Paid subscription doesn't work

I bought a subscription 3 months ago.  It worked for the first month or so, but now it says that I don't have a subscription.  The $2.99 is being charged each month to my Credit Card.  How can I get my subscription back?

    I've ordered an unlimited land lines and mobile subscription for latin america. I can see the subscription is active but whenever I call a number I Always get the message that I need additional Skype credit. I'm calling to Columbia and the subscription doesn't say it only supports certain cities so it should work.   • China Subscription Doesn't Work :-(

    I have just bought a Hong Kong S.A.R , China Unlimited min 3 months subscription (#54073624) and it doesn't work when I phone China or Hong Kong. 
    Any ideas why not?

    When I check the available subscriptions for China, I can see there is the one you have bought, Hong Kong S.A.R., China, which includes numbers starting with +852 and another one that includes calls to numbers starting with +86. To also be able to call numbers starting with +86, you'll need a second subscription.

  • New ExportPDF subscription doesn't work

    I paid my $19.95 today for a year of ExportPDF. I received a confirmation email with a link that said click here to get started. But when I click here to get started and signed in, I get a window that says my trial has expired and I should by the program. WTF? Why does the receipt from the purchase of the program take me to a sign on screen then a window to buy the program? Through help chat, Habib in India told me to wait.
    In other strings I saw posts about a 24 waiting period to activate the software. If this is correct, why can't Adobe put that big and bold in their selling screens and/or confirmation email to save their paying customers  a little agravation?
    With a company as large and technical as Adobe, it doesn't make sense that their computers need 24 hours to activate any software purchases.

  • Cancel Subscription doesn't work !!!

    1) On a expired Skype Number subscription, Skype keeps trying to charge the Credit Card 2) Even worse, it doesn't let the end user remove the Credit Card. It claims that it is required to cancel subscription first, but when the option is selected, nothing happens! 3) Hence, the subscription cannot be cancelled and the credit card cannot be removed. 4) The Support Contact Page doesn't offer an option to report issues like this. What is going on here?????  

    1.  Skype numbers are subscriptions so they will renew.  The renewal is billed 3 days before the subscription ends and continues to attempt to bill with the information on file for those 3 days.  If the payment doesn't go through it will resort to cancelling the subscription due to non-payment. 2.  You need to add a new credit card or cancel the subscription.  You can add a new credit card at any time.  You can cancel the subscription at any time.  If for some reason certain buttons don't work right, try another web browser.  The issue may exist with your web browser or a plug-in you have installed. 3.  You can't delete any credit card in use by a subscription unless you cancel that subscription.  If  you have another credit card on file you can switch payment of that subscription to that credit card.  You will then be able to delete the card on file as well.  This is rather common and makes sense to me.  Paypal subscriptions work the same exact way. 4.  You can contact Skype Customer Service but I believe that they may just walk you through the same exact process.   Skype Customer service can be contacted by filling out a Support request options on the Support Request page. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170

    Was it a renewal/repurchase?  The new minutes are not available until the previous month ends.  When the new billing month starts, the new minutes will become available.  On subscriptions that auto renew the billing is always attempted 3 days early.

  • Cloud subscription doesn't work

    after install I would either get a "Max user licences reached for this subscription" message or an "activate this product" message constantly with all adobe CS6 programs.
    Eventually after going through the steps to re register every time it started to tell me:
    But I had internet connect, so I started a chat with your support, they told me to uninstall every adobe product from my computer and run an adobe cleaning tool and reinstall from creative cloud.
    I did this and it then reinstalled through creative cloud. It still doesnt work and I still get this message about not having an internet connection.
    Honestly this is rediculouse, I didnt feel like the person I was chatting to was taking my case seriously and they just shrugged me of by giving me a difficult task to preform that was not actually a solution to my problem and there is no way they could have know it was the solution because I didnt have an opportunity to describe the full situation before they told me what I should do.
    I dont care about using adobe cloud, there are a tone of free cloud storage services I could use that are better, all I want is to be able to use CS6 on my computer. Period.
    Just fix the issue you have with my account registering or whatever and make it so my CS6 works and I dont have to log in every time I try using CS6.
    AGain I dont care about the creative cloud so if need be just provide a way to install CS6 without having to register with creative cloud.

    Provide some system info and, well, verify your network settings. A lot of times activation issues are caused locally on your machine utterly unrelated to the Adobe software. The usual steps apply: run as admin, turn off any security tools that may block file access and auxiliary services, check your newtworking system control panel and your router config.

    Good day,
    I bought two subscriptions, one from venezuela and one for United states. I live in lebanon and usually use my skype credits to call my relatives to these countries. Since I made the subscriptions, I cant talk to them anymore. The phone actually rings, sometimes it rings once and that's it or it rings several times and then it stops riniging and the seconds start running as if someone opened the line. I cant hear anything though. The line drops after a few seconds after it opens. My credits are being deducted just like that and have not been able to talk to my relatives since. I cancelled the subscription thinking I will get my moeny back so I could also recharge back my account with that amount, and it turns out that now I have to wait until the subscription expires and my moeny wont be back and it means also that I wont be able to call these countries because it doesnt work. Can you please  tell me what's wrong. I currently live in Beirut Lebanon and never had a problem when I called pay as you go. 
    I would apprecitae your help the soonest. 
    In addition, I wish you guys had a customer support over the phone because it was so hard to find this page to write this, and I am not sure if I will get the right answer from here.

