Pages not letting me email form share

Hi can any one help me, I tried to email directly from pages but got no response, numbers still emails fine and i have never had this problem before. has any one any idears?

There are two possibilities here. First the simple one. Some users are trying to enter the Mail Share by clicking on the menu sub-header in the list, rather than the (not grayed out) options below the header. The more complicated reason that seems to be striking is that Pages has become fussier about file names. Make sure your filename is short and free of any peculiar punctuation characters, slashes, etc.

I cannot find the eMac install disk, and I haven't been able to get it to start up from my 10.3 CDRm (holding down option or c), though I read something somewhere about these not being able to start up from system folders earlier than those they shipped with. I've dealt with this sort of thing several times before, and it always seemed to work to simply use target disk mode.
It definitely won't start up fromt the 10.5 DVD-R, and I'm pretty sure I tried putting the MBP into TM to use its optical drive as well, but it didn't work. But it's worth trying again, and I appreciate your input greatly.

Email address on Portal page incorrectly copied into email form

I have a 'staff directory' on a Portal page that contains email addresses. Upon clicking on an email address an email form pops up. However, the email address in the TO: line sometimes reflects the email address correctly, and sometimes it repeats characters from the email address - that is, my email address might be correctly copied in as Caryn@mail or incorrectly copied in as Caryncaryn@mail.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

So called e-mail obfuscation scripts may work up to a point, but client side scripts are easily defeated by turning off JavaScript. Also, e-mail links don't work for everyone. With so many people using web mail (yahoo, hotmail, g-mail, etc...) instead of e-mail software, they may not have an e-mail client on their device.
For many reasons, a contact form with a form to email processing script that has built-in spam protection is the way to go.
If your server supports PHP, this script from DBMasters is good.

My ipad is not sending my emails form my hotmail account.

I have deleted the account, switched my iPad off and re-entered my password and it still won't send my emails. i can read them but not sent, it keeps saying the password/address is incorrect. Can anyone please help?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

HELP! Package with orange, registration problem, setup wizard pages not found and email problems!

I got my blackberry 2 days ago (I'd never had one in the past) and the sales advisor told me I would need the 'blackberry package' for £5 a month and being the fool that I am I agreed without asking for more information on what it included etc. I can get on the internet using my home wifi or any other free wifi connection I happen upon, but cannot use applications such as Facebook for Blackberry without being confronted with a message claiming 'You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. Please contact your service provider for additional information or to upgrade your current service plan.' I had thought that the package I had been given would be for this, does anyone know how long it should take before the package is activated?
Also, when visiting www.blackberry.orange.co.uk and asked to give my PIN and IMEI it claims that it is currently registered with a different service provider. Has anyone else found this or know a way to fix it?
Actually, while I'm here, when running the setup wizard a lot of the pages come up with HTTP ERROR, PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND and when attempting to set up my email I only have the options to 'i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server' or 'i want to skip email setup'. How would I set up a hotmail email account?

the blackberry package is a good thing. the problem is that is seems you have had problems creating your BIS Account. Call Orange UK hotline and explain your issue. It's their job to make everything work. especially since you are a new customer.

Muse, Business catalyst and email forms

Dear users,
I'd have a request about business catalyst and email forms.
I made a simple web site for a test by Adobe Muse. In the contatc area I add an email form of Muse which requirs business catalyst. I subscibe a trial period with catalyst, tested it in its host and it was ok. Now I'm going to create a new site which is going to be published in a personal wed address (www.domainname.com) Is it enought to pay for a basic subscription of business catalyst, or do I need additional stuffs? Please consider that the site will be hosted in a different web space than catalyst

I have a domain (www.example.com) which is hosted and registred in Italy by a service like Godaddy.
I downloaded the web site which I created with Muse on that domain and it works. I made a page which uses the email form widget from Muse and obviously, it says to me that BC is required to work. Basicaly I'm looking for a suggestion on how to get it working. Thanks agains expecially for your patience!!!!!!!! Fab

Does your phone let you email or post videos?

