Page not displaying on client computer

Hi I have developed a web site using CF and it works fine on
the test server - which happens to be a Win XP laptop which is
connected on a network.
The pages display fine on the laptop but if I try to browse
to the pages from amother computer on the network the pages do not
display.
I am using
http://192.168.0.3/sitename
- normally this works but for some reason this isnt working at
present.
I cant see why this isnt working at present.
Any ideas.

I have looked at most things but cant see why this would be
the case.

Changes to OAF page not displaying on one computer but are on another

We made some changes to a link on one of our pages, The changes are not working correctly on my computer, however if someone else who hasn't been in the pages signs into the apps as me on their computer, it works correctly for them. We have cleared the framework cache, cleared my browser cache, made sure my browser settings are set for automatic for viewing new versions of stored pages, but nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else we can try?

Did you try clearing your java object cache on your machine? Settings -> Control Panel ->Java Control Panel->Temporary Internet Files ->Delete Files.

Login action buttons no longer work and some pages not displaying correctly after upgrade.

After recent update, some web pages not displaying correctly and Login buttons on some sites do not work. I've updated my plugins and restarted computer, but problems remains. Is this Java, Javascript or something else? Same pages are working fine in IE.

Please update the firefox to the latest version of firefox 26

'Access is denied' error in ESS iViews & Page not displayed' thru. internet

Hi,
We are implementing ESS(Webdynpro)/MSS(Java).
We are in EP6 SP13.
We want to put our portal on internet through SSL.
I have installed SAP Webdispatcher and configured it to support SSL. SAP webdispatcher is installed on a DMZ machine(hostname: SAPROUTER).
webdispatcher ports:
http port: 80
https port: 8443
1) When i try to access the portal from the DMZ machine (where the webdispatcher is installed) using https://saprouter.domainname.net:8443/irj/portal, i am able to see all the iViews.. but, i am getting 'access is denied' error(in the status bar) when i try to click on any link in ESS iViews (for ex: working time, Employee search).. when i try to double click i am getting javascript:void(0)
2) When i try to access the portal through internet(https://<ipaddress>:8443/irj/portal), I get the logon page and after logging in... i am not able to see the ESS and Transaction iViews .. getting 'Page cannot be displayed' error.
When i am able to see the iViews in the DMZ machine.. why are they not being displayed when i access through internet??
Can any1 help me in this regard?? What am i missing ??

Its a hot topic I think,
Where facing the exact same problems.
When we logon LOCAL to the Portal the iview works. (Not true the internet / DMZ)
But when we logon true the webdispatcher we get the Portal Layout, so the dispatcher works.
But the WEBdynpro Iview gives the error -> Page not displayed'
And when we edit the file hosts on the pc of the client browser and fill in the hostname of the SAP Portal the Iview works..???
There are no ports closed on the firewall, everything is allowed.
Can anyone tell me of its necessary to edit the Web Dynpro Runtime Environment. Here are some settings for the WEBdispatcher but I cant get it working.
- sap.webdispatcher.host = Defines the host of a used Web Dispatcher
- sap.webdispatcher.port = Defines the port of a used Web Dispatcher
- sap.webdispatcher.protocol = Defines the protocol of a used Web Dispatcher

When I activate the trace on the webdispatcher
(D:webdispsapwebdisp.exe pf=D:webdispsapwebdisp.pfl -t 2)
In the Tracefile I can see that the webdispatcher resolves the SAP portal system. Thats was aleady confirmed by seeing the portal framework from the client. I think that the WEBdynpros have to be remote activated, or some addition settings in the webdispatcher.
If somebody get an idée I really would like to know it.

I have a problem with some pages not displaying correctly i.e.
SE80 navigation page
F1 help
I am using XP sp2 and we have the latest version of internet explorer 7 (which I cannot uninstall as it is company policy)
SAP version is 6.4c.
I am using SAP Gui 7.10 with the latest patch 710_7.
This is making the system completely unusable for me.
I have read a few forum posts mentioning that upgrading to the latest patch version will resolve this problem, but this clearly has not worked for me.
Can someone please help, how do I actually esculate this to SAP?

I am a SAP developer in ABAP and its related to SE80 which I used to use primarily for editing code (i now have to use se38).
I often use F1 for hints on code etc to use and syntax so it does make it very difficult for me. If there is a more appropriate forum for this please direct me, instead of posting in gibberish english.
Max - I assume you have the same problem and it is also not resolved by the latest patch. I wonder is there a way this can be esculated with SAP?

Ok, then let's go the long way and try to reduce the number of possible root causes:
1) Is your problem reproducible on this publish? (I suppose it is)
2) Is it reproducible on other publishs as well, which have received the same page with the same application?
3) Can you reproduce it on other replicated pages as well?
4) When you upload a page to such an affected publish via a content package, does this page render correctly?
5) Does this problem appear on other environments as well?
6) Do you use dispatcher when you get this result? Or do you get it when you request the page directly of CQ5?
7) What's the HTTP statuscode when you render this page? You can see it in the request.log of CQ5.
If you change logging via Felix Console, you don't need to restart the instance.

