Paid for full version game but still stuck on trial how to fix?
I have been playing a trails version of a game, and decided to pay for the full version, my account has been debited but the game is still stuck in the trail version please help??!!
Does the game have an IAP download option, and/or does the developer's website have any info as to how to download IAPs in it ? If not then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Hi all
My issue is that I purchased the full Garageband App for iPad on iOS7 but my iMAC shows that the full sound set is still locked. I can transfer ideas from iPad to iMAC as Garageband songs no problem. I can use the full sound set on the iPad but just not on the iMAC.
I tried contacting Apple directly but have received no reply or acknowledgement.
I use a 2.4 GHz Intel Core Duo iMAC with OSX 10.9.1
My Garageband on the iMAC is version 10.0.1
Can anyone tell me if I'm entitled to Garageband on the iMAC without paying again?
If so, how do I fix the problem?

I suggest to use the feedback form and write your post above to the developer team. This way, they will know about the problem. Use the form below:

When I buy a product in one device, I don't expect to have to pay for the same product in another device or computer (especially when they have exactly the same name!)
Just a few notes on this: You can use GarageBand iOS on many different devices, as long as they are able to execute the program. My GarageBand iOS is running on an iPod Touch, an iPhone 5s, an iPad 3, with only one purchase. All devices are able to run the iOS operating system and have processors, that can execute the code.
The same goes for GarageBand iLife. It will run on any Mac with an Intel processor, that can run a reasonably new version of MacOS X.
Have you noticed, that both GarageBands do really not have much more in common than the name? The iOS version for mobile devices is mainly a program to play and perform music using the iPad sceen , e.g as a musical touch instrument - as a guitar or keyboard, and you can jam along. The Mac version is better for arranging and mixing music or editing tracks and adding effects, but it does not support playing music very well. You need real instruments.

Last summer i purchased PSE 12 off the Groupon website. It said nothing of a trial version. I tried to logon PSE 12 tonight and now adobe is wanting me to pay $100 more to use the program. I have a friend with PSE and he has never had to repay to use his program. Is this issue common? What should i do?
There is no one-year anything with PSE. Even Revel is a monthly subscription and then only if you want to exceed the free 2GB storage.
First of all, what do you mean by "log on"? In PSE 12, to log on is to activate PSE and if you log out you deactivate it and need to reenter your serial number? Is that wha you mean? Just type in your serial number when asked and don't log out again. (Revel is a separate log in and you can log out of that all the time if you like.) -

It all depends upon what the developer wants to do. Some apps are totally free, some have in-app purchases tomake the app better, Some developers have a lite versons with less features than the paid version. Sometimes, the full version willbe free for a limited abount of time.

If I'm in LIghtroom 5, and try to Edit in Photoshop CS6, I always get the following message: "This version of Lightroom may require the Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in version 8.6 for full compatibility." But I have updated to 8.6 and have no remaining updates. How can I fix this?
If I click "Open Anyway" or "Render using Lightroom", I get the following message:
"Adobe Photoshop CS6 cannot be opened because of a problem.
Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop CS6 works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X."

Seems to me there was some hiccup they found in the update process, which prompted this:
Camera Raw updates cannot be applied
I honestly don't know if the problem could apply to 8.6 as well, which is why I asked you to check to make very sure you really got it.
