P67A-GD53 can't use BIOS interface!

This is what I'm looking at when I get into the BIOS:
There is no interface that I can actually see and use. The monitor scaling is fine outside the BIOS.

I try to use voice control in Chinese, but i am using english interface. I try several times but still fail. Any suggestion? Should i change it back to chinese interface?

P67A-GD55 can't access bios.

Had problem earlier to access bios using an msi p67a gd43, today i changed in to a p67a gd55 and i have the same problem. When i start it counts "98","99","A3" and then i press ALT and it just locks saying "starting setup".
I'm able to boot in to windows 7 64bit without any problem.
My setup is:
CPU: i5 2500k
GFX: Palit Geforce GTX460 768mb
RAM: 2x UMAX DDR3 1600 oc 2gb
PSU: Zumax 630W
I've unplugged all HDD and DVD.
So far I've tried to Clear Cmos with button and also jumper/battery method. Bios was 1.8 stock but flashed it anyway to 1.8.
Switch slots for RAM.
Removed the moderboard from chassi so it had no metal contact.
Changed PSU.
Only things i havent been able to change is ram and gfx so i suppose one of them is causing this problem, as for the memory im not able to get any information from it in sisoft sandra, in cpu-z it cant identify the brand.
Anyone had this or similare problem, and what did you do?

I just upgraded to mavericks, and now Itunes and my other programs don't recognize my audio interface.
It's a MobilePre USB preamp. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the driver without success. Interesting, QuickTime sends audio to the external preamp, the sound is filled with static. I've tried playing with latency, but that doesn't help.
I can't understand why Quicktime recognizes the external device, but Itunes doesn't. Suggestions are appreciated.
My machine is 21.5 inch late 2009 model with a 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 12 GB of RAM.

If this is correct perhaps an email to Avid could help. I would think that they need to update their drivers to suit Mavericks.
There is also a link on that page to an article about Pro Tools and state that it is not supported on Mavericks at this time.

Prime Infrastructure 1.3 Can't start DB.Can't use WEB interface access

Suddently, all services at prime infrastructure 1.3 are stopped. It's working fine previously. I try to restart the ncs service also doesn't help.

1. I try to reseat the memory card, MEM LED from diagnostic panel is not lit anymore. I think it solve the memory problem initially.
2. I use the following command to refresh the database
NCS stop
NCS DB reinitdb
NCS start
After reinitdb, I can login to prime infrastructure. it seems like the system is working fine. All of the configuration is gone. So, I proceed to restore the configuration.

Satellite L755-128 (PSK30E): Can I use BIOS for L755 PSK2YE?

Bios upgrade for L755-128 (PSK30E) was never released. Current BIOS is 1.90.
Is it safe to upgrade to 2.70 from L755-12D (PSK2YE)? Very same laptop except added blue-ray drive.

Do I expect BIOS newer than "preproduction beta"?
Yes.
Talking from experience with several Toshiba models, it seems that Toshiba is a bit less "BIOS&drivers" supportive with cheaper (no OS) models.

MSI P67A GD53, Can I disable the Motherboard alarm?

Hello guys/gals,
I just got a new coolit eco alc cooler and the fan is quite loud. When I lower it to 50% speed it becomes very quiet but the mobo alarm goes off (sound comes out of my speakers) when the rpm goes below 1000rpm even though my CPU is idling at 25-32 Degrees so nothing is overheating. I could buy a fan controller but that would save me $40-$50 and the alarm still might go off when I don't plug the fan into the mobo.
Is there anyway to turn off the alarm?

... if I am not mistaken the "1000" that I marked red defines the threshold for the alarm you are hearing. Set it to something lower (such as 100) and save the file. Then restart the control center application and see what happens then.

P67A-GD53\GD65 BIOS compatibility

Hi, the question is: do P67A-GD53\GD65 boards use the same bios, so it is safe to flash, for example gd65 bios to gd53 board?

[Mostly Solved] Netctl can't use interface, interface is up

Hey all,
I've previously used NetworkManager, but after some issues I tried to use something a bit less bloated to troubleshoot and found netctl to be amazing, how networking should always be. And magically my wireless at uni started working again. Initially netctl worked fine, it still does for the most part but on boot the interfaces seem to be hogged by something else, an issue NetworkManager was able to resolve apparently.
To use netctl, I have to start NetworkManager, then stop it. I can then use netctl without issue.
In a troubleshooting attempt I tried disabling udev renaming, so I am back to eth0 and wlan0: Issues persist.

Sorry, you are right I haven't worded this well.
You are correct, there are no other network management daemons running, and on boot the interface is DOWN.
Despite being down, netctl can not start the interface.
If I manually 'ip link set wlan0 down', despite it already being reported as DOWN, netctl can then use the interface.
Here is some output, after logging in:

I am developing driver and i need to communicate between two thread.

Here is the detailed query:
Hardware Abstraction Layer will interact with Driver(Both will be running in complete different process) .there is a IOCTL for command and File interface for read and write.
My requirement is:
Both should run in the same process so HAL will run as one thread and driver as another thread in the same process .I don't want HAL to wait for completion of request and also i don't want driver to be blocked .
We are planning to use a File Interface for communication between Hardware abstraction layer and Driver
HAL will send the command or read/write operation to a file interface and driver will get the command or read/write request from the File interface
There is a flexibility to change Hardware Abstraction layer and also the Driver
Is it possible to use IOCTL between two thread under same process? if not what other options do we have.

I don't understand the real importance. Moreover, If I got something right, the interface "could" not have "few" method of the implementation......(and in this case I suppose I really can't use the interface.....)

Set<String> set = new TreeSet<String>();indeed, since all your methods will likely be coded to take Sets if you used the above method, you could probably change it to
NavigableSet<String> set = new TreeSet<String>();without any problems.
