Pacman running but getting error message

Hello all. I am new to Arch Linux having just installed it this weekend. I ran an FTP install just installing the base packages at first. I originally had difficulties getting the internet configured correctly but after checking the wiki I am up and running.
When I run pacman I get a message that there is an invalid locale (or incorrect - I am at work and forgot to bring my notes with the exact message, sorry). It then says it will use C as default. The packages install without issue, but, wanting everything to be "right" I have to ask if I have something configured incorrectly? If so, just head me to the right config or even the wiki page if I missed it.
Tonight I am working on getting xorg and gnome up and running. I have enjoyed the install very much and I have learned a lot so far. I am looking forward to learning more. I am so very please with how fast Arch loads. I have been used to bigger installs with lots of things I do not use.

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage. Let all of the apps load in the window. You can see how much storage you have used and how much you have left. You will need about twice the size of the download of free storage in order to be able to download the movie. Also, the iOS will not let you use every bit of available storage on the device.
You can delete content in there if needed, but if you sync with iTunes it's a good idea to transfer purchased into iTunes and backup your iPad before you delete content. If you use iCloud only, backup with iCloud before you delete any content.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Cannot open but get error message

As a result of backing up Itunes and my music, I now, for some reason, cannot open itunes but get the message - The folder "itunes" cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the "my music" folder.
I checked the website, and tried a suggestion to use a download named "tweek UI" from a site called Powertoys for windows XP. THe download directed me to the my music folder whic isn't there! Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this? Grateful for some help!

... when I check the 'the shell folder' (per the instructions) it has a "My Music" folder title that has no data across from it on the right side of the window. Do I need to write something in that blank space or leave it blank?

The Nigel Carpenter post I linked to no longer displays all of steps 5 and 6 in the procedure.
Fortunately Discussion-eer polydorus has been able to provide an alternative link to a post by Buegie that spelled out the complete "fix".
1. On the start menu go to ‘Run’
2. Type in RegEdit
3. Navigate in RegEdit to HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
4. Delete any entry for ‘My Music’
5. Navigate up the tree to HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
6. Make sure there is an entry for ‘My Music’ and is pointing to C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music (you can edit the value by double clicking it)
7. Close RegEdit
8. Reboot
I think Step 6 answers your question. If not, post back.

Installed correctly but getting error messages

I have followed the installation instructions and the program seems to be installed correctly but on some webpages I get error messages on popups. At first I thought it might just be the website, but they pop up on other sites as well. I grabbed a screen cap but I don't see that I can attach files herewith.
The error messages all says:
"SecurityError Error #2047: Security sandbox violation parent" (then an URL)
Some messages go on and list "display" and "managers" errors.
I have uninstalled and installed Flash Player at least a dozen times. It's getting frustrating because I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. I've tried to find answers on the Forum and in the Help/Support sections but most of that information is just going over my head - I am not a techie.
I'm using IE9 and my OS is Windows 7
Can someone advise me in layman's terms how I can fix this? Or should I even fret about? It's annoying but I can get the videos to work.

I really would like to be able to view this website. But I don't want to
be going through all this hassle again. Why is this particular website
not recognizing that I indeed have the most current Flash Player installed?

Trying to update frpm itunes 10 to itunes11, but get error message after installation

I am trying to update my itunes to be compatible with my replaced iphone 4s (apllecare replacement) that is not compatible with my current iTunes 10.6. I have tried several times to upload th enew version of iTunes to no avial getting an error message after a "successful installation" and the itunes reverts to 10.6. Since my imac was an older unit I had to update to OSX 10.6.8 (sucessfully) and increase my RAM. I am 120bucks in the hole plus the 49 dolar surcharge for the iphone replacement and i am still no closer to restoring my phone. Help please

First backup your music and content.
Then delete iTunes 10.6 Drag the application from Finder > Applications to Trash. Empty Trash
Try and install 10.7 first iPhone 4s will work with this. You can find the download here

Install it. Does itunes 10.7 now appear? Is your content all there? Connect up your iPhone and start syncing.
From there if you want to you can upgrade to iTunes 11 but it is only necassary if you have an iPhone 5

Trying to make an image of a Server but getting error message

I'm trying to make a disk image (.dmg) of an XServe. I boot the XServe off of an external drive, fire up disk utility and choose File>New>Disk Image from <server volume>
Then I choose where I want the .dmg file to be created. It doesn't matter where I try to put it (one of the additional two unused hard drives in Bay 2 or Bay 3, or on a network volume), I get an error message: "Unable to create <server volume> (Resource Busy)."
What am I doing wrong? Or what do I not understand yet?

Tried another tactic. I booted up the XServe into Target Disk Mode on a MacBook Pro. Then fired up Disk Utility again and chose File>New>Disk Image from "server volume". It started, but erred out with the "Resource Busy" message. Then I tried the same thing but this time instead of "server volume", I chose File>New>Disk Image from "698.6 GB AAPL FireWire Target Media". It still erred out with the "Resource Busy" message. Then I tried File>New>Disk Image from Folder, and then chose "server volume", and then selected where to save the .dmg and it started to create the image, but erred out with "Unable to create "server volume" (No such file or directory)." Then I tried "Disk Image from Folder" again, but this time chose "698.6 GB AAPL FireWire Target Media", selected where to save the .dmg, and once again, it started to create the image, but erred out again with "Unable to create "server volume" . I'm at a loss. I am unable to create an image of the XServe HD and I need to. Does anyone out there have any ideas? Thanks.

Can't open Reader V9. Says part of suite (CS4 Web Design), need to open other module. but getting error message 148.3

I'm running Windows 8.1. I had to create a new account identity because of some corrupted files. Now I can't open Reader V9. Message comes up saying it's part of a Suite (CS4 Web Design) and I need to open other module first. I tried opening Dreamweaver, got error message 148.3 and program closes, says to contact customer support. My CS4 Seb design suite is old and I've since gotten PS Extended CS5 and PS Extended CS6, but not a whole Suite. Perhaps the license needs to be re-entered but the program closes before I can do anything. Please advise.

Hopefully you data was backed up and all you have to do is to restore the data to the computer and then sync.
If you have another computer and that has the data using Home Sharing should all the shared document to be re-synced.
You can re-download apps for free when low into the original iTunes account so you do not have to pay again.
This issue has also been discussed her before and those threads might provide additional information. You can find those by using the search functio to the right.

Downloaded book, but getting error message

I have downloaded a book to my iTunes, but when I try to sync my iPod I get this error message...
Some of the items in the iTunes library, including "The Alienist (Unabridged) part 10 of 10," were not copied to the iPod, "Misty's iPod," because you are not authorized to play them on this computer.
I purchased this book off of iTunes and have never had this trouble syncing my iPod before. Do any of you have any suggestions?

This happened to me with "Hannibal Rising" and Michael Crichton's "Next," both bought the same day from the iTunes Music Store. Could play them fine in iTunes but not on the iPod. I reported the trouble online, and ITunes refunded my money the next day. I then bought the same books from Audible.com, and everything's good again. I'll continue to buy solely from Audible. Audible sells most books in a single file, too, which is an advantage over the way iTunes breaks books up into parts. Plus you can redownload the book forever in case you lose the file.
To the best of my knowledge, these books had a new protection scheme that my iPod's firmware could not handle. My iPod is fairly old, from 2002, and there hasn't been a firmware update for that model in a year.
