PA-POS-OC3-LR Sc connector type?

Hi to all,
What I need to know is what kind of connector use the PA-POS-OC3-LR. I can see in the manual that is SC connector but it does not specify if it´s SC/PC or SC/APC,
Could you confirm it to me?
Thanks in advance!!
Jorge Gómez

Should be SC/PC.
I've never seen a piece of Cisco equipment that uses SC/APC. When they bother to specify more than just SC in the documentation, it's always been SC/PC.
There are other connector types that are compatible with SC/PC: for example, SC/SPC or SC/UPC. However, SC/APC is NOT compatible with anything else except SC/APC. That's why they generally make the APC connector body or the strain relief behind it green in color, to distinguish it from other types.
If you connect an SC/APC to something other than SC/APC, the result will be more insertion and return loss than either connector type would produce on its own.
Search http://www.cisco.com for the term "SC/APC" and you will find warnings that connecting an SC/APC connector to some Cisco equipment can damage the receiving optics.
Stay away from SC/APC unless you know you need it. You'll know when you need it: they'll tell you.

What connector type is used to plug a guitar into an iPad?  Does it connect to the earphone jack?

Actually you can get something like this from your local mac store. http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irig/ It plugs right into the earphone jack and works fine (I own this model and it works well on the go). For my actual mac, I use a Monster iStudioLink, which I have heard will work with the iPad 2 (but with some bugs - see the comments on the Monster website) http://www.monstercable.com/productdisplay.asp?pin=2440

I saw an add for an HDMI cable that I was wondering whether anyone could tell me if compatible w the Droid Charge?  It's about half the price of the Verizon sold cable which is not available anyway.  Both Samung and Verizon support simply gave up and could not even tell me the connector type I needed!
Here's the info from the add:
    Features:
HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is the first and only industry-supported, uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface.
HDMI provides an interface between any audio/video source, such as a set-top box, DVD player, or A/V receiver and an audio and/or video monitor, such as a digital television(DTV), over a single cable..
HDMI supports standard, enhanced, or high-definition video, plus multi-channel digital audio on a single cable.
It transmits all ATSC HDTV standards and supports 8-channel digital audio, with bandwidth to spare to accommodate future enhancements and requirements.

  • VPLS on 12.2.33SR using PA-POS-OC3

    Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone know it is possible to run VPLS on 12.2.33 SR when using a PA-POS-OC3 module ?
    David

    Hello David,
a PA is installed on a FlexWAN module that is an adaptation of C7500 VIP linecard to C7600 architecture.
As a result of this, VPLS should not be supported.
A confirmation of this fact is given by the Flexwan configuration guide that does not mention VPLS but only AToM in the MPLS chapter.
    see

  • Neo4 Platnium MOBO JCD1 Connector Type

Could somebody please confirm, for this newbie, that the JCD1 connector on the Neo4 Platinum MOBO fits an MPC4 connector type?  I recently bought a DVD/CD burner OEM and need to buy the Audio cable for it.  I am not well versed with the different cable types.
    I have a BenQ 1620 Pro DVD.
    Thanks.

    Hi there !
You don't need to connect this analog cd/dvd output to mobo one anymore .
Todays motherboards , cdroms and dvdroms can all use digital audio extraction , the digital signals is ran over the ide databus
and picked up at the motherboard level where the sound is processed by onboard soundchip or a pci sound card .

  • Connector types for W700

If I need a new network interface card (NIC) for my W700, what connector types, besides USB, are available?
What is the contact number for Lenovo support for W series? When I click Contact Us, it asks for my model type. But there is no choice for W model.

Express card is just another option, but I have never used either for a network port, since I haven't used  a machine without one since the old days on windows NT when you needed a PC Card adapter to get network access.  The dock is best if it works.  If your physical port or the connections to it are damaged, a dock is fine, but the port in the dock would use the same signaling chip on your motherboard.  If that chip has failed, a dock won't help.  I assume that you have checked that the ethernet isn't turned off in the BIOS.  It is under security/I-O Port access.  I read through your old thread and I never saw anyone suggest that.  It is always the first thing I suggest to try after asking "is it turned on".

  • CUP Connector type SAP EP LDAP

    Hi Experts,
I noticed the connector type SAP EP LDAP the other day when setting up some new ABAP connectors.  Does anyone know what this type of connector is used for?  I couldn't find any documentation on it.

