Page Can't Be Displayed when trying to Clone PC's MAC?

I'm running Road Runner High Speed Online on Windows XP, with a cable modem, WRT54G vers. 6, I upgraded the firmware recently to 1.01 and reset it. When I try to configure my router to work with dynamic IP addresses, on the setup page I click the Clone PC's MAC tab, click "enable" and save settings. Settings are saved. Continue. Then when I actually hit the "clone your pc's mac" button I keep getting Page Cannot Be Displayed! This has happened even after I tried resetting the router again. I tried to configure it using the setup cd but that kept telling me it wouldn't detect my router, even though I had it plugged in in all the right places. The Easy Connect doesn't help either, it detected my router but doesn't allow me to configure anything. Why do I keep getting PCBD? Is there another way I could get this set up? This has been driving me nuts for almost a week. (I'm trying to follow the Knowledge Base answer ID 1040. The part on Cloning your PC's MAC is the only part that's not working for me so far.)

if that is the case, the upgraded might have been corrupted. You may need to reflash the firmware... just do the same with the upgrade...

Portal throws "page can't be displayed" when accessed through IE

Hi ,
We have a peculiar case where in EP7 portal is throwing "page can't be displayed" error when accesed through IE 6 but is opening through firefox. This shows no network issue nor with the host file.
Can you pls advice on this as this is a prod portal.

Have look in the deployment folder and sub folders;
... /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/cluster/server<N>/apps/
sap.com/irj/servlet_jsp/irj/root/web-inf/deployment/pcd
... /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/cluster/server<N>/apps/
sap.com/irj/servlet_jsp/irj/root/web-inf/deployment/temp
and check if there are any files here with the extension ".err". If
there are any please rename those files removing the ".err" extension
and restart the J2EE engine. So they will get redeployed;

Page can't be displayed on any of the documentations

Hello
I get "Page can't be displayed" when trying to see any of the Oracle documentations. My internet explorer is working fine and view any other oracle pages other than documentations.
I can disconnect from the network here at the office and dial to my personal internet provider with the same computer and see the pages.
Any help is appreciated

That workaround is good for now but we will be linking to the complete Oracle documentation library at http://otn.oracle.com/documentation/ in the near future and removing the links (which are a subset) from the product pages.
I suggest we try and sort the problem out before then but we don't see many access problems with the documentation. It seems rather strange that you can access software downloads but not documentation since they are on the same servers. You did mention that you were able to get these via your ISP but not at the office - I wonder if you have a different proxy setting (or other browser setting) at the office that is the problem?

Travel: WebDynpro ABAP: Page can not be displayed

We are using EHP 2 for Travel(ABAP WD).
All users are getting " Page can not be displayed" , when clicking on the create Travel request.
But after clicking two to three times the link , the application is working fine.

I have in detail listed down some of the problems that we are facing in our project. I request you to please go through this long and detailed mail and assist me in resolving the issues.
1. Facing a problem regarding host name which gets displayed on the title bar of an Internet Explorer (IE).
We have installed cFolders on a different server than SRM (internal host name for cFolders: etdspd01.corp.clp.com.hk). During bid processing when bidder clicks on the collaboration bid invitation link from bid invitation, it connects to cFolders server. At this time it displays internal host name on the title bar of IE on collaboration web page (i.e.etdspd01.corp.clp.com.hk). As per security concerns, internal host name should not be exposed to external users. Instead, it should have an external host name (i.e. esp12.clpgroup.com) at the same place.
We have raised an OSS message for this problem. SAP has replied the following message
<b>To solve this problem you can define an External Host name for your used ALIAS in transaction SICF, which connect to your internal Hostname.
But please note, if you need help to define an ALIAS like this, you should contact our Remote Consulting Team (XX-RC). This is not an error, this is a consulting issue</b>.
As SAP suggested, we have created the required virtual host in SICF. We have also created the required virtual host in J2EE engine since we are facing the same problem for LAC too. In SICF transaction under virtual host we have created required services and aliases. Please find attached the document internal host name.doc for the screen shots.
Please suggest us how to call the services collaboration and LAC from SRM server by using virtual host name.
2. Problems from external access (outside of CLP network):
We have published URL (https://esp11.clpgroup.com/) for internet users, which will hit the ISA server first. At ISA server we have opened only HTTPS port. We have activated the link translator which converts external URL to internal URL (http://bpdspd01.corp.clp.com.hk) at ISA server and we can access the SRM application without any problem. Once we access the SRM application, we get a collaboration link on the browser. This link tries to access the cFolders application with internal host name (http://etdspd01.corp.clp.com.hk/..), which we have not mapped at ISA server. At ISA server, we have opened only HTTPS port and not the HTTP port. Hence we are getting the error Page can not be displayed.
Please suggest what configuration is required to be done in order to access the collaboration and LAC applications from SRM application. How mapping should be done at ISA server? How to maintain the virtual host names at DNS server?
3. If we maintain the virtual host name (esp12.clpgroup.com) instead of original host name of the RFC connection from SRM to ETD (cProjects server), SSO will not be possible for the intranet users, because intranet users are accessing the SRM application by using the URL http://etdspd01.corp.clp.com.hk. From SRM application we are trying to access the collaboration and LAC by using the URL (http://esp12.clpgroup.com). In this scenario, since domain name is not matching, SSO will not be possible as it considering them as two different domains.

