HI,
I found the following answer from forum so I requst u pls let me know how to do the
following process.
Again I request friends pls give ur valuble inputs asap. since it is very urgent requirement.
If it is one time printing and you dont need the content to be stored in system as duplicate copy then you may out put the values in ALV and then do a Mail Merge from ALV to Word for printing.

  • E-Recruiting-  Correspondance for Bilingual setup

    Hi
The client wants to use the system for 2 languages. The Correspondence to be setup in bilingual or system does the translation work? Please share your views.

    Hi,
You can choose what languages you want to use in view V_T77RCF_SELANGU. Then you have for each language an own maintenance tab for eg. posting maintainence and for the questionnaires ... Correspondence letters are sent to the applicant in his/her preffered correspondence language (which they can set in the personal settings).
Standard text is translated automatically if you have installed the appropriate language with its language package.

  • Internal error after editing a correspondent letter in E-Recruiting

    Hello,
    Running E-Recruiting 6.0 SP10
As a recruiter whenever I try to prievew a correspondent letter I modified (note, I have no problems editing the letter) using the correspondent letter editor, I recieve an "Internal Error".  Additionally, the following SLG1 error is created:
Form or text 472FCB84F86804EDE10000000A321A does not exist
Prior to editing the letter I am able to preview it using the display link just fine.  E-Recruiting should allow me to edit a letter and preview it prior to sending it to a candidate, yet at present it does not.
Any idea what this could be?
    Thanks, Ryan

    Hello Ryan,
with release 600 SAP e-recruiting offers 2 different implementations for changing correspondences / invitations. The classical solution uses a web editor. Therefore the complete smartform is rendered and then put in a web editor. As this solution lead to some problems in the printing channel, sap developed another concept of changing. The new solution uses a text edit to change a text block you can assign to the smartform as changable area and only this can be changed ensuring the formating of the smartform is still fine.
You have to decide which of these 2 options you want to use. You either use the old or the new solution for all correspondences and invitations.
The solutions differ in the following configuration points:
    - old: T77S0 RECFA INDCO is blank
    - new: T77S0 RECFA INDCO is X
    - old: document category for simple correspondence 1, for invitation 2
    - new: document category for simple correspondence 3, for invitation 4
(category for confirmation is always 5, there is no other option no matter which concept you use)
    - old: Assign changable letter sections to forms not available
    - new: Assign changable letter sections to forms not available
    - old: reference for SF interface simpl. corr. HRRCF_CS_APPLICANT, invitation HRRCF_CS_APPL_INVITATION
    - new: reference for SF interface simpl. corr. HRRCF_CS_IT_APPLICANT, invitation HRRCF_CS_IT_APPL_INVITATION
(basically the smartform interfaces differ in the parameter THEAD which is needed for the new but not for the old correspondence change concept)
Please check if your configuration is consistend for the concept you chose for your project. If not try adjust configuration and check if the error disappears.
If the error is still existing please give another reply.

  • Correspondance smartforms in E-recruiting

    Hello,
In E-recruiting it is possible to assign several smartforms to a correspondance activity (view V77RCF_ACT2FORM).
I would like to assign 2 different smarforms to an activity depending on the company of the requisition. But it does not work in my system, the two letter templates are displayed, the company is not considered.
Does anybody have this functionnality working in her system?
    Thanks for your help,
    regards,
    Jerome.

    Jerome,
I would do it this way. I would take the differences in the two forms, do some logic within one form only to display different sections of  the form for different companies and it works.

    Bharat

  • E-Recruiting-  Sign on correspondance

    Hi
Signature on Correspondence.  Users don’t want to sign on each document. What is the best method, are you using, a digital signature or note on the doc that 'SAP generated document and no sign is required.

