Pairing TV box with iPad

I'm new to iPad and new to Apple TV which is not good but by the bye here's the problem.
I've just received the Apple TV box and reading through the little black book there's no mention of how I pair my iPad with the TV box! It talks about connecting to iTunes and 'Home Sharing' but . . . . 1. There's no mention of pairing the iPad and . . . 2. There's no iTunes on my iPad (which is something I struggle to get my head around as I find myself constantly going to iTunes on my (microsoft) PC to get into iTunes!
I don't want to 'share' the contents of my PC with the box, I want to share / view the contents of my iPad and I want to use Apps on my iPad and see then on the TV - how do I do that?

What you are looking to do is use AirPlay Mirroring.
iOS: Use AirPlay Mirroring
1. Connect your iOS device and your iPad to the same Wi-Fi network
2. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and tap AIrPlay
3. Tap the name of your Apple TV then tap Mirroring

No, you can't sync them over BT. If your contacts are all in your GMail account, you can set up your Gmail on your iPad as an Exchange account and get the contacts that way.

You can't. It can only be done through iTunes.

IPad has a black box with a white circle.

When I got ios 5 I was amazed how much speed and functionality came with it. However, yesterday an annoying black box with a white circle appeared in the bottom left corner of my iPad. It gives me the options of home, device, gestures, and favorites. How do I get rid of this?

Why have some apps on my Ipad turned into a grey box with lines in it?

3 apps on my ipad have turned from icons into grey boxes with lines in them. When I click on them, they try updating but it doesn't complete. What's going on here? Is this some kind of virus?

Not a virus. More like a glitch. When mine did that all I needed to do was to open the apps and the icons reset.
If you won't lose any game progress or the such, you could try to delete and then redownload the apps.
If you're having issues downloading the apps, try to go into the settings, iTUnes and app store, sign out and then sign back in.
The app store has been a bit wiggy lately. I've had some issues downloading apps or updates and it's not on my end, it's on Apple's end. Which, unfortunately, means there's not much a user can do but wait for Apple to fix it.

JimHdk is correct. The 12 watt charger was included only with the iPad Air 1 and the iPad 4 (4th generation). The 10 watt charger comes with the iPad Air 2, likely because the battery is smaller & requires less wattage to charge.

Wireless Keyboard 2011 won't pair with iPad 2

I have an aluminuim wireless keyboard 2011 which was paired successfully with my iPad 2 (with all recent software updates).
I now can't pair it at all. Here are some details:
1. The keyboard has never been paired with anything else.
2. The keyboard goes into discovery mode (green light flashing) - but won't stop flashing, even when the silver button on the side to the right is held for more than 10secs (or even 1min!)..... so the only way to turn it off is to take the batteries out.
3. The batteries are fine.
4. The iPad searches, but doesn't find the keyboard - there are no other devices listed either.
5. Because there are no devices listed, I can't 'unpair' the keyboard - that's if it's still paired somehow in the ipad's internal brain!
6. The one time it did find it, and I tried to pair - a message came up saying I should make sure the device was turned on and that pairing was unsuccessful. This was whilst the green light continued to flash.
7. I've tried doing this in all sorts of orders: search first, then put batteries back into keyboard (light flashes); keyboard ready to go, then turn bluetooth on and search; search holding silver button on keyboard down the whole time, etc.
8. Yes - I've powered down the iPad and turned it back on again! :-P
I've tried anything I've found doing an online troubleshooting search - but nothing has worked. So far I've spent three hours on this.
There's no Apple Store near me.
Help?

In the end I had to travel an hour by train to get to an Apple Store.
After doing a complete reset on the iPad the keyboard now works. But I had to reconfigure it as a new iPad, rather than restore the backup - in case whatever caused the problem is put back onto the iPad. Which meant I could only sync apps that had their own accounts (like Evernote). I've lost all the photos, notes, Good Reader & Pages documents. :-( Wish I'd never bothered with the wireless keyboard.
And still no idea what caused the problem in the first place. So now I'll save everything that's important separately, rather than through the iCloud backup.

Why do I get a blue box with ? In Safari with my iPad? It appears to be where pictures should be. Very annoying when trying to read through an explanation of something and I get this dang blue box.

It's usually some graphics element that the iPad can't handle. Maybe it's a flash image, maybe it has another protocol that the iPad just can't display. NO way to say for sure without viewing the same page on a computer then checking the file type.