    Hi Christopher,
this is what I got told - I'm not sure whether this made it into the doco yet:
"  SAPEP  LDAP is used for LDAP Group provisioning. It will have 2 LDAP connectors mapped.  Internal and External.  In CUP you can import the  groups form these two ldaps and provision them using Access Request. "
    Cheers,

  • Connector types for internal drive

I purchased a replacement drive for my iMac and it appears to have a differnt connector type (pins vs. slot tabs). Is this because the drive doesn't say SATA on it? PS: I thought that was what I was buying...argh! Is there something else that I should be aware of? Does it matter SATA-150 or SATA-300?

    Hello,
If it is the only drive in the system, then it should work with the jumper in the position that the drive arrived with it in.
The drive should have a picture somewhere on the label or printed / etched on the surrounding area near the jumpers.
There should be a Default / Only Drive / Single setting. A Master Setting. And a Slave Setting.
If it is the only drive (as it would be with an iMac G5), then it should be set as Default / Only Drive / Single (or whatever the drive's label terms that as).
If there is no such setting, then it should be in "Master" setting.
But, if you remember how the drive arrived, I'd place the jumper there.
Once the drive is installed, it will not be recognized until it has been formatted.
Once you boot from the restore / install disk, you will see some menus at the top of the screen. Look through the menus for Disk Utility.
Then, once Disk Utility is open, it should show the drive in the left-hand side. You can then select the drive, then move to the partition tab and either set it up in one large partition or divide it up if you desire to have it separated into 2 or more volumes.
You can read about the general partitioning and formatting procedure here:
    http://www.kenstone.net/fcphomepage/partitioningtiger.html
Once it has been partitioned and formatted, then you can exit Disk Utility and continue on with the OS X installer.
    I hope this helps.

    Satish,
are you sure that you applied the right logic regarding signs in the POS inbound?
In WPUBON the Field E1WPU02-VORZMENGE must be negative so the POS inbound will consider this line item as sales and would put 251 als movement type if the sign is not minus it would put 252.
With the WPUUMS it is the same.
Are you using WPUBON01 or WPUUMS?

  • Cannot find Connector type while configuring UWS

    Hi,
Am inplementing ESS/MSS for EP 7.01 SP6. While Configuring Universal Worklist systems, Am unable to find the connecter type SomProviderConnector.
    Appreciate your help...

    Hi Mcsekar,
    Adding to Koti..
SONiC connector is usefull for Configuring Universal Worklist systems. You need to deploy SONiC SDA file in the J2EE server and then you need to configure using SAP PDF document u2018How To Install SAP Office Connectoru2019.
    For Testing
Then Log into R3 system and run transaction SWUI.
Select workflow WF_VERIFY032 and press the Start Button.
Select u201CAs Internal Mailu201D from the options on the next screen.
You should see the message u201CWorkflow Startedu201D.
Navigate to transaction SBWP (SAP Business Workplace) an check that a new notification appears in the user inbox.
Log into the portal (with the same user) and navigate to the Universal Worklist (UWL). Ensure that the UWL iView is configured to connect to the SONiC service. Now the new notification item should appear on the Notifications tab of the UWL.
    Hope it helps

  • SC Connector OC3 and LC Connector GE

    Dear NetPro,
Does anyone can share what's the LC connector GE and SC connector OC3.
i understand the LC connector and SC connector . but, just in doubt about the GE and OC3 only.
kindly reply, and your reply will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Jack

    Jack,
OC3 is a high bandwidth connection (similar to T1, E1, T3, E3). It uses fiber media. To terminate an OC3 connection you need a device capable of such high bandwidths and with an OC3 card (fixed or modular) on the box. When I meant OC3 line card, I meant equipments like Cisco routers which have an OC3 network module in it. Since OC3 follows optical fiber standards the end connector interface can be SC or LC.

  • Infinity extension connector types ?

Had BT Infinity for a while now and all OK(ish). On installation I had a 6 meter extension between the master socket and the Openreach modem fitted as I wanted the modem (and Home Hub) at the other side of the room.
I now don't need the extension as the modem will now sit next to the master socket. Problem: I unplugged the extension from the master socket and tried to plug the modem straight into the master socket > problem was it wont go in as it's not the same connector on the master socket as the socket on the end of extension. Hope that makes sense. This means I have to have the 6 meter extension lead in there.
Can somebody explain the connectors (RJ11/RJ45) to me and what I need to get around this. Is there a small lead that I can get with the correct connector to go straight from my OR modem to master socket?

A simple dsl cable with rj11 plugs on both end will do the job.

I was thinking of buying an MSI card, one of the Ti4200 flavors. I was wondering if the TD8X card (MS-8894-070) had a universal agp connector on it, or will it work in my agp 1.0 motherboard?

    Rod,
It will not work in an AGP 1.0 Motherboard.
