Paging ResultSet Data from SQL Server

Hi all,
I have a serious problem and am calling on all the java guru's who have experience in databases.
I have a large table in SQL Server 2000 with thousands of rows.
I wish to return 50 rows at a time (0 - 50, 50 - 100, etc...)
I am creating a paging system in JSP.
Anyway, I understand that in MySQL, you can use the 'LIMIT 0, 50' keyword to query 50 rows, in Oracle something like rowID > ? and rowID < ? ... but there is nothing in SQL Server that allows me to do this ... HELP.

Then the solution is to not do it. It doesn't matter
what database you are using.
The user knows what they are looking for. Give them
a screen so they can type in what they are looking
for. Then use that to build a query and only return
that to them.

Yes there is.Ok, I understand all of this. Assuming I go down this line, how in SQL Server would it allow me to get 50 rows at a time and then to get the next 50 rows at a time and then the next, like a paging system.
Like I said, I know MySQL can do it and Oracle, but I don't think SQL Server can.
Oh, btw, the qeury I would like to run has joins (just to be taken into consideration) ... thanks.
