Own product but it tells me my trial  has ended

Adobe has a lot to be desired when it comes down to getting help, it  would be nice to have a support number to call with problems. I purchased Adobe Premmiere elements 12, have ser #, followed instrunstons to install and have had nothing but trouble.  It keeps telling me that my trial has ended, how come.

    Trial for Photoshop Cs6 is always the 'Extended' Version.
    Incase you have SN for Photoshop Cs6, Plese click on 'License this software', there enter your adobe id and SN.
    PS should launch fine for you.

    I have the same problem.  It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button.  After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number.  The only two other options are "back" and "next".

  • When I open Photoshop 12, it says my trial has ended, but when I enter my newly purchased code for Photoshop 13 it says it's an invalid serial.

    How can I use my serial number for Photoshop 13?  I enter it into Photoshop 12 when I'm prompted because my trial has ended, but it says that it is not a valid serial number for Photoshop 13.  However, when I go to download Photoshop 13 in my Adobe account, the only option is the Akamai installer, which I installed.  There isn't any option to download Photoshop 13.

    The serial number for PSE 13 is for PSE 13 and will not work for the earlier version PSE 12.

    You can also directly download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems  with people's codes,  they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

    There are a few things to try.
    First, if this file came to you vial email attachment, it could have been corrupted. Ask her to zip the file and send it again. That sometimes helps.
    I suppose there's a chance that the file is already zipped, so see if that's the case and unzip it if so.
    If the file name doesn't end with .indd, add it and see if that helps.
    If you are double-clicking, try File>Open from within InDesign.
    Last (and I know this sounds like a joke, but I've seen it many times), sometimes people attach a Mac Alias or Windows Shortcut instead of the actual file. What is the file size? If it's really small, that might be the reason.
    Also, no offense intended if some of this sounds like stuff you have already tried. I don't know what you know, so I'm just spit-balling.

    In the Lightroom FAQ I read that as paying Adobe CC member I can have access to Lightroom 5 and Lightroom mobile, but when I log in, I only get a message that my trial has ended. Where and how do I subscribe to these services? Customer Support?? Anyone?

    Assuming it's a serious question, you refresh any browser by pressing F5, or Ctrl+R; right clicking and selecting refresh/reload, depending on the browser; or clicking the relevant icon on the browser "real estate".     Oh, and if your problem is with downloading, it's not the same issue reported by Erik - starting a new thread with full details of the problem is preferable to hijacking someone else's just to complain about Adobe, especially when you don't even say what the problem is.

  • Muse CC won't load after payment, shows Your Trial has ended

    I have been using Creative Cloud for about 6 months and as of this morning my Muse CC refuses to load, claiming my Trial has ended.
    I can load Ps CC and Dw CC fine.
    I did have a problem with the September payment going through but it went through and I still can't load Muse CC
    Anyone have any ideas what I can do to use Muse today?
    I have even tried creating a new Adobe account but got the same error.
    I can't even install a new trial version with a brand new un-used Adobe account.
    I need to get some work done and their Billing support is no help, they claim I need to speak to Technical support who are not open on week-ends.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

  • Why is it telling me my trial has ended?

    I recently purchased the Adobe Cloud program for the CS6 Design Suite. I have had it for about a month and it has worked well. However, recently, when I try to get onto the programs, it tells me my trials have ended and that I need to purchase the programs I am trying to use. I have made two payments on the Adobe Cloud program, and should not need to worry about trials ending. How can I fix this to where I can use my programs properly without worrying about it telling me my trial has ended?
