PAID FOR APP BUT UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD IT

Hey, i am hoping someone here can help me - i have used the "contact us" option with ovi store a few times and still had no response (despite receiving auto acknowledgements each time along with a customer care feedback survey)
I purchased an app on the ovi store, and have received my email receipt, but the download failed, the paid for app is not showing up in the 'my stuff' section for re-downloading, and it will not let me get it again without paying for it again
please help !!!

I have this problem too.
Via Ovi Store on my e75 I bought a flashlight app.
Payment went by SMS.
After sending the automated sms's and receiving confirmation reports the app displayed a message about connection error (something) and nope nothing happens.
no downloadable app.
I checked billing online and the app was paid for.
After the first error message I tried again.
And because of that I paid even twice for the app.
Is there a way for refund?
After a while I received a confirmations by SMS with a transaction codes.
But I don't know what to do with it.

Purchased "Boggler" application by guru software, but it never downloaded. How do I download it or get money back from Apple? If an app is no longer in the App store you can't redownload it.
You can contact iTunes and see if yo can get a download since you said you never fully download it.How to Get a Refund from the App Store

Correct IPad PW for apps but will not download or install only installs via desktop

Sequence is select Free, enter PW, shows installing, then goes back to free button without installing. My password is correct my ID is correct. This occurs on both iPhone and iPad but allows me to access the apps via my desktop and then sync.

Please try the following. Go to Settings->iTunes & App Store
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and select 'Sign Out' then re-enter your details and click Sign In, was it successful?
If so try downloading again.

I don't know how to install QuickTime on my iPad. Have purchased it and have rego number but not sure where to go from here.
Any help would be really appreciated.

The iOS is a completely different OS than OS X. QuickTime for the Mac is not written to work on an iPad. There is no way to install it.

Charged for app but can't download it

Hey I purchased an application off of ovi store today. It was Mr Recorder. I used my phone bill as the method of payment. I was charged and received the transaction ID number. The confirmation was 3 fold. I got a text, an email and checked my phone bill. The transaction was successful.
However the application did not download to my phone. I have an E63. When I go to the my stuff tab it only shows the free version of Mr Recorder, which I successfully downloaded to check if the full version would work.
What the hell is going on??????!!!!!!

Ther is a support button on the OVI store page. Click that then click on Contact us and explain your problem there. They are the only ones who can sort it out. Make sure you supply your transaction ID

If you're using a first generation iPod touch, it is up to date. The higher iOS versions require a newer model.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
Try deleting the problematic book (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iBook store.

I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded. I can't figure out how to download the rest of it. itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it. I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it. I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it. How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?

Contact the developer of the App.
Just because an app is updated does not mean it should visually change, the update could simply be bug fixes.

first try closing Kindle App on iPad
