Paid for Applications not listed on My Stuff

Paid for applications are no longer listed on My Stuff. How do I get them listed. They used to be listed. The stupid receipts they emailed me do not say which app they are for. The developer says to see Ovi about it. No other place that I buy software from on line does things in this dumb a way.

Paid for applications dissapeared completely!!

I plugged my iPhone in to my laptop to charge it through a USB cable.
I didn't want to Sync my iPhone at that point so clicked what I thought was no, and left it to it.
When i later unplugged my iPhone, 6 of my apps had disappeared.
I Synced my iPhone to see if they would come back, but there was no recollection of them in iTunes either.
The apps that disappeared were 6 apps that I had paid for, however the FREE applications were still there! Including one that I downloaded after the ones that disappeared.
Anyone know of this happening before, or if it was something I did by not Synchronizing my phone when I plugged it in?
I have recipts for them.

I just ended up paying for this Ice Age application again and still nothing about restoring paid for application, it refuses to sync saying iam not authorized for it

When i install the IPA of my application, it is not listed in the "Use Cellular data for" list in Cellular data Settings. I would like to know how to add my application to this list.

No, but you could turn off Updates under Automatic Downloads in Settings>iTunes & App Store, then update them manually when you're connected to wifi.

Deleted iTunes folder, lost paid for applications, how do I get them back?

I accidently deleted my iTunes folder from its location in My Music (Windows Vista) and after doing so when I opened iTunes my entire library had disappeared. Not a problem I thought, as my music is in a different location anyway. So I rebuilt my library. Thats all done, but when I sync'd my iPhone up it obviously wiped the music, and applications! Now I do not seem to be able to get thee applications back. I have a few that were downloaded on the phone but none of the ones paid for! Is there a way to retrieve them???

Just download them again, and iTunes should recognise on your account that you've already paid for them in the past and not charge you.

Paid for apps not synching to iPod

Well, the title says it all really. I have managed to synch two free apps, but the three paid for apps are definately not on my ipod, despite iTunes showing that they are.
I have been unable to uncheck the box that says synch applications.
I have a third generation touch, running the current software and a pc with Vista.
Any clues, anyone?

Hi, welcome to Apple Discussions.
I think you may get better luck if you actually *Sign In* to the Apple Store first (Store > Sign in...) using the relevant ID and then use *File > Transfer purchases from X's iPhone* (for a Mac this menu item might be somewhere else).

Application Not listed In Force Quit Applications Window

I running an application that is not displaying in the Force Quit Applications window.
When Adobe Lightroom 3 is running it is not listed.
I have quit the application and relaunched it and it still is not appearing in the list of Applications that are running.
What may have happened? How can I remedy this issue?

When you have the Help section pop up window of an application open, the app itself stays "hidden" until you close the help window - you have to get used to closing that first.

XS Application not listed in HANA XS Applications menu

I have been following the steps written in this document ->
8 Easy Steps to Develop an XS application on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform
to familiarise myself with SAP HANA Cloud Platform. I was successfully able to finish until step 7. Now I like to run the application, but unfortunately this application I created is not listed in the HANA XS Applications menu. What must I do to list my XS Application in the HANA XS Applications menu?
I checked the web based development workbench and it contains all the documents of the application I created.

When you have the Help section pop up window of an application open, the app itself stays "hidden" until you close the help window - you have to get used to closing that first.

Application not listed in finder

I have an application in the dock, but it is not listed in the application folder in the Finder.

Control click on the Dock icon and choose "Show in Finder" to find its location.

I would like to change the default country code for new Outlook 2013 contacts. My country is Mozambique (+258) and is not listed under Control Panel> Region> Formats> Format:
Is there any place (registry maybe, anywhere) where I can manipulate the existing formats or manually add a new format to the List ??? - for example Portuguese (Mozambique).
I am using Windows 8.1
I have tried changing the country on the phone and modem options and nothing changes. Also changing the Home Location on Region> Location to Mozambique didn't change a thing. The only place where I change something and produces results is the
Format List.
Any ideias???? If not, is there a place where I can ask Microsoft to include Portuguese (Mozambique) on future windows updates???

Windows uses the information set under
'Phone and Modem' in the Control Panel to determine the default area code.
You can change the country/region to
Mozambique
and set your area code here:

Paid for games not working... what to do?

I downloaded Super Monkey Ball from the App store, directly on my iPhone. It downloaded, and when you click on the icon, you get the SMB screen, then the Sega screen, then it closes and goes back to the dashboard????????????
What do I need to do to get it to work? I've paid for it so I want it to work! I'm running 2.0 on the original iPhone. Other free Apps work, this is the first paid for App I have tried.

My upgrade has been pretty good. It did take a few attempts to get it to upgrade. I waited until very late last night when internet traffic would be less. After the upgrade I installed a handful of free apps, remote, weatherbug, facebook, shazam etc and they all worked fine straight away. I bought SMB from my iPhone today, and at first it didnt work, but after syncing the iPhone with iTunes it works fine. I have not had any freezes or crashes yet.
My battery life seems ok so far. It was sat on the dock all night as it normally does, and so far, the battery seems normal. One thing I have just noticed, the usage counter is blank, so it doesn't say how long it has been off charge... :-/

FIX Student Deals Site for Schools Not Listed

A common issue that is occuring with the new student deals site, is that a student's school won't appear on the list and seeing as that is a required deal, this makes them ineligble for the savings. A few schools I have seen this with so far: Texas Southmost College, The Art Institute of San Antonio and Houston Baptist University. There should be a backdoor process where if the school is not on the list, they can still go to the Sheer ID verification site and upload the requested documentation to qualify for the promotion; Otherwise, you risk walking these students to their local campus stores which are also offering student deals and promotions or the OEM's who have also been known to offer Back to School targeted offers to students.

I have wondered about this in the past. If a school is not listed it is often most likely because nobody at the school would or could respond to verify that it is so. It may also be that some schools do not want to be on such a list because they in turn sell the products themselves at their school store and would rather have you buy from them.

scanned and uploaded ID's can easily be faked and not verified. I think the better method is the requirement that studen use a school email address.

In-game package paid for but not downloaded. Help.

I play DragonCity. and today I bought an in-game app. a package i got cheap.
I got the confirmation that the payment was ok. But I dont get the items in game.
When I try to buy the same package again it says: You already paid for this package, but you have not downloaded it.
So where can i download it???

Just check by selecting the option "Check for Available Downloads" .
If nothing comes up, try contacting the Apple or the Tap Tap customer support. They are quite fast in responding back.
