Page properties and logo missing after renaming folder

When renaming one of my folders I got the message that the
application is updating all links. The renamed pages look normal on
my desktop when viewed in a browser. I uploaded the renamed folder
to my website and found to my chagrin that the page logo and page
properties are missing. I had changed nothing else in the website
files or folders. Can anyone tell what went wrong?

You renamed a folder and didn't upload your images into the
renamed folder.
For example, you say your logo would be here -

but it's actually still here -

i was working on a document with pages. while transferring files from USB, the 'pinball' thing popped up for the longest time which lead me to force quit the document. the document had been saved before quitting. however, my macbook starts to reboot, and after rebooting that specific file is missing. Before it quit, it says that the file is locked and asked me to create a duplicate, which i clicked yes to.

Bug Report: Page # and Icon Lost After Rename

I love the new file management features in version 10.3 but I noticed some problems right away.
After renaming a document, the current page position is lost and the document opens at page 1. This first one I renamed was a 400-page book and this was a bit annoying. I realize this is consistent with the desktop version which does not save the page position, but it is inconsistent with the iPad behavior for opening and closing documents. A fix or a warning should be implemented.
Also lost is the document icon, which reverts to a generic Reader logo. This is more of a cosmetic thing. I noticed the icon does not get restored after opening the document. It seems necessary to scroll down to page 2 for the icon to refresh.

Page properties and privilege

I need to copy an entire folder inside a pagegroup,
and I need to change many properties.
I just use the api wwsec_api.set_group_acl to change access privilege,
but I need to change also other pages properties:
- flag on access tab properties: access_setting: specify access setting (for bypass template settings)
- flag on approval tab properties: define new approval routing and add new approval step.
Can I use an API to do this?
Or Can I set this properties working on portal tables directly ? And which tables?

No, direct access to the Portal tables is not supported - you can invalidate your support agreement if you modify the schema or update the tables directly, except through the APIs and Views documented in the Portal Development Kit.

Page Properties and Text Rollovers

I have been trying to create simple text rollovers for my
page and have ran into a confusing problem. In Page Properties, I
used the link feature to make a word in green text turn orange when
the mouse rolls over it. This works fine. However, what if I want
another piece of text on the same page to have a
different text rollover? Is there an option to override the
Page Property setting (without using flash text?) Because now
whenever I create a link, it automatically turns the word green
with an orange rollover!
My page is not uploaded to the net yet, but please help me!

Fresh install and Im missing the /etc/ folder

Basically my situation is simple.
I have just done a fresh install and i am missing the /etc/ folder completely. this is not good as need to alter some things in one of the boot files.
I have tried 2 clean installs and had the problem both times.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or know how to rectify it?

Ah i think i have just something. I bought the unlimited upgrade version. But i have done a clean install with it before and the /etc/ folder has still always been there.

Addressbook and old mail gone missing after renaming my macbook

i just inherited my dad's macbook after being a troubled win user for years. I renamed it and figured that the desktop items were missing and so were addressbook, old accounts and all old mail. i found the old desktop items but can't find the mail items.
Can anyone help?

What exactly did you rename? The home folder? or did you create a new user?
Files, preferences, data within an application such as Mail or ical or safari are associated with a particular user. If you log in as a new user or if you change the name of the home folder you will loose that "link" and may not locate "old" data at log in.
I suggest you rename the home folder or whatever you renamed and then look at this link:

Now please if any one could suggest that what information or configuration i will have to change in order to make it working with renamed directory.
The other problem is i am hard coding the path of forms when i am calling one form from another like open_form('D:\folder1\folder2\frm_abc.fmx'). What configuration needs to be done or as it possible that i just provide the the name of form module and AS pick it from that folder.