My droid will not let me email videos or post video to facebook no matter how long they are. I also can not text any of my videos..what is going on? I am getting fusterated with this so called great phone..

i know on my htc inc the max i can send is 1.2 megs (via text). the problem with these great cams is that the files they record are LARGE. i put the video on the lowest resolution but still can't text a vid that's more than about 12-15 seconds. as far as facebook goes....that's a fb issue. ages ago i could email video and it would post (eventually). now, nothing! i've even tried to get a response from fb twice, but they never got back to me and nobody specifically addresses this in any of the fb help forums. so i've found a fix. if you have the patience to learn a pretty cool app then go to the market and download qik. i can now take long videos and IMMEDIATELY post to fb (seriously.....it's close to a live stream). you gotta set up an account on the qik website and link it to your fb and i had to learn a bit.....but in less than an hour i was postin videos to fb and now i use it all the time. as far as sending vids via text....i am and will remain dissapointed. i could send 30 second vids on my env touch!!! i know they were poor quality, but a 12 second video is all i can get through now and that's pointless.

The Facebook app won't let me sign on with my account. I can sign on to another account just fine. Will not let me sign on through Safari or Google either. When I put in email and password it goes right back to the log in page. Help?

On my iPhone 4, the Facebook app won't let me sign on with my account. I can sign on to another account just fine. The first time I sign on with the FB app it goes to the news feed page, says loading, and then flipps between loading and connection error. If I close out of that and try to sign in again it locks up on the logging in page. From Safari or google it goes to the log in page, after entering my email and password it goes right back to the log in page. I have tried resetting my phone, deleting and re-installing the app and everything else I can think of. Since I can log onto another account on my phone it can't be the app, any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Notes not emailing via Share Button

I have made a list of notes for work in the Notes App on Mountain Lion and wanted to share them with a co-worker via email. When I use the Share button in the Mountain Lion version, it opens an email, but does not attach anything to the email or send the notes in any other form (the email is blank). We are both using Mountain Lion. Am I missing something here?
My default email in Microsoft Outlook 2011 (it is a work situation, so this is not something I can change), but Outlook has not given me problems like this with any other Mac app before, in fact it integrates fairly well (still like the Apple Mail app better).
The Notes are being uploaded to my iCloud account and are viewable on my iPhone, but I do not want to share my iCloud information, just these notes. I can send them as an iMessage, but there are two pages worth of notes, so taht is a bit rediculous.
Is anyone else having problems using the Share button to email directly from Notes?

Resetting the phone (pressing both home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears), and Restoring in iTunes using a backup will not lose any data. Resorting as a new iPhone will lose data and settings which can be minimized by syncing contacts, calendars, and notes with appropriate apps on your computer (or MobileMe, Yahoo, Gmail). See:

Occasionally my computer seems to go off on a frolic of its own - lights on, whirring, very slow to respond to my instructions, etc. Recently I noticed a message in the bottom right corner of my screen along the lines 'Choose what I share' There was an explanation that Mozilla sent Firefox information [or vice versa] and a claim this somehow made my life better. I thought I would choose what I share but the message disappeared and I have been unable to find the relevant page.

My iphone 5 will not let me delete emails and open up certain apps like Keep safe and kicks me out of different apps

My iPhone 5 will not let me delete emails. I trash them and they look like they are deleted and then they will load back in. I cannot open my Keep Safe app after the last update. It said I needed more storage so I upgraded and it still will not load. It opens for a second and then goes to home page. FB is hit or miss if it will open and when it does it is really slow. Any suggestions?

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

Ok, I have changed the names of my iPads to each be different- but no matter what I do, the Apple ID comes up the old email address on the old iPad and will not let me update Apps, purchase , etc,

I have used your info to give my two iPads different names. My problem is that my old iPad still has the old email in the Apple ID pop up so it will not let me sign in. I checked my info in the manage my account page and there is my email as primary, which allows me to sign in for apps, etc on the newiPad air, but when I try to update or buy an App on the old iPad, the old email is in the pop up and will not let me sign in.
How do I change the email in the old iPad to match the new iPad????
The Old email is on my manage my account page as a verified ALTERNATE email.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you created a new account or updated your existing account ? All content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, so if you have created a new account then all of your existing downloads will remain tied to your old account.
If you've updated your existing account then try tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and log out of it and then log back in with the updated id so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
