Paid subscription but account says I have a CC free membership with trial software!!

Hello, I purchased the $9.99 per month PS & Lightroom bundle at the start of the year and I my payments are current but my PS tells me my trial has expired and it asks me to license my software! It was working fine until about a month ago when it updated and now I get the message I just spoke described. Lightroom works and updates fine! When I go to manage my account it tells me I'm on a Creative Cloud Free membership and I only have access to trial software. Please help!!

Hey Jeff, I went to the hosts location and there was no hosts file so I did a search and found the below file.

I have noticed that I receive my payment receipts through my work email but I believe I'm logged into CC app via my hotmail account. Could this be the problem? I have some pics attached showing what my CC is showing.
Sorry to be a pain but I'm getting busier with work and this is a major problem which I needed sorted ASAP please!! Hope you can help.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    xxxxxxxxxxxx I have paid for a year subscription and when I go to make a call its acts like I need to add credits, I have double checked and it shows where I paid for it with my order number and it show where it was suposed to have been added to my account with a status delivered.

    Always start your own topic please rather than infiltrate someone else's No two issues are ever the same (too many variables).
    In your case your account shows that you have an active 100 minutes monthly plan and that you have already used up your allocation for this current period. Your next additional minutes will be added on July 15th 2014. Until then you can call using Skype Credit.

    I had a trial version of PS and LR on my computer, that my roommate put on.  It expired. I later decided that I wanted to buy them, and so I did.  After purchasing on line, I downloaded the Creative Cloud fine. The apps, however, say that the trial version has expired and only give me the option to BUY.  Well, I already bought it.  And, I can't use it.  This is a real inconvenience, and I can't find an answer in the community (read: community=cheap way to make customers search for their own solutions, wasting vast amounts of time,  rather than provide proper customer support).

    Below is a copy of an 8/7/2013 email from adobe. I prepaid a one-year subscription, and, until I recently upgraded to Windows 8, I was able to make several dozens of merged pdf documents. I seem to be no longer able to use the merge feature that I had successfully and repeated used. When I search for the merge feature I end up with a request that I pay for an upgrade monthly subscription to use the merge feature.

    I meant that I sign out, sign back in ok. Ergo, I know my password. Someone here on the support page  (you?) told me the culprit is the 2 step verification process which I had on. That makes a lot of sense as Apple mail won't get a code thereby jamming up the process. I could not even start a new account until I took that 2 step process off. Everything fine now thank you.

    What computer operating system is involved in the Premiere Elements 11 and 13 issues? Same computer or different ones? Are you installing from purchased download installation files or from purchased installation disc? Does Premiere Elements 11 work completely on this computer whereas 13 will not?
    Let us go through the typical drill so as to take nothing for granted.
    1. Does the problem exist with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? Are you working with an individual home computer or in a
    school or company network?
    2. Are you running the program as Administrator and is there any "domain" account involved?
    3. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
    4. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements?
    Let us start by ruling in or out any of the above, and then we can decide what next.
    Any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.

    Sign-in to your iTunes Account, you can see which computers are authorised.  If necessary de-authorise all and authorise those again that you need.

    If you look at the details of the error message displayed on your computer, iTunes will show you which songs and account(s) have not been authorized on your computer.
    Songs from other people's iTunes accounts are usually the culprit. These songs can be added to your iTunes library by file sharing software, or by perhaps by your friends trying to share music with you.
    If you don't recognize the iTunes account that purchased the unauthorized songs, you should probably get rid of them or investigate other (probalby not very legal) methods for working around the problem.

    You can still deauthorize an individual computer from the iTunes Menus.
    You can de-authorize only once a year 'all' computers from your iTunes account page.