The path reference of forms and libraries might be broken, ensure FORMS_PATH variable is correctly set and fix the path pointing to the libraries and forms, look for it in regedit or default.env file.
default.env file resides in ORACLE_HOME\forms\server

Add the path where you have your fmx files in FORMS_PATH variable, something like:
FORMS_PATH=D:\folder1\folder2;C:\Devsuit_home1\forms
After that you can do this: open_form('frm_abc.fmx')
Finally restart OC4J instance and try

So I was cleaning up old files on my mac and I think I accidentally deleted some important system files while I was doing this, long story short I couldn't get the photobooth app to function so I thought I could save my most important files onto an external storage drive and do a clean install of yosemite to fix my problem. Well it worked but I now no longer have the pages, numbers, or keynote apps on my laptop nor do they show up as purchases on my mac's app store even though I'm using the same account and they were there before this whole fiasco started. Help please I don't know what to do and I need to access to these programs for school.

They announced Mavericks and free iwork with new hardware at exactly the same time...
How could you have Mavericks pre-loaded but have no access to iwork... It makes no sense...
Are you sure you bought your computer preloaded with Mavericks?
Mavericks was announced in June... and released in October...
Maybe I missed the iwork (free release) dates in the June and October Keynotes.

Page shifting and no scroll after publish

After I publish my project i see components that are outside my page dimensions declareted in flex. My page is also shifted to right, i wanna place it on centre in my Browser. Page also have no scrollbar in browser Secondly when i import my catalyst project i must set dimensions again in flax for every state..

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and check the box marked Enable JavaScript.
If the Develop menu is showing and Disable JavaScript is checked, uncheck it.

Albums and faces missing after repair

I keep my iPhoto library on an external drive and even though I did not remove it a warning popped up saying iPhoto couldn't find my library and that the disk had been ejected (not safely). Next it said that I should relaunch iPhoto after which it said my library needed repairing. All good. I have all my photos but I have lost albums & faces. When you click on faces all the faces I have ever saved are in there and you can see them when you hover over the thumbnails of them but if you click on one it says there are no photos to display? Should I shut down iPhoto, eject the disk safely and restart my computer? Will this help or is there something else I should do?

Quickoffice and adobe MISSING after reset

Hello Everyone,
I resetted my E7 yesterday, and noticed that Quickoffice and Adobe readers disappeared!
I tried reinstalling Belle from the nokia suite, all went well, but QO & Adobe are still missing.
I tried deleting the downloaded installation files from c:\users\all users directory, re-downloading the nokia belle update (~350mb) and re-reinstalling the OS, but still QO and Adobe are missing.
I tried *#7370#, "delete and restore" etc, but to no avail.
I tried changing OSes - WinXP, Win7, Win7 64bit etc, but still no avail.
Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to Nokia discussions board!
Quickoffice and Adobe are both downloaded applications, they will be erased if you do a hard rest on the device. To get them back, you can just download them from here Quickoffice and PDF Reader. If you paid already for them, just go on the market > History then download them again.

Letters and Words missing after converting Word doc to pdf

While using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to convert MS Word 2007 documents, letters or complete words will go missing. This can happen in the middle of a sentence or at the beginning. I have tried saving the document a couple of times and reconverting with the same result.

Gt660r bluetooth and webcam missing after bios update...please help

Can anyone help? I updated my bios to the latest version on the MSI website. Now, I regret it cause my Bluetooth and webcam are missing. Nothing appear in Devices Manager. I have SCM installed, buttons are all working except for bluetooth and webcam.
Its been my practiced to update my bios whenever there is a new release. I've read from this site that is not necessary but its too late so now I've learned from my mistakes. I appreciate so much if someone could give instruction how to fix this issue. I need my bluetooth and webcam badly.

That exactly what I did but still the same. I even flashed it back and forth a couple of times from j version to f version and follow exactly the ec reset but it didn't solve. Is there any other solutions?

Web page loads and then disappears after a few seconds

I have been visiting the More magazine website (www.moremagazine.co.uk ) for some time. However in the last week or so when I click on a link in the e mail I get from them the page loads as usual, stays for a few seconds and then disappears - only a blank page remains.. Even if I refresh I still get a blank page. If I type the URL in manually I just get a blank page immediately.

Anyone solve this yet?
