P6n Dimond motherboar wont let me adjust cpu voltage /Quad core cpu

Question

my P6n Diamond board wont let me adjust the cpu voltage . I have tried using - and+ and wont let me adjust.I have swapped the cpu twice and motherboard also and still wont let me adjust the cpu volt in bios menu under cell menu . I followed this guide can ....some one help I am trying to oc to 3.2.
Intel Quad core 2.4  Q6600 SLACR
 2G TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX
Bios 1.1 I get I/O error with 1.3 so I can't update
Here is my setup and settings:

Memory Clock - 667mhz (To have 1:1 memory bus, It's actually slightly FASTER than using DDR-800 timmings because I can run DDR-667 at 1T)
CPU Ratio - 9
Advance DRAM Config: Manual - 4, 4, 4, 12, 1T, and Auto for rest in that order (Note, these are timmings for my Patriot LL RAM)
PCI-E Freq - 100
CPU Volts - 0.0375V
Mem Volts - 2.0V
NB Volts - Default
SB Volts - 1.50
FSB VTT Volts - 12%
Spread Spectrum - Disabled

Finally it worked.this what I did I cleared cmos twice and rebooted to windows after each time.Once again thanks for your help now I am ready to oc this sucker. Does anybody know were I can find a good guide for this board and CPU  to oc?