On opening iWeb all previous (uploaded) sites have disappeared. On opening the domain all I can recover is the many component parts, and when unzipped the code. Help! Mike

Code in a domain file - really? That is not possible because the domain.sites file does not contain any html or css code at all - the domain file is your iWeb data file and you won't see any code until you publish your website.
If you can see html code, then you have the wrong file and it is a published version of your site which iWeb can do nothing with - iWeb has no import facility so cannot open any html files.
Go back and ensure that you have the correct domain.sites files that can be found under your User Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites and if you have Mavericks then you need to go to Go and press the alt key to reveal your hidden User Library, so that you can then get to Application Support and then iWeb and then your domain.sites file.
You will also need to go and download either DomainCracker or iWebSwitch which allows you to open individual domain files under Mavericks, because from Lion onwards, you cannot open individual domain files.
Also, it says that you are still using iWeb 08? If this is so, you'll either need to upgrade to iWeb 09 by going to Amazon and purchasing the iLife 09 or 11 boxed set, both of which contain iWeb 09 or you need to switch to newer software that is actively being supported and developed such as EverWeb (http://www.everwebapp.com).

BBC One Highlights page not displaying content of its panes

Why does the BBC One Highlights page not display the content of its panes?

There seems to be something up with their javascript that produces slightly different image url's than on other browsers.
Instead of something like this:

it's producing say

Pulisher CUCM web page not display

Hello,
Publisher cucm web page not displayed and DB not accessible IP phones working on Subscriber but I can't change any settings.Cisco Tomcat service not working and I can't restarting. (ver. 7.1.5)

If you cannot change any config then it's more than just not being able to use a webpage, there must be some problem with the ccm/DB services on the PUB.
SSH to the server and see if there are error messages, I'd suggest a whole reboot.

http://siteurl/default.aspx page? If so, go to Site Features in site settings page, reactivate the Wiki Page home page feature, check the result.
If not, please check whether there is related information in ULS log and event viewer log file? Does the page shows page not found or other errors? Check whether the site can be opened in other machine?

Hosted Email pages not displaying correctly

Ive tried searching this forum but didnt have any luck.
My issue is this:
I have a .Mac account and i usually make my newsletters for email in iWeb.
I host it to my server space on .Mac.
It displays correctly in Safari and even when i send it to myself in Mac MAIL.
However, ive just started using an email client so that i can send my html emails to all my database contacts in one go.
Im using iContact for this.
Within iContact i can create an email by simply adding a web adress (pointing to my page on my server)
The problem is that when i send it to a GMAIL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO and probably other email apps besides MAIL...all the email does not display fully.
Images are missing, text is all over the place etc
I cannot figure out what i could be doing wrong.
Any help would be appreciated as im not sure whether this is an iWeb or iContact issue....or just me

Have you sent HTML emails to GMAIL, HOTMAIL and YAHOO accounts successfully before? Are those services capable of handling HTML formatted email? Not all email clients can handle that type of email.

UIX page not displaying data from VO's

I have an application where my users log in by passing a username/password to a client method in my application module. The Webusers View Object has a view link to the Customers view object, which has a view link to the Orders view object, which has a view link to the OrdLines view object, like this:

------OrdLinesView via OrdOrdlinesViewLink
I've run this Application Module through the tester and I can see data via all the View Links.
I have the following code in my login() script:
w = getWebusersView();
w.setWhereClause("login = '" + username + "'");
w.executeQuery();
I've stepped through the login() code and it works correctly. If I understand BC4J correctly, then all of the View Links should fire and coordinate the data from Customers, Orders, and OrdLines when this query executes successfully.
I created a UIX page and did a drag/drop of Orders to the page as a read-only table. I found the Orders table by expanding the Webusers entry in the Data Control palette, then the Customers entry below that, to grab the Orders entry there. I think this means that it will follow the WebCustViewLink to get the Customer that goes with the Webuser, then the CustOrdViewLink to get the Orders for that Customer. Is this correct?
When I try to run this and display the table, I get no records. I know for a fact that records exist under the Webuser username I've chosen.
What is wrong? Why doesn't my UIX page display the appropriate Orders based on the Webusers->Customers->Orders view links?

If there, try removing the $. at the beginning of the binding that gets puts there if you select the item from the pop up list.
I have a text field that is read only and bound without the $. that was working fine for displaying data. I have a drop down that had the $. and was not saving. I removed the $. and now it is getting saved to the XML. However, it does not display on the next render of the form.

The END-OF-PAGE is not displayed in the last page of the classical report.
SY-LINCT value is 30.
Lines displayed in the report per page is 24.
[3 for TOP-OF-PAGE and 3 for END-OF-PAGE]
My Internal table has 6942 records.
It comes 289 pages with 24 records in a page and 290 th page with 6 records.
The END-OF-PAGE is not coming for the 290 th page.
Please help.

Many pages not displayed correctly in non-IE browsers

Some pages, especially those part of the PDK, are not displayed in non-IE browsers. An example is:

Viewing the source shows a very badly formatted IMG SRC tag (alt="Oracle9iAS Portal Developer Kit"). Removing this tag fixes the pages.
Could you please adjust these pages ASAP so they are again also viewable according to the Rehabilitation Act?

There is enhancement filed about this issue that you are experiencing. Also, there are a new set of PL/SQL API documentation that is automatically generated and we are checking to see if those have the same issue.
