation of the JamPacks and they continue to play in GarageBand. Can an uninstall/reinstall of Logic Express 7.2.3 be a fix for this or is there an easier way to return the lost instruments to Logic Express?

The loss of instrument sounds in Logic Express had nothing to do with the installation of GarageBand JamPacks. The midi channel setting in the Inspector box of the Arrange window in Logic Express needed to be set to channel 1 to get midi data from other than channel 1 to play some of the inserted CoreAudio instruments. I don't understand what's going on but now I'm able to get the instruments that would not play.

Assuming this does not happen at a specific time of day but randomly when ever she connects, she may need to power cycle the modem/router, with the MBP off, after it reestablishes connection and IP addresses, then power up the MBP and reconnect.

Brand new MacBook Pro 2012 not booting install of Mountain Lion

Hi,
I have a brand new 15" MacBook Pro 2012 model (2.6Ghz, 8GB Ram) - works fine on OS X Lion. As I had just bought it I decided to upgrade it to Mountain Lion straight away, and here's where the problems start.
After apparent install the machine re-boots, but upon re-boot I get what I have found to be called 'the grey screen of death' where the loading icon disappears and the apple logo appears and the screen dulls slightly. I have also noticed that through the install process I lose keyboard and trackpad funcionality and the 'spinning wheel of death' froze, even though the loading icon contined to countdown the minutes till install.
I have read many threads online now about how to reboot and reinstall OS X Lion, I have done this succesfully. I managed to save the OS X Mountain Lion files to an external device and attempt to reboot that way - same problems!
How on earth do I get OS X Mountain Lion working on this machine?
From the threads I have read no one has answered this - they simply answer how to reboot into OS X Lion. Others have stated that they have been in to see Apple's "Genuis" bar and the "Genious's" cannot explain the problem and attempt to put it down to hard drive failures etc. Problem is, there seems to be a **** of a lot of people out there with the same issue - surely it's OS problems and not hardware if it's a brand new MacBook?
Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone else have a solution to my problem?
For the record, I have updated my EFI and firmware as well as my operating system before attempting install.

Unfortunately, i experienced some thing really unprofessional and different this time.
It begun suddenly one day when i tried to charge my phone, the phone was on silent mode and as usual the phone vibrated when i kept it for charge.
After a few seconds the phone vibrated twice or thrice again when i re-inserted the cable thinking it might be loose.
It continued to charge well when i left the room for 2 hours and finally when i returned i could see a damaged i phone 5
lying on the floor and the phone vibrating continuously and i figured out there was a fault with the cable and the
current wasnt flowing continuously due to which the phone continued to vibrate and fell off the shelf.
Next day i took the iphone to Apple service centre at Saket which was closed.
Thinking its August 15 and so the store might be closed i went back to home and waited for the next day but unfortunately could not turn up since
i had to go to work on odd timings.
I again went to the same service centre on 17th August 2013 and saw the service centre closed again when i tried to contact
the other service centre and was informed about Saket's service centre already been shut down.
There was no hoarding/ banner any kind of intimation for the customers.
Since 18th August was Sunday and i was occupied on 19th August i went to service centre at Ansal Plaza Khel Gaon Marg on
20th August 2013 to complaint about the Faulty Cable and the damaged caused to my iphone 5 due to the same.
I very well explained the same to one of the person at the receiving desk at the service centre who accepted the cable
but explained me that he doesnt have the authority to accept my iphone without permission from the technical support people
who will be able to help me in that case and gave me the toll free number.
i Tried to reach the toll free number and finally managed to get online with a technical support executives who too all my details and
summary of the problem i experienced and finally kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes ormore after which he said he said that my
case cannot be considered and while the discussion was on, the call was disconnected and i was left frustrated as i still was at the service centre
but finally i left with no hope from Apple .
I tried to reach again at the toll free number, and finally managed to talk to a well behaved person who assured me of considering my case and suggested
me to go back to the service centre and advice the the person at the recieving end there to get me connected to the technical support team when i reach so that i could
submit my phone but, since, it was already around 4:30 and the service centre was about to shut and due to traffic
conditions all around i thought of visiting the service centre next day.
On 21st August 2013, i went back to the service centre and spoke to the one of the store person who adviced the case to the manager Mr. Alok ( as i remember )
who was really rude to tell me that i will have to call the technical support team on my own and then he will connect and that its not his work and all that .
I finally connected to one of the senior technical support executives Mr.Mohamed Azharuddin K who understood my concern and spoke to the manager of the store to accept
my iphone.
My iphone was finally collected and i was assured i would get a call back next day from the service centre about the update.
It was now 22nd August 2013, no update was given,no call was received, i tried to call the service centre at 12:30, they were unaware about my case and knew only about the cable and said will call me
back very shortly.
I called back at 2:30, still no update, at 4:30 i called back again when i was told that my case cannot be considered and i can collect my phone.
Similar discussion was held with Mr.Mohamed Azharuddin K.
I knew by the time i will reach the service centre would again close.
He told me that my case cannot be considered since the cable was recieved in the dead condition and wasnt working at all unlike what i told him about the cable.
On 23th August 2013, i went back to the service centre and collected my phone. When i asked about my old cable and told them that it was working and i wanted the technician
to check it properly when i handed it over, they had no answer but to say its already shipped. I spoke to the manager who said that he never told any body that the cable
was received in dead condition and he only conveyed to other authorities that the cable had fault .
I finally dont know what to do and came back with the new cable.
I just visited my time, petrol and parking charges in getting the cable replaced.
If i calculated i have spent around 16 hours and 2000 worth of money in just getting the cable replaced and have a broken phone in hand.
More than a weeks torture.
Is that the way apple compensates for its fault ????????????????
I will make sure that i never buy any thing from Apple and advice all the people i know to not trust Apple blindly.

Thanks, but my main problem is to delete the locally stored
data that is stored in the application storage directory when the
application is uninstalled.
The data is not being deleted automatically when the
application is uninstalled, thats why I want to write some file to
application directory.
My application is remembering the login username and password
even I uninstall the application and reinstall the next
time.
