Pages are not loading fully seems to be related to javascript

It seems that javascript isn't running on any websites. I've tried websites like facebook, youtube, and newgrounds but no videos or pictures show up. The websites do display some text but half of it seems to be in javascript.

  • My pages are not loading: none or are extremely slow

pages are not loading at all or very slowly: I have firefox 4 and us windows xp proffessional: this is somthing that just started withing the last month>

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
SRemove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

  • My pages are not loading correctly---get index-like pages.

Web pages like NASCAR.COM, The Daily Beast are not loading correctly. All I get are lists of links.
''moderator edited the title of this thread''

''get index-like pages for NASCAR.COM, The Daily Beast''
For nascar.com if I turn off page styling it kind of looks like indexes.
From the View menu (Alt+V) see if what you have for Page Style -- if you have a theme try Basic Style to see if it fixes, and try "No style" to see if it looks the same as you currently see.
Besides themes, styles, and GreaseMonkey scripts you might have an extension such as Adblock Plus blocking some styles.

  • Pages are not loading properly and can't perform simple functions like forwarding e-mail, whats wrong?

When I sign into my Yahoo account the mail page doesn't load correctly and prompts me to turn off automatic updates. I can't send or forward any e-mails in the mail section. When I sign into Facebook I can't poke people back, look at mail friend requests or notifications. And applications don't load at all. When I sign into my checking account I can't view the account page..it's all scrambled. And other web sites are scrambled looking also.

  • Windows do not load: on certain websites correctly treated by Firefox 3.6 some windows in a page are not loaded by Firefox 4 and have to be reloaded.

On a website such as http://forums.kyngdvb.com/forum.php some windows often do not load with the page and have to be reloaded. This did not happen with Firefox 3.6

  • Using FF 33.0, pages are not loading when I click on tabs loaded in the background. How do I fix this?

Additional information: I have Tab Mix Plus and UnLoadTab installed, and neither of them is set to load the tab(s) before selected manually.

In the tabs menu under the Firefox Menu > Options > Tabs section, is do not load tabs until selected also checked?

  • My pages are not loading at the top of the page in my browser

When designing all of my pages, I have placed thee top of the page and header guideline at 0px. All of my master pages are 40px long. When I preview within the program, there is no problem. All of my pages start at the top of the page (scroll bar at the absolute top). When I preview the site in my browser, none of my pages are starting at the absolute top. Why could this possibly be happening? Nothing is pinned and I do not have a header (even when I moved the header guideline, I still received the same results). Please help! Thank you for your time!

    Hi,
This is how it looks to me,
It starts at the top, without any scrollbar. Am I missing anything. Could you please provide a screenshot how it looks at your end, after publishing.

  • HELP! Web pages are not loading properly or not at all!

This just started happening about a week or so ago and my laptop is only 3 months old. I typically use Safari and when this started happening I downloaded Google Chrome and it happens using that also. Either the browser can't find the specified web page or it loads all yucky down the left side of the screen. Also, pictures in my email aren't loading anymore either. This all happens sporadically but enough that it's driving me crazy!

Live chat was closed when you were in the queue that is why I linked you here.
Is the problem still present in safe mode?

  • TS1398 internet pages are not loading on ipad.  anyone know why?

We have two ipads in our home.  All of the sudden, the ipads are having difficulty loading pages.  An initial page downloads, but when clicking a link, the web page shows it is partially downloaded and the connection circle just spins.

Downloading Moutain Lion requires a high speed broadband connection.
6.21 will never work. That is not broadband.
Make certain your Mac can run Mountain Lion > System requirements for OS X Mountain Lion
Check your download speed here > Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test
Anything less than 15Mbps will not be fast enough to download Mountain Lion. It's a 4.35GB (approximately) file. That will time out on a slow connection.

  • My home pages are not loading - facebook, ebay, BBC

On Firefox and Internet Explorer I cannot load any of my home pages - Ebay, Facebook and BBC news. I just get text only as a list down the left hand side of the screen. Have tried starting a new profile, have run a malware scan, scanned with anti virus, removed the pages as default homepages.
