I paid subscription, but all products still in trial mode and does not work! In Adobe ID manage page i don't see my subscription Screenshot “Adobe ID”
I received an email confirmation of my payment subscription. Order number 12984126025, my adobe id

Why so?! This is very important! My current project at risk, I can lose money
Please try the below mentioned steps
1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
2) delete the opm.db file*
3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.
*On Windows 7, the opm.db file is located here:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
*On a Mac, go here:
[Userdir]:Library:Application Support:Adobe

Are you sending files from the Adobe Send interface, Adobe Reader, or the Outlook plug-in?
Have you checked to see whether the files that you're sending appear in the Recent Files/Sent Files list when you're logged on to https://cloud.acrobat.com? (It could be that they're uploading, but not being sent.)
It would also be worthwhile to send the files in smaller batches, to see whether a particular file or files is problematic, and causing the error.
Please let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, please let us know where you're sending from, and whether you're able to send the files in smaller batches. It would also be helpful to know the exact error message that you're receiving.

HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Version 3.2.1 does not work on iMac 20-inch, Mid 2007. Only recognizes scanner not USB printer.
I would like to print via the USB connection instead of wireless (the wireless does work, and the scanner works via USB).
I tried connecting the printer directly (via USB) to my MacBook Pro laptop and it worked just fine.
How can I make this printer work on my iMac?
I spent 4 hours on the phone with HP and we did every combination of installation of drivers ad nausum and their bottom line is that it is a Mac problem.
Any help would be appreciated. Will be sending this printer back to Amazon if I can't make it work on the USB.
I am open to questions or suggestions

ChetAfter 4 hours on the phone with HP and another hour with Apple (Mavericks support) no real solution other than check everything (removed everything from Login Items, removed all HP software anywhere in the system reboot, reinstall printer) then when nothing worked for the 4500, did an OS Reinstall (boot with CMD+R).
The Mavericks support group did open an incident (# 542875311) and I will update it when I figure out how to find it on the system.
My feel is that the base problem is that somewhere between the HP-Inkjet-SW-OSX-Mavericks_v12.34.49-2 package and the Apple HP Printer software in the Library (version 2.16.1) the app for printing via the USP Port just does not get installed for the mid 2007 20 inch iMac. The scanner is recognized on the USB Port and the Printer works fine on Wi-Fi. I have too many devices to burden my home network with anothe device. Also, every time I put any HP Printer on Wi-Fi, my router (Netgear N600 WNDR3400 running 12 to 20 devices depending on who is home) gets wonky (but that's anothe story...).
Additionally, when I attach the HP Envy 4500 to my MacBook Pro (2010) it works perfect - print and scan via the USB prot and both functions show in the System Preferences - Printers and Scanners just as expected and just as the 3050 does.

As Peter says above, only an Apple Store genius can advise you.
But to further clarify, you seem to postulate that if Apple helps you, the cure would be a replacement. That is not necessarily true. Let them look at it and advise you what the remedy is. They may offer you nothing (saying it's your fault), or they may offer you a solution (keeping your current iPhone), or possibly a replacement. -
My iTouch will not show movies, but they are showing on my iTunes. When I try and play them through my iTunes it freezes on me and does not work. This problem only occurs whenever I am using my netbook. It doesn't happen when I use a different computer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes and am not sure what else to do from here.
You may have transferred all your songs, but your iPad is seeing the library as a different entity.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. The appointment is free.

Well, perhaps the problem exists because the Russian phone networks do not support the iPhone. This could be one reason.
The only solution you have is to do into one of the Russian phone stores and ask them to see if they know why the sim cards won't work or last resort, you contact the Apple store in Germany - there is an online Apple store that you can contact and ask them why Russian sim cards won't work in an unlocked iPhone.
Nobody else can really help you - you need to contact the Apple store in Germany directly or go to one of the Russian phone operators and ask them. -
I have lost the remote that was paired. I bought another remote, but the procedure to pair the new one does not work. I suspect the the AT will work with only one remote at-a-time and i have to unpair the first before pairing the second. If this is true, how do I unpair? If not, what can I do?

I recently got a charging case for my iPhone 5s, but it says it isn't certified and may not work reliably with my iPhone. What can I do to fix it?
Buy one that is certified. Your current case might work without problems, and then might stop working in the future. iOS 7 is especially "sensitive" to uncertified peripherals. With this iOS release they have started to clamp down on "pirate" peripherals.

Did your computer crash or did Firefox crash causing the loss of the bookmarks?
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.
