Pair nano with bluetooth speaker

Unit: Nano Ipod 7th Generation.
Problem:  When I have my Bluetooth activated Nano in my car, all I have to do is choose Bluetooth (rather than Satellite, AM, FM, Disc, etc.) and the car system immediately begins playing the music from the Nano.  In short, once I pair the two units (car Bluetooth and Nano Bluetooth) the two work together immediately.  HOWEVER, when using an OontZ Angle with my Nano, I have to navigate to the Nano connection (even though I've previously paired the two Bluetooth units) and click on "Connect" on the Nano.  I wish to have the Nano and speaker work the same as the Bluetooth system in my car.  After jumping through too many hoops ("connection, etc.") the two systems (OontZ and Nano) work great together.
Question: What am I doing wrong?  Any suggestions?

It will work. You need to turn off BT on the iPhone then put the speaker in pairing mode. The speaker must also support A2DP.

  • Macbook automatically pairs with bluetooth speaker device

    Hi
I've got a little problem with my Macbook (late 2008 aluminium unibody).
I have a Belkin bluetooth device that is connected to my surround sound system so that I can stream music from my Macbook to the sound system.
When I leave the bluetooth on my Mac switched on (not paired with the Belkin device however) and I let my Mac go into sleeping mode. Then when I power up my Macbook again it pairs automatically with the Belkin device. I don't want this to happen because if I want to use the device I want to select it in the bluetooth menu in the top menu bar myself.
I had the same problem with OS X Mavericks, but after a reinstall of OS X (which I did for other reasons) it didn't pair automatically anymore. And now since my update to Yosemite I have the same problem again. So there must be a way to fix this.
Does anyone know a solution for this?

  • Pair Nano with Mercedes--Can It Be Done?

My Mercedes has bluetooth and it works perfectly with my iPhone.  I just bought a Nano and it has bluetooth.  Can I pair it with my Mercedes to play the music through my system?
When I put my Mercedes in discovery mode, the Nano does not see it nor does the Mercedes see the Nano.
    Any help is appreciated.

Are you able to play stereo music through the carkit with the iphone or can you only use it for phone calls? i.e- if the carkit only supports HSP and not A2DP, then it won't work with the Nano.

    Hi,
In that case I would recommend trying this method here to reset the BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings
To do this we would need to back up the BlackBerry smartphone. Please open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and connect your BlackBerry smartphone. Click on the Backup and Restore button and select Back Up. Please note the location where the backup is being saved as we will need to access it later to restore the BlackBerry smartphone.
Once you have backed up follow this article.

  • The new Ipod nano with bluetooth

I now test this new 7th gen (i think) with bluetooth to an wireless loopset as I´m hard of hearing. I can hear music on the player but how can I hear the radio?
You have to connect the earphones to get the radiostations, and so the hearing would come over the earphones. But I would lite to hear the radio over my wireless loopset. How can I do that?

You aren't able to listen to radio with wireless headphones. The radio function piggybacks the headphone wire to use as an antenna.
If you decide to use radio with headphones with a cord, make sure the cord isn't tangled for a clearer audio track.

The ATV only supports bluetooth for keyboards.

    Hello there, DonnaLou.
The following Knowledge Base article provides some pretty extensive steps for troubleshooting Bluetooth issues:

If you feel you have gone through all of these steps already, the article recoommends:
If the issue persists after restoring your iOS device in iTunes, contact Apple for support and service options.

  • Pairing BB Q10 with Bluetooth Carkit from Citroen DS 4

I've bought a Q10 and i'm having problems in pairing it with bluetooth from my car. I already went to car dealer and asked if this phone is supported by car software and the answer was affirmative.
The questions is that the pairing doesn't work properly. It will pair but functions related with phoning are not working.
Making calls or receive it is impossible. but what is more strange is that car and phone make the connection.
    can anybody help?

    Hello,
I'm confused. It pairs OK, but just doesn't work after pairing? Or it doesn't successfully pair? I can't quite tell from your post...
With my Z10, I know that I had strange results on a 2013 Honda BT car kit at first. It seemed to pair OK, but the car-kit menu items seemed to act oddly. But after rebooting the BB and restarting the car once or twice, things started to function normally.
    Thanks and let us know!
