Paid for plan but my account still says I'm a trial member...???

2 questions
1 - I just bought a Creative Cloud for teams membership, which now that i look at it I should have just chosen individual...can I be "downgraded" to an idividual plan? (I am a CS5 owner)
2 - Why does my account only relfect a 30day tiral membership? So frustrating right now. cannot active apps and am only a trial user after paying my subscription?!
I need some help and from somone that knows how to help.

To switch from a Team subscription to an Individual subscription you can cancel your Team subscription and then sign up for an Individual subscription. For your Team subscription you are the Administrator by default, which is a free / trial user. To use a paid Seat you must invite yourself and accept the invitation.

  • Paid for subscription, but minutes are still zero

    Hello, I have paid for subscription (auto renewal), even got confirmation email. But, my minutes are still zero and it says renews on 4th August. Why does Skype take my money on Aug1, if I could call only on Aug4 ???

    Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts.
    Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
    To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

  • Original CD drivers installed for audigy2, but the update still says i dont have audi

    Well uninstalled an update i had, then restarted pc, installed the original drivers from my original audigy2 drivers, then i wanted to install the latest update for my card and it says i dont have an audigy2 card?
    What are you people messing around?
    I used to normally update my soundblaster software for the last 3 computers i had with no problem and now suddenly it wont work?
    got original cds and everything.

    I got an original cd for my audigy2 card and if i run autoupdate, then i can get a patch, i did install that one.
    but if i run it again, it says there is another patch availeble, but that one i can never install, because it says it cant detect my audigy2 card?
    Even when i clean all drivers, install the original drivers from CD, i can not even install the latest update either?
    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hi I have a paid Creative cloud account but it's still saying I'm on a trial, I have contacted help once before but the problem still remains and I need to get this sorted as I'm teaching tomorrow and my trial is due to expire (payments have been taken from my account).     Paid my bill for this month, earlier this month, but it's still saying my balance is outstanding and when i go to see what happens when i pay it shows me a different amount altogether. 
    Is this a common issue ? I haven't had a loss of service or any mail demanding payment and its beint over 3 weeks.

    You have differnciate between your iCloud storage for backups including...
    Photos and videos in the Camera Roll
    Device settings (for example: Phone Favorites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calendar accounts)
    App data
    Home screen and app organization
    Messages (iMessage, SMS, and MMS)
    Ringtones
    Visual Voicemails
    documents (like pages, numbers or keynote files)
    and your local device storage for apps, music files, tv shows, photos  and other media types.
    Check your iCloud storage: "Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backups > Manage Storage" to see what you have currently stored on iCloud.
    Check your device storage: "Settings > General > About > Available" to see if you still have capacity to store install more apps etc. on your device.

    This is occurring on a computer, correct?
    Is the computer authorized for the account the media or apps were acquired with?

    Try to see if perhaps you are connecting the drive to a surge protector and it might not be getting enough power, try to connect the adapter directly to a power outlet on the wall to see if you get a different result.
