Contact itunes support and ask if they will remove the second charge.

I recently purchaced the new Ipad and downloaded a number of apps, including a number of paid ones. Unfortunately, I shortly thereafter dropped it, and busted it up, causing myself to need to get it replaced.
I got it replaced with no hassle and brought it back home to recieve the backup from my computer. For some reason this process didn't seem to work, It didn't restore any of my apps or anything, but I figured i could just go redownload them.
I checked online to see if it would charge me again for any of these apps, and was relieved to see that there would be a dialogue box saying that I have already purchaced the app once I go to download it.
I went through the process and began downloading the app again, but I didn't get the dialogue box... Was my credit card charged again for an app that I have previously purchaced?You don't get charged the second time. The process isn't as clearly described as it could be.

if you have purchased the app on the ipad, try to do the same from itunes, it will not charge you twice if it is a paid app. and after sync your ipad with your computer and make sure that the app you just got its ticked to sync.. Hope this helps

First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen. -

- You need a valid payment method even for free apps. Purchase an iTunes gift card and redeem it into your account

I'm not really sure what you did, however you can only purchase apps from the App Store not from individual websites. I've taken a look at the website myself and it does direct you to the App Store, is this what happened for you. -

Since you have to consciously click and enter a password, the normal terms on the store are all sales are final.
All you can do is go to the support link above, follow to the Express Lane support for the iTunes store and plead your case for a refund. Just don't get your expections too high though. -

I purchased and paid for an app through iTunes apps and it may be a fraudulent app as it is not doing anything other than show text in what looks like Thai language and has no links. The software was supposed to be "master in 24 hrs office 2010. ". I am having problems reporting the problem to iTunes Store as the link in the apple invoice is not working. Has anyone experienced this type of problem? How can I get the problem software reported and my money refunded?

What do you mean it hasn't been delivered? Did you purchase the app on the iPhone? It should have downloaded when you make the purchase? What exactly did you do and what are you seeing on the screen? -

Aside from the new YouTube app from Google, you can still use YouTube in Safari and save a home screen icon for it. -

Hello, I have a form that has what appears to be one table. Since I needed 30 columns (29 of them are single character fields) I had to use 2 table objects. Then I needed the ability to add and remove rows. Adding a row at the end is easy enough.
