P-Asserted-Identity header being dropped by WLSS

Hello,
My SIP Servlet receives an INVITE request containing a P-Asserted-Identity header and a Privacy header and proxies it. But WLSS removes the P-Asserted-Identity header when the Privacy header value is "id".
Otherwise, my sipserver.xml specifies all hosts as trusted:

I am facing the same issue. I have configured trusted host in sipserver.xml. Still when privacy=id is present, Wlss is stripping asserted header.
Did u find any solution for this?

My guess is that the call got hairpinned back to CUCM by the provider or CUBE. We need to see the full trace from CUBE to be sure. PAI is really just attempting to indicate who the call is actually alerting because the From and To headers cannot change after the INVITE message.
The fact that CUCM is sending a 180 RINGING message implies that it is processing an *incoming* call. This is reinforced by the headers because the From header is the SP SBC, the via header is CUBE, and the To header is CUCM. Inbound call!
Compare the Call-ID of the SIP INVITE CUCM first sends to CUBE for your outbound call to the one shown in this message. Are they different?
Run these if you want us to look deeper. If you have multiple calls going be certain to point out the calling/called number and the IPs if any differ from what you have called out above.

iTunes 11 seems to shuffle just fine for me.
You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
Ctrl-B to turn on the menu bar.
Ctrl-S to turn on the sidebar (your device should be listed here as before).
Ctrl-/ to turn on the status bar.
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library to restore the old search behaviour.
If you want to roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and suppporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

Which users have the permission to assert identity in weblogic default realm? Is it only the "system" user?
The user gets authenticated using the username token at ws-security runtime and the currentsubject has only the authenticated user as the principal.
Now, when I try to assert the identity of another user with the call
weblogic.security.services.Authentication.assertIdentity(mytoken, token.getBytes)
I get the following exception:

I think I found the issue. The domain has a security policy specifically to control Identity Assertion.
Domain > Security > Policies > Identity Assertion
Add a new policy that will allow access to Identity Assertion. I've allowed access to everyone in my dev environment and I no longer get the error.

Retreiving asserted identity is slow

We are using SAML assertion from many different applications (each hosted on a different domain - e.g foo.com, bar.com etc). All apps are protected by SSO.We use Hub and Spoke model as documeneted here :

Each app goes thru OIF and retrieving asserted identity during each access to a resource is causing huge load and killing us in performance. We have OIF configured with OID. We are using Oracle 10.2 stack.

Looking back on how I ended up in this situation in the first place, I started by google searching "apple support", clearly I was mistaken and ended up calling one of the google adverts instead of real apple support. My wholehearted apology goes out to apple whom obviously did not answer my phone call.

Boy am I red in the face. These people are masquerading as genuine apple support people when clearly they are not. I think tonight I will call them back and simply scream vulgarities at them for as long as they stay on the line.

Prevent Identical Selection in Drop Down List in an Expanding Table

I have a 2x2 table in which the top row is a header row and the bottom row 'Row1'. Row1 Cell1 has two buttons in it, one to add a new Row1 using Javascript click instance script:

Row1 Cell2 contains a datadropdown object. Basically, when a user adds an extra Row1, I need to prevent them from selecting a previously selected item from the dropdowndata list. I'm having trouble figuring it out because I'm trying to put together exit instance script (or should it be validate script?) that is trying to reference Row1[*]. In simpler situations where I have two fixed objects, I have just been doing this as a FormCalc exit script:

... which prevents the user from selecting something with the same rawvalue by alerting them, then clearing the field.

Would it be possible to filter out the choices in the drop down list that have already been selected. If so you could try something like this JavaScript in the preOpen event of your drop down.

The first line initialises a variable with all the possible values and then we go though each row filtering out the ones already selected.

In the field catalogue even though i have added the condition to print the Long Text it is always printing the smallest text.

I am receiving eMails sent from Verizon Android Phones where the reply-to header is being ignored by the client and sent to the sender.

I run a web site for an organization the send out eMail to members. Every member may have a different phone each eMail contains a reply-to header.
We are getting replies to the senders address rather than the reply-to address which should be handled by the eMail client. Some Verizon phones do not correctly use the reply-to header when the client replies to the message, other information, I do not have. Please verify that ALL Verizon phone eMail clients correctly handle the reply-to header.

.Tv Channels Being Dropped?

It looks like verizon may be getting rid of those .tv channels that no one likes. The .tv channels are missing their logos and from my experience with other channels that i know of that have been dropped in the past that is never a good sign for a channel if they are trying to remain on the fios guide. It is too much of a coincidence that entertainment studios.tv channel 558, cars.tv channel 599, pets.tv channel 633, recipe.tv channel 676, and comedy.tv channel 695 are all missing their logos. Channel 1002 espn 3d hd is also missing its logo and as everyone knows espn announced that the channel was going to be dropped real soon because the ratings simply did not justify the cost of the channel. The .tv channels have been there since 2009 and if they are about to be dropped in september then that makes sense since tv providers usually try to get their act together by then and start to add or drop channels that their customers want or would like removed. I was told two more were on the way but perhaps verizon finally woke up and realized that no one wanted the channels and that the addition of two more would send the wrong message that they do not care about what their customers want. We will find out real soon if these channels are about to be dropped and if so then there will be no more byron allen owned channels on the fios guide. His channels will exist only on the at&t guide. Let's see if anyone starts a campaign to try to keep the channels on the verizon guide like they have with some other channels that have been dropped. I seriously doubt they will. This could mean there may be more hd channels on the way that people had not anticpated because it will free up a lot more space on the guide. Verizon needs to step up big time in this area because the competition like comcast and directv are adding more hd channels every month. Comcast just released a six tuner dvr called x1 and they are going to be releasing a new hd guide while verizon still has a 2 tuner dvr.

To the OP, your conclusion about the .tv channels going away because there are missing logos is wishful thinking. In VHO3 there have missing logos on a number of channels (mostly local, but some national) since IMG 1.9.4 rolled out in the area. I reported it to the development team but nothing has been corrected, and the channels remain. It's been three months since the logos disappeared.
Sorry to throw water on your hope, but I don't think your prediction will happen, in my opinion.

Looking for trouble shooting help -Connections being dropped from app.

I need a little help in hunting down the source of a problem. We have Oracle 10gR2 (10.2.0.1) running on Solaris 10. The web application is based on WEBLOGIC on another server also running Solaris 10 with a new firewall in between. When started, the application will get 176 connections to the database. Over time, still working on how long, the connections get dropped. The profile they app is connecting to is for unlimited connections and connection time. I do not have an setting to disconnect after idle for x minutes. Even the listener spawned processes die. Other applications from other machines also have problems if idle for a period of time, SQLDeveloper, SQLPlus, TOAD, SQLNAVIGATOR.
We are trying to hunt down the source of the problem but are at a loss. I have checked and verified that the oracle instance does not have a parameter set to kill idle connections for the users the apps are connecting as. The sys admin says there are no unix parameters he knows about on either solaris box that is killing connections and that the firewall settings should not be killing them.
A duplicate environment running all the same versions of software work fine, the only differences between the two is the box and operating system, Sun V120 w/Solaris 8 vs. Sun V40Z w/Solaris 10.
This system goes live in two weeks so we are trying to get this figured out soon. Any hints on where to look or has any one else had similar problems?

Sorry, but dropping is accidental damage, and it's not covered by your warranty. You can take it to the apple store and see wha they can do or see about an 'out of warranty replacement', read pay a reduced fee to swap out your broken one for a refurbished replacement.
