Paid for album and has not downloaded

I purchased an album from the itunes store on Saturday evening, showing as a charge, but  album never downloaded. Any assiistance?

    I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    I purchased it, it downloaded the liner notes, but not the music. I click on it again and it says I have purchased but not download then i click download and it says i tunes unavailable...i've downloaded since then successfully, today i got the bill for the album and never received it.

    Follow the instructions on this web page for contacting the iTunes Music Store. They'll probably then either reset the download for those missing tracks or issue you a credit.

    I preordered an album (Backstreet Boys In a World Like This) and I received the email telling me it was ready to download. It did not download automatically as other preorders have done previously and when I clicked the link on the email this just took me to the iTunes homepage on the app on my phone. I have not got access to a computer at the moment as I am abroad so can't 'check for available downloads'. When I searched the album on the Internet it said it was not available in the UK store but on the US one but the release date on ITunes is today and I have been notified that is available? Thanks to anyone with suggestions?

    I am having same problem and I am in the USA. So frustrated that I preordered it and can't even listen to it on the release date! I'm not sure what the problem is, but I hope it is resolved soon. Please let me know if you find out anything.

  • ITune store keeps asking for password and will not download

    Updated the iTune to the newest edition, 11.0.3.42. Now, when I try to purchase new videos or music, the itune store will repeatedly ask for password, even though I put the password in correctly, the box will pop up again asking for password as if I have not input the password at all. It will not finish the transaction or download. The only way I can purchanse anything is to sign out of iTune store, sign back it and make the purchase. Anyone else experience this problem?

    Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again using the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store home page.
    If the problem persists, or that facility is not available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

    Firefox tells me an update is being installed. I see the dots moving. I exit everything else and wait for the update to complete.
    It goes on for several hours showing the dots moving. Apparently, nothing is really happening. I shut the computer down when I go to bed. When I reboot, I see the same thing, and get the same results. I've checked the help database, and the previously asked questions, but can't find anything. Any suggestions?

It now has a blank bar under the launch pad and no matter how many times I try re-downloading it or restarting my computer it does not work. I use too play starcraft and other games on this computer although new patched/updates have made it that I can no longer do that now. Really frustrating having to deal with this especially after buying this computer upfront and now out of warranty.

    Go to your Applications folder and find a file called "Install OS X Mavericks".  Send it to the trash and delete it.  Then try the download again.

    Check permissions and ownership of the files. Maybe this helps....

    I would recommend deleting the affected movie from your iPad, and redownloading the movie.
