I got the below error during the OWB Repository Creation on RAC Database which is newly created(11.2.0.3)

I was checking this MOM: OWB Design Client Fails to Connect to Repository With ORA-06512: at "OWBSYS.GETROLESTARTED" (Doc ID 1355764.1)
But why this is happening for first time as this is a Fresh database.
Can anyone help on this??? Any workaround for this issue?

"The time sheet creation failed, because of problems with the project server or with data validations".
This issue is coming to only few members out of 10000 members.
Note: For the same user, can able to do in other machines. only the problem in his machine. Have ran the office diagnostics, but still the problem persists.
Is any add-on's/any settings need to update in IE. Could any one please help me on how to fix this issue?

Im getting an error when configuring owb repository, this error raising at OWBSYS Information step. following is the error im getting
OWB software with the compatible version must be installed locally on the database server machine. If it is already installed, please acquire the DBA user credentials, and run the SQL script owb/uUnifiedRepos/remote_owb_install.sql. on the database server machine. This creates a database directory named 'OWB_REMOVE_ADMIN' that the remote installation will access to read the database servers OWBHOME/owb/bin/admin directory. Relaunch the repository Assistant or execute OWB scripting command OMBSEED top seed the repository.
Im trying to create repository on a database in another remote server. below are the my system details...

Hi,
The error is self explanatory.
If you are doing repository installation on remote server you have to run the script <OH>/owb/uUnifiedRepos/remote_owb_install.sql(where OH is Oracle Home) in order to set the remote OWB home.
So as suggested in the error message itself you need to connect to the database as any DBA user and run the script remote_owb_install.sql and do the repository installation.

Lion download keeps failing at the end

I am hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having. My cousin brought his iMac over to download Lion because he only has satellite internet. I have a great 20meg cable line. He bought Lion from the app store and it appears to download fine. At the very end it says that the download failed and I can cancel or retry. Hitting retry just brings the message right back up. I can only cancel. What is weird is that the download appears to be complete. It is 3.75 gigs. We tried twice to download it. Same result both times. Failed at the very end. He has snow leopard with the latest updates. 10.6.8. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

How much free space on the startup disk?
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon. Click Get Info. In the Get Info window you will see Capacity and Available. Make sure you have a minimum of 15% free disk space. (more for Lion)
Make sure the startup disk is ok. Using Disk Utility to verify or repair disks
If there's enough disk spacei and disk is ok, might be better off installing from the thumb drive available > OS X Lion USB Thumb Drive - Apple Store (U.S.)

Why is it taking 8+ Days to write a Blu-ray folder, only to fail at the end?

I'm trying to write a blu-ray dvd and author it through Encore. I've done this in the past with no issues at all, but in the case of this particular project, it's been a complete nightmare from hell.
It took 8 DAYS... that's right... DAYS to transcode a 7 minute, 1hr 4min, and 30min file to a Blu-ray folder. And at the end of it all, I get a message that there has been a failure with Encore and cannot write the folder. I try to make sure that there is enough space on the disc, and I give the disc an extra 1.2g of space to work with.
I have never had this issue in the past until now, and I don't understand if this is a software issue or a computer issue. I tried using my old 2007 MacBook Pro to transcode and write the folder before I tried wasting time on a disc (made that mistake the first time). I don't know what to do, and there is no one that can give me definative answers. I need help if I'm going to be productive. Please...

I had used a Dynamic Link between my files and Encore. I've done it in the past without any issues. Adobe tech support actually told me that the "/" was the issue when building the disc, since my file read... "highlights/highlights.prpro ... I changed the name and no help.
~What did Encore show for your assets once imported to Encore? "Do not transcode" or what?
All the files didn't show anything in the properties for transcoded... either for DVD or Blu-ray. I actually took the time to edit the settings of each file to maximize its target bitrate while maintaining enough space on the disc. I believe I also changed the settings to MPEG-2 settings rather than my go-to H.264 setting. I think that might be an issue too.
I DID notice too that when I finally decided to build the disc, there was odd threads showing in the status bar. Stuff I've never seen like " cpt.csf.9/render/..." when the build was taking place.
I'm eager to simple leave everything alone and let Encore do everything by default just to see if that works.

signed it with the PDF of my signature, it is showed as my name in Typing
such as "XXX YY", instead of the handwritten form. I managed to use the
same PDF of my signature (signed and converted to PDF) last week when I
used the Pro 9, how can I attach my signature the same way in handwritten
form instead of being convered to "XXX YY" and appears "digitally signed"

When I import a compilation CD to my library, why does it sometimes show in my library under V for various artists and sometimes at the end with the other compilations? Can I amend this?

I know how to import CD's but I have some compilation CD's that show in my library as Various Artists but other compilations in the library are at the end. As far as I can see, they are all ticked as compilations but I can't get them all in the same place.
Anyone offer a solution?

Generally setting a common Album title and Album Artist will fix split albums. For compilations of tracks by different artists set the album artist to Various Artists and also set Part of a compilation to Yes on the Options tab if using the old dialog box (hold down shift when you Get Info) or tick Album is a compilation of songs by various artists if using the new one.

I have a 10g database on linux, installed owb 10g on the same linux box. I also installed owb 10g on my windows xp computer as client. Now I'm using repository assistant to create a repository. It error out on creating repository owner (error message attached here). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying a test setup of OVM3.1.1-305. I am using OpenFiler for iSCSI disks and have created 20GB iSCSI disk for Pool FileSystem and another 260GB iSCSI disk for Data Repository. The server pool gets created fine with the Pool FS and HA and Cluster options enabled. But while exposing the iSCSI disk for data store the job times out. Details of the error message is as below, please help!

check your messages log and etc on the VM server. The job log doesn't go into enough detail to tell what's causing the issue. It did fail cleanup. Meaning.... that your ocfs2 filesystem is probably orphaned. You have have to clear the iSCSI LUN before trying again.

One of the user having the issue in Project Server 2007, while cratating the timesheet the mentioned error have been populated in the screen