I have uploaded an updated version of the diagnostic tool please use

Also, we have installed SSL certificate at cFolders server with CN= esp12.clpgroup.com. So the host name in the URL and the name on the certificate should match.

Some web pages can NOT be displayed after installing grid control 10g R3

I deployed grid control 10.2.0.3 on Linux x86-64 platform this week, but when I tried to logon the console. the Logon page can NOT be displayed. After manually directing to home page, the page showed up. I browsed several modules and found some pages work, some not. Did anyone have the same problem on the latest R3(10.2.0.3) for Linux X86-64? I use Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (update 3) for AMD 64bit Blade server as the OMS and repository server.

Got an exception in IE11 - 'This page can't be displayed' while accessing intranet website

Hi,
We have published an intranet portal website to our external customers.
Few of our website users occasionally get 'This page can't be displayed' exception while accessing our website. The HTTP request is in pending state for almost 10mins and then they get this exception. Ones they refresh - the page gets displayed
without any issue.
More details :
- These users are in different LAN than the LAN on which our web-server is hosted.
- They use IE11 on Windows 7 Operating system.
- This exception occurs occasionally and not able to reproduce consistently. But they get it once or twice when they continuously use the website.
- When the browser was waiting for the HTTP Response, there was no
HTTP Request logged in our web-server.
Below link is the network report capture when the exception happened using IE11 F12 Inspection add-on.

Note: Earlier our users had accessed our website using IE8 and Windows XP. Now their system was upgraded to Windows7 and IE11. after which they face this issue.
We want to find - if this is a network issue or is it an issue with the browser / OS or totally something else.
When I searched in the net about this issue - some mentioned that this issue will not occur with Chrome or Firefox because they cache DNS and IE doesn't and relies on the OS to do the DNS caching (I am not clear about this).

As we tried to capture network traces through wireshark & founds no handshake called with some certificates from IE 11 else same certificate working in Firefox on same windows 7 PC  & for some certificate which also

Hi, i've Exchange topology (upgraded from 2007 one server)
2 CAS servers NLB with VIP 172.16.0.98
2 MBX Servers DAG with DAG
using Cisco ASA NAT public IP for example 9.9.9.9 ....> 172.16.0.98
i've created split DNS zone for public domain in internal DNS to unify URLs internal and external Mail.Domain.Com
i've created internal zone called Mail.Domain.Com and Autodiscover.domain.com point to VIP 172.16.0.98
Everything is OK but sometimes users report when they access OWA from inside or outside when user submit user/ pass faced error the page can't be displayed?
i tried this this user from different browsers and different computer the same issue
if i tried another user from the same computer it works fine
the strangest point after 30-60 minutes it backs to live and everything going fine
i checked event viewer there is nothing related to this issue.
in sometimes if i tried to access manual to CAS1.Domain.Local / IP address/ owa it works fine.
URL changes to https://Mail.Domain.Com/owa/auth.owa
i red some about putting my public domain as remote domain but it's not clear !
any ideas please?

