I have an LG GD710 cell phone and i can't get it to pair with my new HP Envy 700-210 xt computer. it starts to pair and then gets disconnected.

Go into Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and make sure that your phone number is checked and iMessage reads as activated. Remove the checkmark from the email address and make sure that only the phone number if checked. It should appear grayed out, but should still have a checkmark. If the phone number does not have a checkmark, then turn off iMessage, wait a few moments and then turn iMessage back on and make sure that it activates.

I am a relatively new mac user and I am trying to browse my cell phone using bluetooth. I have tried it using more than one cell phone. When the box opens that says browsing it remains empty and does not allow me to access any of my files on the phone. What am I doing wrong?

The File Sharing checkbox is for sharing files between Macs via Bonjour or network connection, so it doesn't apply to Bluetooth phones.
In the Bluetooth system preferences pane, click on your phone on the left-hand side, and then have a look to see what Services it reports as having on the right-hand side. Also, check that it say's 'Yes' alongside 'Paired'

should it be a .wav file? Maybe you should use MP3 file. MP3 files are smaller too i think.
i just uploaded a MP3 onto my RAZR using bluetooth. I found it using the "Media Gallery" on my phone. The song was at the bottom in the "Sounds" list. For some reason the song title was blanked out on my phone, so i had to rename it. So if you're looking for the file, the name has probably been removed.

No, you can't sync them over BT. If your contacts are all in your GMail account, you can set up your Gmail on your iPad as an Exchange account and get the contacts that way.

My sony SRS X5 (black) is pairing with my macbook air, it says "connected" then immediately switched to "not connected". The speaker connects to my phone no problem, and i have tried all other troubleshooting i know of. Help?

When it comes to connecting bluetooth, you can never really know whats going on. I have also had lots of trouble in the past with bluetoothing apple products. what i would do is completely restart both products and try again

I've bought a Q10 and i'm having problems in pairing it with bluetooth from my car. I already went to car dealer and asked if this phone is supported by car software and the answer was affirmative.

I'm confused. It pairs OK, but just doesn't work after pairing? Or it doesn't successfully pair? I can't quite tell from your post...
With my Z10, I know that I had strange results on a 2013 Honda BT car kit at first. It seemed to pair OK, but the car-kit menu items seemed to act oddly. But after rebooting the BB and restarting the car once or twice, things started to function normally.

You can't, as this is not a feature of the iPhone. There are some peer-to-peer game playing apps in the app store & photo sharing apps, they require the app/apps be installed on both phones(iPhone-to-iPhone only), but that's it.
