Paid for video, download didn't complete, and itunes won't let me finish.

Last night I bought the video "Dare" by the Gorillaz and itunes crashed while I was downloading the video... When I restarted itunes and checked for purchases, it said I had none waiting to be downloaded. I contacted the music store and they pretty much just told me to check for purchased music again. Doesn't work. I'm thinking this is just an itunes error and not something wrong with my computer because I don't have a problem downloading anything else or even other videos... I really need help but the itunes contact form takes forever and it seems to be just automated nonsense... I really want to know if there's anything I can do or if itunes will give me a credit or allow me to re-download the video. Otherwise I've wasted $1.99 which apple pretty much stole from me.

I have forgetten my security q answers and itunes won't let me download anything! HELP!

Hi, this is the first time I've tried to download something off iTunes, my account defiantly has money on it and all is okay. Then, I go to type my password and the security questions pop up, I've forgotten both my answers and am now stuck! Does anyone know what I should do? I've tried the link but it won't let me change the questions as I need to know the answers.

I need to download Adobe Macromedia Flash and Adobe won't let me download it until i get a 32 bit version of Firefox. Where on the website can I find this version?

I'm using Windows 7 and Firefox 3.6.6 as a browser. I need to dowload some Adobe software like Flash and i can't do it because this version of firefox is a 64 bit app. I need a 32 bit FF app/where on the website can i dowload this?

You already have Shockwave Flash 10.2 r152 installed for Firefox on the PC you used to post here, see your ''More system details...'' next to your posting.
There are no 64-bit builds of Firefox made, only 32-bit currently. There are some 3rd party builds floating around out there, but Mozilla doesn't allow them to be named Firefox - they would be called Namoroka for 3.6 versions. Mozilla does have a Minefield 64-bit build for 4.0-pre versions, but it won't be available as Firefox until probably Firefox 5 is released.
If your situation is with a different PC than what you used to post here: 
1.Download the Flash setup file from here:

Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit

contacting them seems to be even more difficult because it seems like its giving me the run around. my ipod was a gift. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. Have you waited up to 24 hrs as suggested in the link I provided?
If "Waiting for Activation" still appears after you perform these steps, turn FaceTime and iMessage off and on in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime. You may need to wait up to 24 hours to complete activation. Most attempts will take less than an hour, but some attempts may take up to 24 hours. New computer and itunes won't let me access all of my iphone [computer has been authorized]

Hello, community! I hope that someone is able to assist me.
So, base of the issue: I recently got a new computer [I went from a Mac to a PC - loved my mac, but it was falling apart after a good eight years and a new one is way too expensive] and I downloaded itunes. I do still have my iphone, and I connected it to my new computer hoping to update some apps and transfer pictures and back it up and what not.
First thing I did was authorize the computer. On both accounts - I have on in Japan and one from the US (Iphone is from Japan, where I currently live). When I synced my phone, half of the apps are available to adjust (i.e remove or update). Really random ones, too. For example, there's no correlation between which account downloaded the app and I don't see any paid apps and some free apps. I've also switched between accounts to see if this affects the options - it doesn't change anything.
Also, I want to add/delete music, but I'm completely unable to change anything on my phone - adding or removing. I can view and play the music, but nothing else. Note: When I click the music tab with the phone summary (not the music option in the bar to the left) it asks if I want to sync my entire music library with the iphone.
Also note - itunes is updated.

When i tried to press "Manually manage music and videos" it told me that since i already synced my iphone to the old computer, i had to erase everything from my iPhone to be able to. I am locked out of my phone because I forgot my password and iTunes won't let me connect and I can't get a serial number from the ohone because it's locked.

I had forgotten my passcode on my phone and finally it said that my iPhone was disabled and that it needed to be connected to iTunes. Well for it to connect to iTunes it needed for me to respond on my iPhone but my iPhone is disabled! I'm so frustrated. Corrupted iPod... and iTunes won't let me restore

Because of an interrupted sync, my iPod is not being recognized by my Mac, or rather, iTunes tells me that my iPod is "corrupted" and needs to be restored. But when I try to restore it, iTunes tells me that it can't complete the operation because the iPod is "busy". Help!