    Hi Robin,
I have to admit that i spite of the various projects I did on my own or got in contact with this is a new requirement. So far I found the following attempts to the topic.
    1) Some companies no longer communicate by hardcopy letters with the applicant anymore. If someone sends its resume via letter or via email the application is not entered into the system. there is a person (probably an intern) printing a standard word letter and sending the document to the applicant to inform him that he shall apply online. Usually noone in the project cares if the intern likes signing the letter or not - that's life :o).
Only contracts are send as hardcopy and they have to be signed by hand anyways.
    2) Very often recruitment comes from a nearly 100% hardcopy process when they switch to e-recruiting. Some companies had online tools before but the process itself / the communication with the applicant was hardcopy. So they change from singning 100% of the correspondence to perhaps 10% as the rest is handled via email. So usually they have 90% less work - so why complain?
Perhaps some HR people get to mind that if the new IT system automates parts of the process they have probably really less to do and if they focus on the topic someone else might really think of it and find out that more productive system leads to less recruiters necessary - so they try to avoid this topic.
    3) From my former HR time I know that it usually helps to bundle the work. Instead of running to the printer every 5 minutes and sign a single letter we printed all not urgent letters overnight and in the morning someone was responsible for taking all letters and distributing them to the different recruiters / admins. Then they signed their 50-100 lettern in 5 Minutes and they were put on a pile so the intern could send them away. This makes things much more efficient and accepted by the recruiting team. I know one of our customers printing e-recruiting letters over night too.
In general you could write an "automated letter"- info on the letter. It is surely also possible to add the pictures of signitures to sap and put it in the smartform. As I usually implelemt a recruiter info table for tel. numbers, signature title and stuff, I would add a column there to store the name of the picture. Only restriction might be the restrictions on picture resolution in smartforms. But signing letters by hand is in my opinion a way you express your appriciation to the applicant. Even if you print an image you can always see it.
I have a customer being always among the top companies in employer branding and applicant rankings. The correct and individual way of communication with the applicant is there seen as an important element to build and keep this rank. If the recruiters would complain about signing the letters the project lead might force them to write the whole letters by hand again to show what is really much effort :o). At last e-recruiting is for treating applicants well first and recruiter come in second place.

  • E-recruitment 600 URL/BSP Initial set up - Standalone Test system(ECC 6.0)

    Dearest experts
At the very cusp of setting e-recruitment up.  I have followed SAP note 890357 min configuration.....
The BSP for e-recruit upon test via Transaction SICF do not work, apart from the odd one EG. hrrcf_emp_page
URL's error when created via SE38 RCF_GENERATE_URL. I have set roles, users etc. I know some services require the assignment of a 'service user' eg registration (does anyone know all of them??).
Technical settings>user interfaces>settings for user interfaces with BSP>Start pages - there is no configuration here is this why the start pages are not firing up??
Can anyone let me know what config I have missed and is incomplete?? Where to check in the IMG??
    Thanking you in anticipation

  • Integration of SAP e-Recruiting 6.0 in Enterprise Portal 7

    Hi,
I'm trying to integrate e-Recruiting functionalities into our Portal.
    The current situation:
SAP e-Recruiting 6.0 is set up (integrated on ECC 6.0), and works fine when using the BSP-front-end.
De ESS/MSS Business Packages are installed on the portal.
The system alias for e-recruiting is created (and tested).
My test user has the ESS Portal role, and the role "SAP_RCF_INTERNAL_CANDIDATE" in the backend system.
    The problem:
When I log in with my test user, and go to "ESS" => "Career and Job". I have several options under "Job", being:
       - Applications
       - Apply Directly
       - Favorites
       - Search for Jobs
All of these are related/connected to the e-recruiting module. All of these functionalities work fine, when log in to the e-recruiting BSP's directly. But when I click on them via the Portal, I get the message "An internal error occurred. Please try again later."
When I go to transaction "SLG1" for a detailed error log, I see "The system accesses Customizing table T77RCF_sp_ID using parameters [0000]. There are no entries in the table for this."
When I use the BSP-pages, I can set the parameter RCFSPID via a parameter in the URL (e.g. "application.do?BspClient=800&BspLanguage=EN&rcfSpId=0001"). And via this parameter, the system knows which recruiting-role I have (e.g. 0001 = Internal candidate and 0002 = External candidate). But this value is not transmitted to the BSP pages when I access them via the Portal.
What I tried was editing the iview "Career and Job Services". I set the value "Parameters forwarded to BSP" to "rcfspid=0001". But that was not the solution.
    So finally my question:
Where do you set this parameter?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
Other applications are fine (although the Portal is not 100% set up yet). I think this is related to the link between the portal and the e-recruiting module.