    I am having the exact same thing happen when I try to call landlines in the US. I have a subscription for 120 minutes to the US and I still have over half of my minutes remaining. They are numbers that I have called before but now the calls won't work. The people that I am trying to call have said they received the call and answered but couldn't hear anything. I also couldn't hear anything on my end.

    If iMovie won't start, one thing to try is delete the iMovie Preferences file:
    Go to your hard drive Mac HD > Users > (your home folder) > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iMovieApp.plist
    Drag that file to the trash, reboot your Macintosh and try to launch iMovie again. Failing that if you can write down the error code and report that back to the Discussion Group someone else might be able to start helping with trouble-shooting the failure.

    I signed up for a free subscription before going on hols, but through out the whole hol it didn't work once! What a load of rubbish and now I can't find any way to cancel cos instructions say click on subscriptions on ur acc page & their isn't 1???     Hi! I am new with Skype. I first bought "Thailand 120 min" package on 3 June as a try. Now I have used all of 120 minutes. Today I wanted to buy another "Thailand 120 min". However, I did a mistake, I bought a 10-euro Skype credit instead. Later, I used my Skype credit to buy another "Thailand 120 min" for me. However, I found the message "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Jul 3, 2012". After reading the FAQ, I clicked on 'Get another subscription'. Later, I got the mail notified that the order was derivered. However, I found only one subscription in my account that has no minute.
    Now my Skype credit is only 5.02 euro left, so the buying is successfull, but I have no minute to make a phone call. I have no idea what I did wrong.
    Please give me a suggestion how I should do to get minutes to phone to Thailand.

    You should have purchased a subscription with different number of minutes. For example "Thailand 60minutes".
    What happened now is you just extended your service for additional month.

  • Skype offered subscription doesn't work

    My first skype account become deactivated (with a small credit still on it). I was put off by the inavailibilty of a human being to speak to so left it quite a while before opening a new account.
    In June I was sent an email offering a free month-long subscription on the original account. I accpeted it and received a confirmation and my small credit was there too.
    When I try to make a call using the subscription I am asked via dialgue box to allow access to my system then I am in the newer account where there is no subscription and no credit. Furthermore, there is no reply email or phone number on the subscription email. This is not helpful and leaves a bad impression about what skype consider to be customer service. Does anyone know how to overcome this?

    The account you used to log into this forum has little Skype Credit and also Unlimited World subscription.
    You should be able to make calls using this account. I can see you have tried to place a call recently, but through your second account. Please make sure you log into Skype application with the correct account.

  • Captivate Subscription - Doesn't seem to be able to verify my paid subscription

    This one might be beyond the technical expertise of the community at large, but I will give it a shot.
    My 5.5 and 6 subscriptions worked fine in the past, but 7 just doesn't seem to be able to see that I have a paid subscription. Here is what has transpired so far ...
    I was a beta tester with Captivate 7 and had the normal trial count down in that beta.
    Captivate officially launched before the beta trial expired.
    I uninstalled the beta and downloaded and installed the official Captivate 7 version. I kept my order ordered active for my month by month Cativate 6.
    When I started using the new full version of 7, it opened each time in trial version mode with the countdown picking up from where I left off in the beta version. When I clicked I the option to register it took me to a seriel number page. The Captivate team and Adobe tech support had me download and install Captivate 7 multiple times without a change.  During the week the team was helping with the serial number loop, on my own I had the idea that maybe if I just make a new order of a monthly subscription that might kick it in. It didn't work. THe team broke me out of the serial number loop by having me rename a file so it could be rebuilt.
    With the serial number loop gone, I went to cancel my Captivate 6 and 7 month to month orders and kept the year commitment one.
    Now I get a message that says "Subsription Expired. Unable to connect to the internet. Plaes check your connection settings and chose Try Again." Then a bit lower in the same message box it says "Your subscription for Adobe Captivate 7.0 has expired. Go to the Subscription Manager to renew your subscription ..." There is a count down and I am at about day 16 or so now. It will stop working at 0 I assume.
    My internet has been up and down for the last 6 weeks due to my ISP overselling their bandwidth which I mention in case that may be playing a part in the problem. I have contacted Adobe support and verified with them that my account is indeed paid and active. Then they transferred me to tech support and they had me reinstall the new Creative Cloud interface that runs in the system tray. That seemed to work, so I signed out of tech support. Next morining the message popped up again, so I guess that fix wasn't a fix after all. It was just the message took too long to pop up to accurately confirm the fix.
    At the Drag and Drop Extravaganza seminar, someone said they had some issues because they had two Adobe IDs and their fix was to get the subscription all to one. As far as I can tell I have only one Adobe ID, but I am not entirely sure how to be 100% certain. She said she didn't know she had two IDs before the problem. If anyone knows how I can be sure. let me know.
    OK, so you are all caught up. Any ideas what I should try next? Anyone else have this issue and get a fix for it?