If it works properly when connecting directly to the server, then something is misconfigured in the load balancer or something else in that data path.

Page can't be displayed

Since yesterday (07-may-2014) when I start any web application, even new created ones,
without any code added by myself from the VS development environment (Vb.net or C#) I get the next error.
IIS Express starts, the IE browser appears with the message "waiting for response from localhost...".
The mousepointer turns around and after a while I get the error:
This page can't be displayed.
I use VS Express 2013 for web, Framework 4.5 on Windows 8.1.
I even tried to create a project in VS 2010 but the same error appears there as well.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Sorry I found the solution myself, the problem was caused because I enabled the "enhanced protection mode" in the advanced tab of internet explorer. I enabled this setting due to the security hole in IE of last week.

Can't sign in when trying to install the Elements 13 upgrade.

Purchased the upgrade fro PSE 12 to PSE 13, if has downloaded, when I try to install if asks me to sign in, it just stays thinking about signing in for ages and doesn't go any further.

I've tried that and I still can't sign in when trying to install. Although I can sign in when I go to the adobe website through Firefox without a problem, I'm having issues with Internet Explorer as it shows "can't display this page check that the website is correct", with certain websites eg: facebook, hotmail and my bank, so I don't know if this is an issue with signing in while trying to install.
Would it have been better to have purchased the disk from a store and installed from that? If so, how do I get a refund from Adobe for the download purchase?

Apple ID - 'Page can not be displayed' error.

I recently bought Apple Protection plan for my iPod, and I was registering it today when it told me to type in my Apple ID. I did so, then it came up with a 'Page can not be displayed' page. I'm really confused. I've tried several times, but it still hasn't logged me in.
I really need help soon, because my warranty is ending soon. Please help!!

Did you type the full [email protected] or only yourID ?
Usually at Apple you have to type the whole address in the ID field, not the only name like at Yahoo for example.

Hi,
Go to All programs/Business Intelligence/Start All Services ....so all the services are up and running.
And Check in services is opmnctl is started,if not started start it manually and check your page is getting displayed.

SAP BPC 5.1 SP2 Http 500 internal server error - page can not be displayed

When our Sysadmin service account are restricted to the app server and the database server ( as they should be in a secured environment) no client
could reach the web site to even use the Osoft directory . We get a Http 500 internal server error - page can not be displayed . This is for a new multiserver install. Is there a problem on the website security or .net configuration?

Yes the install was done by the SAP install consultant but now we are getting an error when we restrict the Sysadmin ID. Server diagnostics and other tests on Appshell passed as well.

I suspect @Anit was assuming you were using IIS 7, in which case you could check the IIS app pool (advanced settings, for the app pool used by the site you are browsing) to see if it was set to “enable 32-bit applications: false”, assuming CF is configured as 64-bit, or if CF is configured 32-bit, then you would want that to be set to “enable 32 bit applications: true”.
It seems you’re using IIS 6, and there is no GUI means in the IIS 6 control panel to change the bitness of the app pool. There are various means discussing how to do that on the web, as well as a blog entry from Ben Forta, from back when people were deploying CF 7 (which was 32-bit only) 64-bit Windows and IIS:

But back to your error, @Len, if setting the bitness of the IIS app pool is not the solution, I’ll note that there can be many other reasons that you get that error. What are you seeing in the Windows Event log (using “event viewer”), or the IIS logs (especially httperr.log), or the CF logs (\coldfusion10\cfusion\logs)?

Well, I'm the site administrator and I can confirm that TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 are all enabled and forced by GPO. Restarting IE and rebooting did not help. Chrome and Firefox both work flawlessly.
Edit: This is IE 11 on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

Often such messages are just a default best guess of how to explain a problem symptom. Have you checked that the message is properly reflecting the condition that was detected? FWIW first I would use the Developer Tools to see
what the transaction (request and response) really is. E.g. it may be that the host is sending an HTTP response code which might be interpreted the way that the message is showing. Then the problem would be on the host to ask: why is it sending
that code. Often the answer is that the host is just getting mixed up about the capabilities it assumes a browser has without having actually tested them.