  • User exit or BADI for recruitment

    Hi,
I am new to HCM, can you give me user exit or badi for recruitment.
Requirement - i have developed an infotype which i am updating through BSP, while the custom infotype is updated it should simultaneously update some of my Z tables. Hoping for positve replies earliest.
    Thanks in advance:-

    Hi,
<b>Infotype</b>The data fields of HR master data, time management and recruitment are grouped logically into information types or infotypes for short.
Examples of infotypes are "Family/Related Person", "Organizational Assignment, "Basic Pay".
The following naming conventions apply to infotypes:
Infotypes 0000 to 0999 are used for HR master data
    and sometimes for applicant data
    Infotypes 1000 - 1999 for organizational management
    Infotypes 2000 - 2999 for time data
    Infotypes 4000 - 4999 for applicant data
    Infotypes 9000 - 9999 for customers
    <b>Function character of step</b>
This controls for which types of processing (create, change and/or delete a data record) a dynamic action should be carried out.
The processing type is indicated by a two-digit numeric value. These values can be added up; in other words, you can enter several processing types for each infotype, subtype or field. A dynamic action can also be carried out independent of the current processing type.
00 for Independent of the current function carried out
    02 for Change
    04 for Create
    06 for Change and create
    08 for Delete
    10 for Change and delete
    12 for Create and delete
    Examples
If you enter 06, an action is carried out if the specified infotype was created or changed.
If you enter 00, an action is carried out irrespective of whether the specified infotype was created, changed or deleted.
    <b>Variable function part</b>
The variable function part, which depends on the indicator for step, can have the following meaning:
    <b>P - Plausibility checks</b>
You can enter values for specific infotype fields. Field names must be entered in full. Literals and constants can serve as comparison values. These must be enclosed by inverted commas. Variables can also be used.
The old value of a field can be used for comparison; the field name must be preceded by PSAVE-.
If fields of other infotypes are used for comparison, these must be stored in the module pool of the current infotype.
The following comparison operators are supported:
    = equal to,
    < less than,
<= less than or equal to,
    > greater than
    >= greater than or equal to and
    <> not equal to.
Consecutive checks must be linked by a logical AND. Logical OR links must also be indicated by a /X.
    Note:
Note that all checks with OR links must have a /X.
If the result of the comparison operation is not "true", then the following commands (I, F, W etc.) are skipped over until a field is reached or a new comparison operation takes place.
    Examples
Infotype  Field ..... Ind.   Variable function part
    0007      STAT3       P      P0007-STAT3='0'
    0007      STAT3       P      PSAVE-STAT3='1'
The step is taken if the value in the P0007-STAT3 field changes from 1 to 0.
    0007                     P      P0013-KLKZ1<>'0'/X
    0007                     P      P0013-ALVKZ<>'0'/X
    0007                     P      P0013-RVKZ1<>'0'/X
    0007                    P      P0013-RVNUM=SPACE
The first three conditions are linked by an OR; at least one of these conditions must be met. Condition 4 must always be met.
The step is taken if the following holds true:
P0013-KVKZ1 not equal to 0 or P0013-ALVKZ not equal to 0 or P0013-RVKZ1 not equal to 0, and P0013-RVNUM empty.
    <b>I - Maintain infotype record</b>
Enter the step, infotype, subtype, object ID, start and end dates of the record and an indicator which defines whether the step is to be run in the background. The possible actions are INS, COP, MOD, and DEL.
Use commas to separate selection criteria just like the separator in the matchcode. If an entry is missing, the system inserts a comma.
Separate the indicator for suppressing dialog from other entries by a slash D (/D).
Constants, such as those for subtypes, are not enclosed in inverted commas.
Variable entries are also permitted. Fields containing such values must be put in brackets.
    Examples:
Infotype  Field ....  Ind.  Variable function part
          ....             I    INS,19,01/D
