Hello

Video card: 4870 XFX 1GB
PSU: Antec 620W
CPU: i5 2500k @ stock 3.3ghz
DVD drive: Sony (don't know exactly)
HD: 1TB Samsung

I'm getting this message
EFI Shell version 2.00[4.640]
Current running mode 1.1.2
map: cannot find required map name.
Press ESC in _ seconds to skip startup.nsh, any other key to continue.
Shell>
I don't get that message when I take out or put in a new stick of RAM. Instead, I can go the BIOS and change settings or load default settings. If I choose default settings/boot then I get the message.
Any help please. Please don't tell me it's DOA :(

Can you further explain on this part?
Do you already have an OS installed to the system? If you do, does the message pops up when you do the OS installation?

    Is that the second slot from the CPU ? If not, then insert it into that second slot. Afterwards do a full CMOS clear, and then retest.
    Also remove that GPU card for now and test with only the onboard graphics.

  • Cannot find the maps stored in import manager during port creation

    Hi All,
    I am unable to find any maps that i saved in import manager during port creation ,the maps are not showing in dropdown list during port creation in console.Do i need to store the maps that i have in import manager in specific place under mdm server,so that i can see them during port creation.
    All i need to do is assign my import map during inbound port creation,but i cannot find any maps in console.
    Could I know whether i am storing my maps some where other than default location.
    Thanks
    Aravind

    Hi Aravind,
    First of all check the remote system assigned to ur Port. After that go to import manager. When u logon to the import manager, u get a window "Connect to source". Mention the same remote system over there.Select the file type.Browse the file and map the fields,values,field matching and save the map. then unload the repo and assign the map to the port.
    Second way is, u create the port first and give any particular remote system to it. Put the file (u want to use for mapping) in the ready folder of that port and in connect to source window select the type as port, remote system(ame as used port port) and port.then map and save. unload the repo and assign the map to port. Ready folder will be in ur server at location: C drive or D drive->SAP MDM 5.5 ->server->distributions->repo name->inbound->port code->ready. For this option, Ur port type should be manual. After assigning the map u can change it to automatic or keep it manual as per ur requirement.
    Hope this solves ur problem.
    Regards,
    Dheeraj.

  • Cannot find OSB user name

    A former colleague set up OSB on a server several months ago. Now I am trying to sign in the "file system backup and restore" area, and need the user name and password that was created. This must be a different user name than OSB Admin -- and of course it's not in our documentation for this server.
    Is there a query or config file that might hold the user name? If not, what recourse do I have? Destroying OSB and rebuilding? It was a pain to get working in the first place. (OSB Express / Win2003 / internal DAT72 )
    Thanks ...

    Exception: Cannot find bean under name ...
    Probable Cause: This is usually seen in association with a problematic Struts HTML SELECT custom tag. The Struts html:select tag behaves differently depending whether one or both of the name and property attributes is specified for its encompassed <html:options> tags. If the name attribute is specified, whether or not if the property attribute is specified, then a bean matching the specified name will be expected in some scope (such as page, request, session, or application). If the matching bean is not found in any available scope, the error above will be seen.
    There are two ways to address this. The first approach is to put a bean in one of the scopes so that the html:options might be associated with it. The second approach is to not specify the name attribute and instead use only the property attribute.
    Change your Frombean scope from "Request" to "Session", then it works.

  • Cannot find Bean under name..

    Hello everyone,
    I'm new to struts, please be patient with me!!
    I have a series of JSP pages with forms, when I submit a form, I store the contents to the database & take the user to the next page, if its an update action, I need to populate the forms on load.
    The storing part & populating parts are working fine (using ActionForm) BUT the page transitions are not working. I mean, after storing to the database I send a "success" message & my next page is not getting loaded. I'm geting this error "Cannot find bean under name projectOverviewForm" (2nd form name).
    Here's the code snippet...
    struts-config.xml:
    <form-beans>
    <form-bean name="projectIdentificationForm" type="roi.form.ProjectIdentificationForm"></form-bean>
    <form-bean name="projectOverviewForm" type="roi.form.ProjectOverviewForm"></form-bean>
    </form-beans>
    <global-forwards>
    <forward name="identification" path="toolBg.identification"></forward>
    <forward name="overview" path="toolBg.overview"></forward>
    </global-forwards>
    <action-mappings>
    <action path="/identification" type="roi.action.ProjectIdentificationAction" parameter="method" name="projectIdentificationForm" scope="request" validate="false">
      <forward name="success" path="toolBg.identification"></forward>
      <forward name="nextSuccess" path="toolBg.overview"></forward>
      <forward name="deleteSuccess" path="roi.welcome"></forward>
    </action>
    <action path="/overview" type="roi.action.ProjectOverviewAction" parameter="method" name="projectOverviewForm" scope="request" validate="false">
      <forward name="success" path="toolBg.overview"></forward>
      <forward name="nextSuccess" path="toolBg.scd"></forward>
    </action>
    </action-mappings>On searching on the web, I heard this error mostly occurs due to html:select but I'm not using it in my JSP.
    Please let me know if I need to upload any more code? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks & Regards,
    Vidya Shankar

  • Syincing error message "Cannot find required disk" - Help!

