    A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines.  You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

  • I keep getting the trial versions after I've paid for the Creative Cloud service.

    I'm currently paying for the creative cloud service and I've downloaded a few of the programs (Indesign, Incopy, Photoshop, Illustrator) but when I open them they are coming up as trial versions. I uninstall the ones that were the trial version and reinstall them and I keep getting the trial version, What should do to fix this problem?

    i would request you to please check if your subscription is active or not ? because if the installer is asking for the serial number that would point at either
    1) subscription is not active
    2) you are behind a firewall/Proxy
    3) Antivirus on the system blocking the connectivity between Adobe and your computer .
    I would request you to please check the above mentioned options and let us know .And also for the Antivirus , you can try turning the antivirus off and then activate the product .

  • Submitting academic proof for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition

    I was contacted to validate my academic status for a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition I purchased via adobe.com on May 14, 2014. The Education FAQ page (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing /education-faq.html) states:
    "Submit your proof of eligibility when you place your order. If you have a pending order, go to My Orders in your Adobe account, and click Submit Proof."
    However, when I go to My Orders page, there is no link saying "Submit Proof". I do have my proof readily available, but I am not sure how else I can submit it.
    I was told my subscription would be canceled in if I could not prove my academic status within 14 days (it was sent on July 2nd), and am still awaiting a response from Adobe Customer Support. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

    After doing some research, I found out that I had accidently hid iPhoto after I paused the download. After going into my apple id account and saw my hidden purchases, I found it. Thank you so much helping me though!

    cant get the download to start at all. I just paid and got the download now button but it doesnt do anything. Adobe is not open on the weekends. Not happy

    I have Adobe CC one-year student membership, I downloaded Adobe illustrator on my PC, when I decided to download it on my Mac laptop, it asked me for Serial Number, I can't seem to find it. Also I'm already signed in with the same account.

  • I was able to download lightroom but Photoshop will not download . I have tried all day .I paid  for the year in advance and would like to use it.

    Sheilag44930607 do you receive any specific error messages when you try to install Photoshop?  What version of Photoshop are you installing?  Finally what operating system are you using?

    Why is the download process for Adobe Creative Cloud updates and initial installations so slow? I can download and update other software from other providers almost an order of magnitude faster. This slow download problem has been present since I started using Creative Cloud soon after it was initially offered.
    Adobe customer support maintains that there is no throttling at Adobe's end, and that no one has complained about this problem -- this forum shows the latter not to be true.
    What is the problem?

    I don't think I've ever checked the download speed but the installers are definitely large files, many several GB. It might seem longer because the download immediately progresses into the installation at 50%

    I have been paying for the Creative Cloud Student and teacher editions of the Adobe suite. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed fine in both, but I could not download the apps into my preferred machine, receiving a "Download Error" for my pains. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for the programs and has recently crashed and passed on! So now I'm still left with half of my year's commitment to go and have still not been able to benefit from the programs. i have tried every which way to get them on my main computer, taking advice from the net but to no avail.   • I'm currently paying for a Creative Cloud photographers plan but I'm stuck with a free trial, how can i license it when it asks for a serial?

    I've paid for Adobe Creative cloud photographers package under a monthly subscription but i'm currently only getting access to the free trial as I can't seem to license the software, when I go to license it as instructed by Adobe I'm still asked for a serial number? When I check my Adobe account it shows no sign of any pain subscription yet they seem to be taking money from my account? I can't seen to find a means of taking it up with Adobe directly as I either want a refund of full access to the software i'm paying for.