Step: Create a Dates record, subtype 01, run in the background
          ....             I    DEL,14,M559
Step: Delete Rec. Payments/Deds. record with subtype (wage type) M559.
    0007 ....                I    INS,8,,,(P0007-BEGDA),(P0007-ENDDA)
Step: Create a Basic Pay record (0008) without subtype and object ID. The start and end dates are the same as those in the current Planned Working Time record (0007); specify these two fields only if they are filled because the dynamic action was triggered by this infotype.
    <b>W - Default values for new record</b>
Literals or variables are used as default values.
Set the defaults for the infotype, subtype, object ID, start and end dates using an I step and not a W step.
Do not set defaults for Q fields of an infotype because the values for these fields are derived from the corresponding P fields.
    Examples
Infotype  Subtype  ..... FC  Ind.  Variable function part
    0021       2              04  I     INS,0015,M430
    0021        2              04  W     P0015-BETRG='10000'
When a Family/Related Person record (0021) record with subtype 2 (child) is created, an Additional Payments record (0015) with a default amount of 100.00 is created.
    <b>V - Cross-reference to another step</b>
Here, you can combine fields to groups. The variable function part contains the value in the field which follows the "field" column. Steps which are specified only for the following field are also triggered for each of the other fields.
    Examples
Infotype  Field  ..... FC  Ind.  Variable function part
    0016       PRBZH        06  V     PRBZT
    0016       PRBZT        06  I     DEL,0019,01/D
Infotype 0019, subtype 01 is deleted in the background when the field PRBZT or PRBZH in infotype 0016 is changed or created (function code 06).
    The following entries are equivalent:
    0016       PRBZH        06  I     DEL,0019,01/D
    0016       PRBZT        06  I     DEL,0019,01/D
    <b>F - Call a routine</b>
You can call internal (module pool) as well as external routines.
If you call external routines, type the program name in brackets after the routine name. Do not specify 'using' parameters. When calling an external routine, all data must be declared in a common part. You can use the fields of structure RP50D to return values from the routine. These are not used in the standard system and can only be populated via the routine and then can be used for defaults (W-Commands).
This allows customer-specific routines to be formulated with all the above steps.
    Example 1:
Infotype  Field  .....  Ind.   Var.function part
    0016      PRBZT         F      PROBATION
    0016      PRBZT         I      INS,19,01
    0016      PRBZT         W      P0019-VTRMN=PRBEND
Module pool MP001600 contains the PROBATION routine. This routine uses the entries in the fields P0016-PRBZT and P0016-PRBEH to determine the end of the probation period which it stores in the field PRBEND.
The system creates a new 'Dates' record with the reminder date = PRBEND.
    Example 2:
Infotyp ..... Ind. Var. function part
    0001           F      GET_DATE(ZPUDYN01)
    0001          I      INS,19,01
    0001           W      P0019-VTRMN=RP50D-DATE1
The GET_DATE routine in program ZPUDYN01 calculates a date and enters this date in the RP50D-DATE1 field via "TABLES RP50D" in ZPUDYN01. This date can be user-defined in GET_DATE: if necessary, user-defined infotypes can be read afterwards.
    <b>M - Send a mail</b>
Enter the name of the feature which defines the characteristics of the mail.
    Example
Infotype  Field  .....  Ind.    Var.function part
    0001     SACHP         M       M0001
A mail is sent when the field SACHP is changed. The characteristics of the mail are defined in feature M0001.
In the standard system, feature M0001 is provided as a model. The documentation on feature M0001 explains how to define the characteristics of a mail.
    <b>ADDITIONAL HINTS</b>
If you use a date as a constant, enter it as YYYYMMDD (YYYY=year, MM=month, DD=day).
The table strings T001P, T503 and PSPAR are filled with the values which are valid on the record start date.
The old values of the infotype are stored in the field string PSAVE. The structure of this string is the same as the Pnnnn structure (nnnn=infotype). The structure is filled with (valid) values only when the delete, change and create functions are used.
Please read Create dynamic actions in the Implementation Guide.