    I have a third gen 4gig nano that I got at Christmas. I added two CD's onto it when I got it. Now, however, I'm having trouble syning anything else - that's all I've been able to put on it are the two CD's even though I've added more into my library. I keep getting the error message "Cannot find required disk". Can anyone help me or tell me what I need to do?
    Thanks in advance!

    Even though you're not getting a -50, I'd check on the following document. (Your message is one of the possible symptoms of the problem outlined in the document.)

  • Error: Cannot find symbol: Variable Name

    Hi Guys,
    I'm having some trouble with a piece of code. The error that I'm getting is:
    program.java:17: cannot find symbol
    symbol : variable name
    location: class program
    name.CTI(names[0].charAt(0));
    ^
    My Code is shown here:
    import java.io.*;
    import java.lang.*;
    class program{
         public static void main(String[] args){
              String names [] = {"brian", "stu", "mouse"};
              program name = new program ();
              name.sortArrayStr(names);
              //name.CTI(names[0].charAt(0));
         public void sortArrayStr( String[] names ){
              name.CTI(names[0].charAt(0));
         public int CTI ( char letter ){
              char c = letter;
            int k = (int) c;
            System.out.println("ASCII  = "  + k + ".");
              return k;
    }What I'm trying to do is get the name.CTI method caled from within sortArrayStr. When i call name.CTI from main it works fine, (commented part) but when i try from sortArrayStr I get this problem.
    Anyone have any ideas?
    Many Thanks

    Variable name is a local variable defined in method main, so it can not be referenced by writing name in another method like sortArrayStr.
    The good news is, if you want to call CTI from sortArrayStr, just do it:
    public void sortArrayStr( String[] names ){
        CTI(names[0].charAt(0));
    }

  • Cannot find required disk

    When I try to sync my ipod it tells my cannot sync ipod because itunes cannot find the required disk. We get this error on my new 5th generation nano and my husband's 2nd generation nano, so I assume it is a computer problem. We have recently reinstalled itunes but that did not fix the problem.

    Post in iTunes forum for Windows.

  • AddNode cannot find Virtual Host name

    Hi,all;
    I want to replace a server in RAC for example RAC1. at first,I deleted node RAC1,this step is total clean out all information of RAC1 in the cluster.
    then prepare new machine of RAC1 for cluster install.
    When I run addNode.sh in RAC2 to re-add clusterware to RAC1. the first step of addNode is fill up the information of new node,Public node name,Private node name,Virtual host name.
    It will list such info of the remain node also.
    In my operation,It can find all info of new node which is rac2,rac2-priv,rac2-vip. but the remain node's Virtual host name is blank -- it shuould be rac1-vip.
    In this step,I still click "Next" to proceed my operation and return not any error.
    at the end of addNode.sh it will execute 3 script to end out operation of add clusterware to new node.
    the third script is to run /opt/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1/root.sh in the new node RAC1,
    the screen print "*Expecting the CRS daemons to be up within 600 seconds*."
    but after waited more than *6000* seconds,it returned nothing to me,It seem idle! I cancle the script manual.the result is the CRS can not run on RAC1.
    in RAC2,crs_stat -t can see ora.rac1.gsd , ora.rac1.ons , ora.rac1.vip. but they are all offline.
    and run vipca in RAC2 reture
    ora.rac1.gsd has placement error
    ora.rac1.ons has placement error
    has not more detail log file left in server.
    I think all of my operation is normal and In line with the rules except it cannot export remain node's Virtual host name.
    How to fix it? any ideal?
    thank you.

  • Cannot find intf mapping in interface determination

    Hi all,
    I have these bpm steps 1. Trasnformation followed by send sync. i am trying to do a receiver JDBC sync call to oracle db.
    1. in my transformation i have my:
    1. Request message : messageA mapped to
    2.Response message JDBC request and in my sync send step i have specifed,
    1.Request Message : JDBC Request
    2. Response Message :JDBC response
    I have the following MI defined:
    1. Abstract Async - Message A
    2. Abstract Async  - JDBC Request
    3. Abstract Async  - JDBC Response
    4. Abstract Sync  - JDBC Request
                      - JDBC Response
    in my ID , when i configure for my interface determination, i cannot slect my inbound interface nor my interface mapping...It says no object found!
    Although i activated them in my IR. I did Cache refresh,SLD cache..No Luck
    Pls advice

    Hi,
    ><i>in my ID , when i configure for my interface determination, i cannot slect my inbound interface nor my interface mapping...It says no object found!</i>
    Are you using a Business Service for your JDBC? if yes, did you assign the Message Interface to the Inbound of your Business Service.
    As you are doing the transformation inside the BPM, there will be no need to select the Interface Mappuing in Interface Determinaytion.
    Also, in your Intefrace/ Receiver Determination, the Sender message Interface will be <i>4. Abstract Sync - JDBC Request - JDBC Response</i> . You also should have created an <b>Inbound Synch Message Interace with JDBC request and JDBC Response</b> and this should have been assigned to the Inbound Message Interface of your JDBC service.

  • On running labview cannot find Scaling & mapping or Amp & level measurement VI's

    I am trying to run through the exercises in the getting started book, and in the first few pages it is asking for VI's that I can not find. Using a 1600, 1100 in the 1000 slot chassis. I used all the five disks when installing the software.
    Did I miss something?

    As explained in the on-line help for those functions, they are not available in the base version of LabVIEW. Check to see which version you have.
