Owner wont remove the icloud password

I get hold of owner she said its my problem.. she wont delete the icloud acct on ipad I got it from pawn shop she sold to pawnshop then I found the owner she said she wont give me pw or remove her icloud on ipad I could not get on at all .. what can I do ?

If it's still asking for the seller's Apple ID and password, then he most likely did not actually remove the iPhone from iCloud. If the problem persists, return the iPhone and get your money back. The seller can figure out the problem and resell the iPhone later.

That is the activation lock. Your iPad will be useless unless you can remove it.

Generally, a difficult thing to have. Apologies for getting that wrong. I guess when you buy stuff over the Internet from strangers it's more likely you get screwed than to get the original owner's receipt. I would think that is a suspicious document since a receipt from a store is easily forged.

No, there isn't. If possible return it to whomever you purchased it from and get your money back. Otherwise, you have a very expensive paperweight that is of no use to you.

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