    Bernd

  • Error during page load in e-Recruitment

    Hi SAPiians,
We are implementing SAP e-Recuitment using BSPs. We are done with the configuration part and also configured the ALE.
Also, generated the URLs using RCF_GENERATE_URLS. When i copy and paste the URL in a browser, the logon page pops up. When i enter the username(has all the e-Rec specific objects assigned to it) and password, it ends in a short dump. Below is the text:
    Note
The following error text was processed in the system DER : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. The error occurred on the application server DV35_DER_01 and in the work process 0 .
    The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
    The ABAP call stack was:
    Method: IF_HTMLB_ELEMENT_DELEGATED~DO_AT_END of program CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP
    Method: DELEGATED_END of program CL_HTMLB_ELEMENT==============CP
    Method: IF_BSP_ELEMENT~DO_AT_END of program CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP
    Method: IF_BSP_PAGE_CONTEXT~ELEMENT_PROCESS of program CL_BSP_PAGE_CONTEXT===========CP
    What can I do?
If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system DER in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server DV35_DER_01 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server DV35_DER_01 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

    What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP" had to be

    Error analysis
You attempted to use a 'NULL' object reference (points to 'nothing')
    access a component (variable: " ").
An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a class)
before it can be used to access components.
Either the reference was never set or it was set to 'NULL' using the
    CLEAR statement.
    How to correct the error
If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:
    "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED" " "
    "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP" or "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CCIMP"
    "IF_HTMLB_ELEMENT_DELEGATED~DO_AT_END"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
notification to SAP, include the following information:
    1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
    (Unconverted)".
    2. Corresponding system log
Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

  • E-Recruiting : Creation of NA for newly hired P

    Dear experts,
We are implementing succession planning using eRecruiting 600. The implementation is done in an integrated scenario where eRec600 is on the same server as ERP 603.
I know that every object P should have a relation with CP,BP & NA before the application can work.
To synchronise data between EXISTING P & BP, the report HRALXSYNC is used.
I have noticed that whenever a new hire is done using PA40,there is a corresponding NA which is created in Infotype 5102.
Please remember that till now,we are not handling the Recruitment part of eRecruiting. So,the hiring is done directly through PA40.
I have activated the folllowing BADIs as a prerequisite for the report HRALXSYNC:
    HRSYNC_P
    HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI
    HRPAD00INFTY
    HRBAS00INFTY
Is the automatic generation of a candidate NA for a newly created P happening because of these BADI implementations? Pls advice
Can this generation be controlled somehow?
    Thanks in advance!
    Best Regards,
    Sowmya

    Sowmya,
To answer your question, Yes, automatic generation of NA for newly hired/created PERNR (P) is because of the integration you have activated between PA and eRecruit via BADI implementations. Look at OSS note 997181 for details on how integration works.
If you dont need integration between PA and eRecruit on PA40 then you may have to tweak the BADI's.
    regards
    Sridhar Kandisetty

  • E-recruitment requisition workflow(WS 51800008)

    Hello All,
We are facing issue in approval of requisition workflow(WS 51800008).The issue is as follows,
When we forward the requisition to recruiter for approval, the workflow WS51900008,WS51900005 are triggered corresponding to events CREATED,Status Change, but no agent is assigned for both of them.So i suppose the approval  Workflow WS51800008 is not triggered
Could someone pls explain me in detail as i m relatively new to e-recruitment.We have done all the necessary settings for the workflow and implemented the note
Note 746709 but with no results.
    Thank you pls do advice.

    Hello Pavan,
I m pasting the url which is generated which contains all the import parameters and after pressing the approve button there is a page that comes up saying "Request approved".but that url doesnt contain decision parameter.

Both the url are almost same, atleast the return url should contain decision parameter but its not the case here.
What can be the problem, have any one faced similar issue.
And what are the events/workflow steps that occur after clicking approve button.i guess it should trigger
status change workflow WS51900005 to change the status.
In my case if i check in swel it jus says WEBSERVICE completed event been triggered.
Pls do help stuck in this for very long now.

