The credit/debit card VISA you currently use for your subscription payments will expire at the end of the month.
This will cause your subscription to terminate at the end of the current billing period, which is on Nov 1, 2011. To ensure uninterrupted access to your Skype products, please update your payment details by visiting your account
The bank issued me a new credit card, because the old one expires this month (Oct 11), but I bought and paid for a 1-year subscription. Why should Skype terminate my account so soon (Nov 11)?

Have you tried deleting the book and then redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app ? If it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that ibook and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Hi Experts,
What's wrong here: I bought a 60 min subscription and paid for 12 months.
Before I paid for that, it was disaplayed in two places (I have screen shot), saying: Buy 12 months now and get 240 extra minutes per month.
After I paid for that, it was displayed in my subscription: 15 extra minutes per month.
How big a difference it is? Why?

There are a few types of files that Acrobat can't convert--and PDF files with security applied is one on them. I just paid for first month of and installed Adobe CreatePDF. But when I tried to use to convert files (individually or multiples to single .pdf), they've all failed to convert. Tried .jpg files within the size limitations, Excel files as well, but just get "File_______ failed to convert. You can try the file again or use the PDF printer for Windows to convert the file."
I did download the installer for the Adobe PDF Desktop Printer, but due to hardware settings on this laptop, couldn't finish installation. But that is moot-- I'm at a copy center at which I planned to print these documents once I got them converted to .pdf. That was $9.99 I could have used for something more useful than this exercise...
Running current Firefox. Have Firefox applications for Content Type= Adobe Acrobat Forms, Adobe Acrobat Forms Document(s), Adobe Acrobat XML Data Package File set to "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)" plugin.