    3. Run report RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES to update table T77RCF_INT_PUB.
Still we are getting error as mentioned above. Can anybody help on this?
    Regards,
    Purnima

    Dear Purnima,
You should have a look at it in client 000. This is where you can find the table entries how they are shipped with SAP. Problem is that this is the search customizing and if we have other customizing entries in our system they don't suit to your system because I found one different entry in table V77RCF_SMG_NAVI. Please can you check out all tables and compare them with your client 000? (all tables in IMG candidate search > search profile and search templates).
    Hope it helps,
    Regards
    Christine

  • Problem executing e-Recruitment Pages

    Method: IF_HTMLB_ELEMENT_DELEGATED~DO_AT_END of program CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP
    Method: DELEGATED_END of program CL_HTMLB_ELEMENT==============CP
    Method: IF_BSP_ELEMENT~DO_AT_END of program CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP
    Method: IF_BSP_PAGE_CONTEXT~ELEMENT_PROCESS of program CL_BSP_PAGE_CONTEXT===========CP

The ST22 dump has following message:
    What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP" had to be
    terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
    "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CP" or "CL_HTMLB_HEADINCLUDE==========CCIMP"
    "IF_HTMLB_ELEMENT_DELEGATED~DO_AT_END"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
notification to SAP, include the following information:
    1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
    (Unconverted)".
    2. Corresponding system log
Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
    (Unconverted)".
    3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP
program: The source code of the program
       In the editor, choose "Utilities->More
    Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".
    4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which

  • In Vacany requisition-error "Recruiter is missing" appear after all are set

    Hi,
When a the Line Manager or Supervisor is trying to complete a VR form in portal it is saying " Recruiter is missing " in. I have checked the Account assignment feature (which is defined correctly) and also the recruiter maintianed for that PSA ( it is also maintianed correclty),even the employee who is occupying the position ( for which the position is going to get vacant) and his IT0001 and his Sueprvisor's everything is correct. But still this error "Recruiter is missing" appears in the form.
Any settings have been missed. Please provide your inputs.
    Thanks,
    Selva

    Hello Selva,
The Recruiter dropdown values are determined as follows:
    - In the customizing table EREC_GENERAL, the 'Recruiter Logic Type'  must be set to "Manual entry by the Manager".
    - The Administrators table (T526) must be configured. The Recruiter  User IDs (USRID) are taken from the Administrators
table (T526) where  the 'Group' (WERKS) value corresponds to either:
    (a) the Administrator Group (TCLAS) value determined by Feature PINCH (default value 'APPL'), or
    (b) the Administrator Group (SBMOD) value assigned to the  Hiring Manager's Infotype 0001.
    - In the E-Recruiting system, the Recruiter User ID must fulfill the prerequisites for a Recruiter user, such as:
    (a) It must be assigned to the same pernr as in the HR/MSS system, in the case of a standalone E-Recruiting system.
    (b) It must have the correct user profile for a Recruiter.
    e.g. SAP_RCF_RECRUITER
    (c) It must  have a Candidate Object assigned to it.
    (d) It must have a valid email address defined.

  • HR Correspondance - PB60

    Hi all,
Apparently, I want to add company 'Disclaimer Note' (normally as seen at the bottom of email content) on every email that I've created. However, the current email content that been sent is blanked as received. The following are the steps that I've done so far:
    1) Create a Standard Text to maintain company Disclaimer Note using SO10.
    2) The way the email sent is using transaction PB60 (HR Module), by selecting 'E-mail Letter' option underneath Planned Activities area, at Maintain Applicant Activities screen.
    3) I've checked on Program SAPMPAP3 and I'm not sure how to insert Disclaimer Note into the email content using Standard Text.
    4) Please note that every email sent will enclosed with the attachement in PDF format.
My current outcome as I received the email:
    a) Email body content is BLANKED (where I wish to insert Disclaimer Note).
    b) PDF attachment filename is as same as the Subject Title (which is a question mark for me).
Do anyone of you have some ideas to address the above issues? Which are:
    - Insert Standard Text (Disclaimer Note) to Email Content.
    - Attached PDF filename should not be as same as the Subject Title, maybe the filename should concatenate with current date and time.
I've found some info regarding the above, perhaps I'm not quite sure whether it's useful, please refer document at
    Transaction SPRO
    Press Reference IMG button.
Path: Personnel Management > Recruitment > Applicant Selection > Applicant Activities > Applicant Correspondance > Enhancement: Create New Text Variables
